A very nice location with a beautiful view. Place is well kept and the host is friendly and responsive. He was very flexible with check in and check out timings too. The only issue I had was a bad stench which was off putting. Hope Mr Nandan fixes it soon. I would definitely recommend this place

The apartment is lovely. The location is great, just a short cab ride away from Cochin's nicest cafes, restaurants, and bars. And, Nikhil is a great host to boot.

Responsive and accommodating host, quite and secure living, family friendly place. The view from the balcony is wort mentioning. The place is very close to sops and restaurants all in a walkable distance.

We are from Australia and were here visiting family nearby. We enjoyed our stay in this spacious 3 bedroom apartment with great views! Plenty of facilities. Bed sheets were comfy and air conditioning worked great! We also felt very safe and secure in the apartment due to the high level of security at the entrance of the apartment blocks. Sajid was very attentive and made sure we were happy and comfortable. Our contact on the ground (Hashim) was also very quick to respond and accommodating to our needs. Our stay at this homestay was unforgettable! From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with fb warmth and hospitality by our hosts and their family. The comfortable accommodation made us feel at home, but what truly stood out was the delicious, food . We enjoyed sharing meals with our hosts like family. We were fortunate to visit during the Onam festival and joined in the celebrations with our hosts and their community. It was a unique experience that made us feel part of their family. We can't recommend this homestay enough—it's truly worthwhile!

It's a spacious house located on a beautiful piece of land. Hardy and his brother were amazing hosts! The little thought of having a sanitizer in the welcome kit, keeping in the mind the coroncavirus scare at the time was very thoughtful!

Absolutely brilliant place to relax for a few days - to get away from hectic work hours or pressures of life . The host Mony Ammuma and Mr Titi are very gracious and they make you feel like right at home and the food is sumptuous. Will definitely be going back soon!!!

Séjour en plein centre de fort Kochi, donc proche du port , des lieux de présentation du kathakali, des restaurants et boutiques au cœur du petit quartier agréable et charmant ancien. La maison du XVI eme siècle ( où est passé Vasco de Gama , tout de même !) est vraiment encore dans son jus avec les espaces et volumes très vastes, avec petites terrasses, cuisine, … à disposition. George est vraiment charmant et attentif à vos demandes et explication. Il peut vous trouver aussi taxi ( attention de bien se faire confirmer le prix avant le depart avec le conducteur ) adresses pour spectacles , ….
