Это чудесное место, очень красивое, чистое, просторное и функциональное. Вилла просто огромная, гостиной и спальней на 3 и 4 этажах мы даже не пользовались. Бассейн прямо перед окнами создает особенную атмосферу уюта и курорта. На кухне есть всё необходимое. Отличный гигантский телевизор. Собственный гараж прямо перед входной дверью невероятно удобен. Вобщем, мы остались полностью всем довольны и с удовольствием снова остановимся здесь.

Our stay was simply fantastic! the cottage is very private and feels like it is in the middle of the jungle. we loved the open air design and the pool. there was always a light breeze which made it super comfortable to be outside the whole day. Aphatcha was very welcoming and provided a lot of information to us proactively. We rented a scooter form her (which we can recommend as the cottage is not in a touristy area). Our stay was great and we loved every minute of it. We will definitely come back if we can!

Nous avons très bien été accueilli et Stephen nous a faciliter le transport à l’arrivée, pendant le séjour et au départ. L’endroit est extrêmement propre et l’entretien ménager est effectué au deux jours. Se déplacer sur l’île n’est pas simple avec Grab et le transport en commun. Stephen nous a d’emblée offert sa voiture pour un prix très compétitif. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour.

The villa is away from the tourist hustle and bustle on Samui and offers peace and relaxation. The villa reflects the "original" Thai architectural style rather than all the over-styled villas on Samui. The garden area is large and a real eye-catcher, especially with the night-time lighting. There is a sala in the garden that invites you to linger. The pool is refreshing and large and can be accessed directly from all 3 bedrooms. The bedrooms are comfortably furnished and have air conditioning. However, the highlight is definitely the large living area on the 1st floor. There is a huge comfortable sofa, a large dining table and a pool table. The very well-equipped kitchen leaves nothing to be desired. Everything was very clean and well maintained. The communication with the host was excellent, fast and the results always reliable. Check in and check out was super easy and hassle free. We really enjoyed our stay and can highly recommend the villa.

We hebben genoten! Zeer fijn welkom, snel en gemakkelijk contact met Jeff en gastvrouw Sann! Kregen pro-actief tips voor de omgeving. Autohuur via Jeff was snel geregeld en top (geen gedoe met eigen risico/rare voorwaarden), werd bij het huis afgeleverd en konden we achterlaten op het vliegveld). De accommodatie is nieuw, zeer ruim opgezet met zwembad aanliggend. Wanneer we terug gaan naar Koh Samui weten we onze plek!

My partner and I loved our stay! The location and vibe were perfect. Would definitely recommend hiring a bike to get around to all the cute beaches and local cafes. We wish we stayed longer! Moon was a wonderful host.

We stayed four weeks at Lauren’s place and we were sad to leave. The flat is exactly as it looks in the photos: clean, spacious, and with a well-equipped kitchen. Both the bed and the sofa were both huge and very comfortable. The pool was fantastic. There are two washing machines in the complex, but we did our laundry at a place two minutes down the lane where the shopkeeper always had 10-baht coins in change. It takes about 30 mins to walk to Chaweng Beach. Initially, we were disappointed that the beach was further than we anticipated. But in the end we saw this as a positive: the neighbourhood is quiet, but still close to restaurants and a good supermarket. It’s also in the middle of a local residential neighbourhood, which we appreciated as much of Chaweng is relentless resorts. To go further, we used Grab. (note that taxis are relatively expensive in Samui). Do pack an HDMI cable as the TV in the flat isn’t a smart TV. Overall, great value for money in this price range.

Sehr gut gelegen auf samui, nahe verschiedener strände und tollen beachclubs. Für mich war das bett leider unbequem zum schlafen. Auch das wifi funktioniert nicht gut. Zum arbeiten benötigt man einen hotspot via sim karte. Guter und kommunikativer gastgeber. Unterkunft ist sehr sauber und mit allem ausgestattet was man braucht

Loved our stay of 10 nights in Koh Samui here! The new AC, a washing machine, and a safe made it so comfortable and convenient. We rented a car and parking was no problem in this quiet condo complex. 7-11 is nearby as well as the Si Khao Night Market (both walkable) so you will never go hungry. Thank you Jenn and Mei!

Natali was very polite, professional with her very fast responses. I have stayed at this complex multiple times; there's always plenty of parking and it's just across the street from a sandy beach. There's also a huge swimming pool, a fitness center, yoga area, tennis court and street basketball. The key was placed into a lockbox for a self check-in.

This was our second time staying at The Bay Condominiums. Located in Plai Laem, Bophut, it’s in a great spot just outside the busy hub but still convenient with loads of authentic Thai restaurants, massages, 7/11 within easy walk & beautiful views over the water to the islands. 5 mins by scooter to Bangrak Pier, Cheong Mon Beach & 15 mins into Chaweng Central. Easy to hail a baht bus to get around as well. Facilities are decent…pool, gym & basic cafe to grab a beer or coffee, also coin operated laundry. Brian’s condo was spacious, clean, comfy & well-equipped. Large covered deck was a major wow with beautiful views & a cooling breeze. (In fact we didn’t use the a/c once during our stay because of the condo aspect & breeze…nice!) Brian was super lovely & very accessible, full of recommendations on dining, sightseeing, even good Netflix shows! Loved our stay…10/10 comfort, convenience & peace. Thank you for having us Brian…will come again for sure.
