We had 14 amazing days at Journey’s End Homestay! 🤩 We relaxed and truly enjoyed the peaceful and beautiful surroundings. We could have easily stayed another 14 days. We arrived by taxi from Bangkok, which Nicky had arranged for us in advance. She was also very helpful in organizing our return trip. The staff were wonderful—friendly, cheerful, and always making sure we had a perfect holiday. Angela prepared fantastic food, and special requests were never a problem. We rented a scooter and, after exploring the more touristy side of the island, we appreciated the peacefulness of staying with Nicky even more. We also went on a boat/snorkeling trip arranged by the homestay, and we are so grateful for that experience. This place is perfect for anyone looking for a quiet, relaxing getaway, far from the tourist crowds—but still just a 30-minute scooter ride away if you want to explore. Absolutely fantastic—we’ll be back!☺️

Genau so hatte ich mir den Start meiner Reise vorgestellt: Eine kleine und doch weitläufige Anlage, gute Küche und die Möglichkeit zu Tagesausflügen. Besonders hat mir Nicky's Organisationstalent und ihre Hilfsbereitschaft gefallen. Sie und ihr Team sind bei allen Belangen behilflich. Ich kann Journey's End empfehlen, wenn man Ruhe und familiäre Atmosphäre möchte.

Excellent value for the price. Located in Lonely Beach next to a lot of great restaurants (and bars for nightlife for those that are interested in that). Pool was terrible so I didn't use that. WiFi was good throughout the resort though.

Es war ein absoluter Traum. Hier sieht man das die kleinen Dinge ganz groß sind :)

Wunderschöne Unterkunft! Ein wirklich entspannter und ruhiger Ort den wir jetzt schon vermissen. Die Bungalows sind liebevoll eingerichtet, sauber und das Bett war sehr gemütlich. Der Ausblick und das Meeresrauschen waren unbeschreiblich schön. Vielen herzlichen Dank an die Mitarbeiter. Alle waren sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Alles in allem sehr zu empfehlen. Wir hoffen noch einmal das Vergnügen zu haben :)

I wouldn’t think twice about staying here again! It was really great. Nicky and her staff are always so kind and ready to help. The location is very beautiful and right by the water looking out right towards the sunset. Their food and drinks at the bar are also really good and the vibe is very relaxing. Here you can really enjoy the natural beauty of the Island. Its pretty far away from all the ugly tourist resorts which is great and its close to many very beautiful secluded beaches. (We recommend Memorial Beach) They let us rent a bike which was super uncomplicated too. 100% recommend this Place!

I feel very comfortable here and stay here for the second time.and will always come back 😊

The place was very clean and the host was so helpful, friendly and always responsive. The local staff was so helpful and friendly as well in-terms of our transportation as well as during the stay. There are not any beaches around for swimming or many things to do…but it’s very easy to get around the island with a motorbike. Overall we had a good and peaceful time.

J'ai passé un merveilleux séjour chez Apisak et Dena. Ils sont des hôtes exceptionnels, toujours prêts à rendre service et à partager leurs connaissances sur la région. J'ai particulièrement apprécié leur accueil chaleureux et leurs petites attentions comme les délicieux fruits frais du jardin, et partagé une soirée avec repas faits maison. Le logement est très bien équipé, propre et idéalement situé, et dévoré avec une jolie touche artistique (étant donné que Apisak est artiste peintre). Si vous cherchez un endroit pour vous détendre et découvrir la région, je vous recommande vivement cette adresse

Ich hatte bei Loïc eine wundervolle Zeit auf Koh Chang. Der Bungalow steht in einer ruhigen Gegend, wo man kein Lärm von der Straße mitbekommt. Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber und auch die ganze Anlage war schön gepflegt. Ich kann diese Unterkunft nur empfehlen. 😊

The house was situated in a beautiful tropical garden. The the swimming pool was lovely surrounded by palm trees and very stylish with statues and plants on the poolside. The bungalow was much bigger than expected. It looks inside and out much better than the photos and was very private.The bedroom with chairs and table was spacious as was the bathroom and balcony. We were pleasantly surprised how nice it was. Two beaches were within easy reach, although we liked the northern one best. We had a great day visiting nearby Koh Kalm Island. The sand was so white and the water so clear. Mr Peak the resort manager was very nice and helpful. He picked us up from the pier and supplied tickets and took us back for the return trip on the speedboat. There were many excellent family run restaurants nearby. We would recommend the breakfast at the resort on the reception balcony overlooking the garden. Thank you for a great experience!

Perfect from the start. Nothing too much trouble. Perfect location perfect villa. Cleaned regularly too which was an unexpected bonus. Host was simply fantastic. Recommended 100% and will be booking again . Thank you Jorg x

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen und besonders entspannten Aufenthalt in Michals Unterkunft. Sie liegt direkt neben dem Pier und wir konnten trotz recht viel Gepäck bei der Ankunft gut zu Fuß hin laufen. Vor Ort haben wir uns einen Roller in gutem Zustand gemietet, mit dem man die Insel bequem erkunden konnte. Die Unterkunft selber ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen, aber für 2 Personen mehr als ausreichend. Das einzige, was uns etwas gefehlt hat, ist ein kleiner Kühlschrank. Wir würden die Unterkunft auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen.
