Loved our stay at JC’s place. Very peaceful and beautiful views. The apartment has everything needed as described. The surrounding gardens and pool are kept extremely clean by friendly staff. Pipping restaurant next door serves up delicious food all day with probably the best view in Ko Chang. The AC in the living room does not smell good when in use. We decided to use the fan instead, no problems! The Ac in the bedroom works perfectly as does everything else in the apartment. We loved our stay and will definitely be coming back. Ich habe meinen Monat bei Rainer und Dao sehr genossen. Das Zimmer ist wie in den Fotos. Alles ist sauber, funktioniert einwandfrei und ist von höchster Qualität. Der tropische Garten samt Pool sind wunderschön. Umgeben von Natur hört man morgens die Vögel zwitschern. Da leicht abseits von den Stränden konnte ich von Rainer einen Scooter mieten. Rainer war ein hervorragender Gastgeber! Immer kommunikativ und freundlich und hat sich Zeit genommen mir die besten Spots auf der Insel zu erklären. Ich würde es jedem uneingeschränkt empfehlen hier zu bleiben! Danke für den schönen Aufenthalt! 🙏🏻

Een goeie locatie, mooi appartement in een mooi huis. Daw en Rainer zijn heel vriendelijk en gastvrij. We hebben een heel prettig verblijf gehad. Ook de tuin en het zwembad waren geweldig.

Wir waren mit unserem Aufenthalt sehr zufrieden. Wir haben uns wohl gefühlt und das lag vor allem an den Mitbewohnern und den sehr netten Gastgebern. Wir konnten gleich vor Ort ein Moped leihen und waren dann unabhängig. Wir würden wiederkommen!

We stayed for one whole month and it was fantastic. We were also lucky that there was always a good feeling with the other guests sharing the garden and the pool. Our appartment was very spacious, well maintained, nicely furnished and spotlessly clean, and the garden and pool are great. Rainer along with Daw are excellent hosts and were also very helpful in arranging good value for money scooter rental and transport to Bangkok. Can highly recommend.

It is a cozy, thai-style wooden bungalow. Compared with other modern resorts on the island, I prefer Koh Chang Residence because of it's great ambiance. Also, the Fig Cafe just beside the accommodation is very nice. You can take your time and have a cup of coffee in the morning before starting out for the activities on the island. Finally, Mo, the host is super kind and nice. Thanks a lot for the good time! :)

Really enjoyed our stay here! Everyone was great and really helpful. The room was spacious and had a desk for remote working. The house has a great kitchen which you can use, while the house is in a perfect location where there are a lot of restaurants nearby too. Would definitely recommend!

Our family of five had a great time at Chanon’s place! Not to busy neighborhood, but still very central in Kae Bae. Walking distance for beaches nearby. The super friendly neighbor made our stay in Koh Chang even better. Chanon was flexible, friendly and responded quickly when we needed to prolong our stay.

Online communicatie was zeer goed, werd snel gereageerd. Wij werden keurig opgewacht en na een korte rondleiding konden wij relaxen. Wij hadden scooters gehuurd. Was ook wel nodig om zowel het eiland te verkennen als naar de winkel te gaan. Deze is namelijk niet op loopafstand. Accommodatie was schoon en het uitzicht schitterend. Wij zaten in het naseizoen. Aan beide kanten werd verbouwd. Dit gaf soms wat herrie. Was prettig geweest om hier van te voren op de hoogte te zijn. Het eten en bediening in de nabij gelegen Beachclub is voortreffelijk.

The house was perfect. We really liked the porch on the water and the sound of the water at night. On windy days the place cooled down beautifully. It’s really hot there and the bedroom air conditioning was a blessing. We rented bikes with Dader’s help and were grateful for them because everything in this underpopulated town is very spread out. It would be best to have a car or motorcycle if you want to really do anything. We knew we were going to a small fishing town with a pier where you could take a boat to nearby islands which we did a few times but we thought the pier on the map by the house (walking distance) was the one to Koh Chang. It isn’t. You need to have a car called for you if you don’t have one. Other than that I must say I was very satisfied. The internet was awesome and supported my online teaching perfectly and the environment was a great place to find peace and stillness. If you want to deepen a meditation practice this is the spot.

A great location, a private pool, a nice view over the golf course and really kind and attentive staff!

The perfect place to stay. Tal has been an amazing host helping my parents for everything, since the day they arrived until the day they left. Always trying to find the perfect solution for them and they also arrange the reception of some package for them it was perfect. The house is really clean and same as on the description, you need to walk 2 min to go to the beach and relax without many tourist. Perfect place to stay and relax. Will definitely be back every year ! Thank you so much !
