Our stay was totally worth it. I don't think I can find a better villa than this. Everything was perfect starting from cleanliness, bedsheets and washroom were very very clean and new. Also the staff was very cooperative and made our stay memorable. Personally loved the view from terrace. The whole property was very beautiful and also the garden is so huge we played and enjoyed a lot. I think I can always choose this Villa for my stay and will never get bored. Thankyou to the host who was so humble. Overall it was an amazing experience

The hosts created this incredibly beautiful home in the heart of old town Udaipur very convenient for visits to palace and other sights and shopping in the old town markets. Everything is up to Western standard and the aesthetics is stunningly gorgeous! Wow The caretaker, Mr. Bhagwati and his wife speaks excellent English and was most helpful in coordinating everything, including transportation, booking of dinners and suggestions of sites to see. They even bought groceries for me to make food at home. It was lovely to have a functional kitchen and ample living room space to lounge in. Both bedrooms have their own en-suite and the terrace provided great view of the old city Neighborhood and sunny spots to relax in and have breakfast provided and made by the caretakers every morning ! It was great to have laundry facilities as well. We stayed 12 days in total and thoroughly enjoyed living in old town at Smiling sparrow ! Thank you for creating such a comfortable and beautiful home

Incredible stay in Udaipur! So many great things about this stay. We booked this stay for a corporate off-site. First, Mega is a superhost - she is extremely responsive and helpful from the beginning - from when we booked to when we arrived to throughout our stay. She even left us snacks and starters when we came in - so thoughtful! Second, the location is impeccable - in the heart of Udaipur, overlooking the beautiful lakes, everyone commented on how incredible the location was. It was very accessible to everything - all walkable. Third, the house & suites itself were amazing - the rooms were spotless clean, very modern yet well decorated with traditional Rajasthani feel. The beds were large & clean, and bathrooms as well. Each suite is very well designed. Fourth, the views and general feel of the place was incredible - the outdoor space, the balconies, etc - really allowed us to enjoy the full view and enjoy our trip to Udaipur! This place is an absolute gem—thoughtfully designed with artistic touches throughout. Every nook has its own charm and character, making the entire property feel warm and inviting. It’s perfectly located—surrounded by natural beauty yet easy to reach. The swimming pool was a major plus for us—spacious, clean, and perfect for hanging out with friends. A special shoutout to Preeti, the host, for being so welcoming and accommodating. Can’t wait to visit again!

Had a great stay, the house was perfect for group trips. Had all the amenities discussed. The pool was also clean and the whole place is vibe with it's beautiful views. The only thing to keep in mind is that the house is around 6-7km from the city center so you would need vehicle to travel around. But a really peaceful place with a great and responsive host who made our stay so worth it. If you want a peacefull stay you can't find a better place than this in Udaipur in this budget.

We really enjoyed our stay at Nitin's place. The location is absolutely perfect for exploring the old town and has a lot of cafes and shops nearby - we had no problem getting around to various attractions. The apartment itself is spacious, has a very functional kitchen, and was clean when we arrived. Nitin was always very responsive and helped us whenever we needed something. His parents were also extremely kind and sweet. They greeted us with tea when we got there and gave us a lot of helpful advice and suggestions on how we can best explore the city. All in all, considering the location and how spacious and well-equipped the apartment is, we think we couldn't have found anything better with a similar price. Would strongly recommend and plan to stay at Nitin's place again when we come to Udaipur in future.

This property is one of the fantastic properties i have seen since i am using this application, the property owner is fantastic gentleman who believes in true hospitality and care , who is offering his property for the kindness , love and affection. I am so thankful to the property owner and his care takers for making this property a best deal . Not only the owner but his family extends the warmth and care and holistic welcome to us , thank you so much for this wonderful stay.look forward to visit again.
