If you are looking for a comfortable, peaceful and aesthetic place..this is the one. The house is very beautiful, spacious and perfect for groups upto 5-6 people. You need anything, the hosts are just a call away. The hospitality is really amazing, Deepa auntie is very sweet and ready to help you with whatever you need. Dheeraj was kind enough to help us with arrangement of taxis and suggestions for sightseeing as well. The hosts are great people. Basic local markets are nearby, so not a problem. Also food gets delivered by Zomato/Swiggy. The place feels like a second home with all the required amenities. Kids shall enjoy as well. I bet you would love place in all respects. Jyeshtha's cozy place ended up being the perfect fit and much more for my solo trip to Udaipur! My friends and I had originally booked the two units on the ground floor of the property, but because those units were undergoing renovations during the time of our stay, Jyeshtha called me and asked whether I would be comfortable with the two upper units instead and updated the listing so that I could see the photos. My friends got sick, so I ended up traveling on my own, and I absolutely loved the space! I had my own dressing room, courtyard, and en suite. Jyeshtha was most helpful in making recommendations for restaurants, tours, and shopping, and ensuring that I was comfortable touring the city on my own. Udaipur is a lovely city with lots to explore, and it is very accommodating to tourists. What I also loved and is very convenient about Jyeshtha's place is that she offers breakfast in the morning - a great way to start the day! A highly recommend, and will be back!

The hosts created this incredibly beautiful home in the heart of old town Udaipur very convenient for visits to palace and other sights and shopping in the old town markets. Everything is up to Western standard and the aesthetics is stunningly gorgeous! Wow The caretaker, Mr. Bhagwati and his wife speaks excellent English and was most helpful in coordinating everything, including transportation, booking of dinners and suggestions of sites to see. They even bought groceries for me to make food at home. It was lovely to have a functional kitchen and ample living room space to lounge in. Both bedrooms have their own en-suite and the terrace provided great view of the old city Neighborhood and sunny spots to relax in and have breakfast provided and made by the caretakers every morning ! It was great to have laundry facilities as well. We stayed 12 days in total and thoroughly enjoyed living in old town at Smiling sparrow ! Our stay at Sajjan Niwas with our extended family was excellent. The place has a peaceful location. All the rooms were spacious, well maintained and clean. The sit outs, common areas and the swimming pool are tastefully designed and managed. They have a lovely terrace with a view of the lake and games room. The food was delicious and homely. Tripda and Dhananjay were very helpful and always available. They have created a very warm, welcoming and comfortable space for their guests.

Incredible stay in Udaipur! So many great things about this stay. We booked this stay for a corporate off-site. First, Mega is a superhost - she is extremely responsive and helpful from the beginning - from when we booked to when we arrived to throughout our stay. She even left us snacks and starters when we came in - so thoughtful! Second, the location is impeccable - in the heart of Udaipur, overlooking the beautiful lakes, everyone commented on how incredible the location was. It was very accessible to everything - all walkable. Third, the house & suites itself were amazing - the rooms were spotless clean, very modern yet well decorated with traditional Rajasthani feel. The beds were large & clean, and bathrooms as well. Each suite is very well designed. Fourth, the views and general feel of the place was incredible - the outdoor space, the balconies, etc - really allowed us to enjoy the full view and enjoy our trip to Udaipur! Excellent property with near and clean rooms with all the amenities one could have asked for. The kitchen was big with huge stock of cutlery and necessary resources. It was very thoughtful of sikander to stock the kitchen with basic things such as milk bread and butter which was very helpful as were traveling with kids. The location is quite peaceful and quite close to fatehsagar (10 min drive). Kudos to the owners for this wonderful property.

We had an absolutely delightful stay at The August in Udaipur. The host made sure we felt right at home, providing a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The house is beautifully designed with quirky, photogenic corners and a touch of luxury throughout. It’s spacious and equipped with all the best amenities, making it perfect for soaking in nature. Located a little away from the hustle and bustle of the city, it’s still well-connected, offering the best of both worlds. Our stay was incredibly pleasant and calming—exactly what we needed. The host was exceptionally humble and ensured we were comfortable, guiding us expertly on our Udaipur itinerary. Plus, their cute dog added an extra layer of warmth to our welcome. Everything in the house felt like it was straight out of Pinterest. The host was genuinely helpful and nice, making our experience even better. While connectivity can be a bit of a concern, having your own vehicle makes this property a must-explore. Highly

Stay here was a good experience. Good location and piece full atmosphere Panning to visit again soon. Fathe sagar lake, city palace, Jagdish temple, pichola lake , mata karni devi temple and Neemach mata temple all are nearby. we have covered all the places in 2 days time .
