Subhash's place is nothing short of a paradise with beautiful surroundings and with equally if not more beautiful home. The property is pet friendly, kid friendly at the same time. Might not be very accessible to elderly with knee pains as there are stairs to access the entrance. The interiors are all tasteful and you have everything yo anticipate in a home and more. From internet to toaster, there is everything to make feel right at home. Subash and Uthayan have been very proactive and ensured we had no issues coming to Kotagiri and during stay. When we planned out vacation we weren't aware of the daily tourist limit set by TN government. Subash made sure we had the permits available before we entered Nilgiris. You can't ask for a better host. It's been an amazing experience my family and I will cherish. Hope to re-visit the property very soon. Thanks for having Subash

Thakur's cottage is perched in the breathtaking Nilgiris close to the Kateri dam, away from the hustle and bustle of the main city, with extremely scenic views! The place honestly, is even better than the pictures with the deck as a highlight for sunrise viewings, meditation and yoga. The ability to light up a bonfire and enjoy a calm, moonlit night is another joy of this place. And the icing on the cake were the wonderful caretakers who catered to our meals. The aloo parathas and semiyaan were sumptuous. The host, Rawal is also very responsive and supported throughout the trip. As an Airbnb regular, this place is one of the best we've been to so far and highly recommend!

Had an amazing stay at the villa at Mountain tulip resort. The views from the place are just breathtaking and the villa was very well maintained. Mubashir is a great host and helped us a lot with the local places and recommendations. Would love to visit again for sure.

such a great place to plan your stay at ooty. yes, it's a bit away from ooty centre, but worthwhile. We had a great time there, the food was also spot on. we will definitely recommend the property to our friends and colleagues. If you are looking for a good, spacious stay for a large group (10-15) and a bit away from the traffic of ooty centre, go for it. Mini bar, wifi, Tv, bonfire, cool staffs NB: don't miss the sunrise from the balcony.

It was a brilliant stay. I would definitely recommend people who wants to get away from the loud city and live a peaceful life to visit here. The host is wonderful and communicate very well. It was one of a kind of a cottage which took me back in time. I completely enjoyed it. I would not recommend to leave the vicinity after dark as you could encounter wild animals. However, the vicinity is well protected by locals. If you are a tourist, do not go out after dark.

Beautiful cottage close to the town centre, yet totally private and peaceful. Went with family including aged parents. Everyone enjoyed the heritage cottage. This villa is extremely calm and peaceful. We had a very relaxing stay. Great exteriors just to sit, work and enjoy. It has all the amenities required. They have also provided small indoor games to play. Campfire was also good. Owner is extremely helpful and always available for any queries.
