Our stay at this place was absolutely wonderful! The accommodation was perfect—clean, comfortable, and beautifully designed, with everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. The location is fantastic, offering both tranquility and easy access to the best parts of Phangan. The host was incredibly welcoming and responsive, making sure our stay was smooth and enjoyable. We especially loved waking up to the peaceful surroundings and being just a short distance from stunning beaches, great restaurants, and vibrant spots on the island. If you're looking for a perfect place to stay on Phangan, this is it! We would absolutely love to come back again. Highly recommended!

The apartment was amazing with the best view you could possibly have! The private beach made it our most beautiful 4 weeks in Thailand. Lance responds quickly and is super helpful with anything you need. Definitely recommended!

Die Lage im Herzen von Baan Tai ist einfach perfekt – direkt am Strand, sodass man jeden Morgen mit dem Rauschen der Wellen aufwacht. Die Unterkunft ist wunderschön eingerichtet, mit viel Liebe zum Detail, was eine warme und gemütliche Atmosphäre schafft. Alles war makellos sauber, und Olga war eine großartige Gastgeberin – stets hilfsbereit und herzlich. Voll ausgestattete Küche incl. Wasserspender.. Wer einen entspannten und stilvollen Aufenthalt in Baan Tai sucht, ist hier genau richtig. Ich komme auf jeden Fall wieder! Dankeschön liebe Olga, das ich wieder dein Gast sein durfte. 🤗

Jai passé 24 jours merveilleux dans le studio qui correspond exactement à la description. J'ai été accueilli chaleureusement et les explications ont été claires et simple. Le studio été propre, rangé, il contient suffisamment ustensiles pour faire un peu de cuisine. Linge de lit, serviettes de toilette et de plage compris et changé 1 fois par semaine. Le wifi fonctionne parfaitement et le débit est rapide. La vue est magique et le calme de l'environnement s'y apprête totalement. Enfin, la gentillesse et l'authenticité de Patrick et Marie est le couronnement.

This was one of the best places I’ve ever stayed in Thailand! The beachfront house is absolutely beautiful, with stunning views. It’s super spacious, really well-equipped, and spotless. Even though the area is quite busy, you don’t feel any of the chaos while you’re there. The hosts are so friendly and always quick to respond. I had the most amazing time and would definitely love to come back 💗

We absolutely loved our 2 week stay here. Granted it is a little noisy when restaurants extractor fans on but never bothered us. The terrace makes up for everything what an amazing view and place to spend time. 2 great restaurants down below. We know the area so was perfect for us. Inside the apartment provided everything you need for long stay, the cleaners were super and we cannot wait to return. Andreas has hosted us before and is very quick to get back to you. This was our second stay here and once again was perfect for us. Quiet and peaceful retreat right on the beach with numerous lovely restaurants a few minutes walk up the beach. Great massages next door and the sea is as warm as bath water. We have come home revived and relaxed. Thank you hope to see you again soon.

We had a wonderful time at Mark’s place. Looks actually a lot better than the pictures! Mark was very friendly and easy to communicate. Highly recommended!

Diane was a great host - the house was tastefully decorated, very comfortable and well maintained. The kitchen was stocked really well and had everything we needed. They even kept umbrellas and other small touches to make it feel homely. The house is right on zen beach so great ocean access. However it has become a popular spot so something to keep in mind when booking. The road is also bumpy so definitely need to be able to drive well. We loved our time at the house and were really grateful for the support and care offered by the whole team. Thank you Diane for all your warmth and hospitality !

Ein wunderbarer Ort. Von überall in dem Anwesen hat man freien Blick auf das Meer. Der Rasen und die Palmen zwischen Meer und Aussenbereich runden das ganze ab und bieten einen makellosen Anblick. Es ist auch sehr gemütlich eingerichtet. Einfach perfekt :-)

Just an amazing little place in the best possible spot in Pangnan.

We’ve been for 1 week in this house and really enjoyed it. The house is way bigger than it looks on the pictures. Service was extraordinary and always super friendly. We got a transfer from and to the port and rented 2 scooters upfront - everything was perfectly organized. That’s how it should be 👍🏼

Josh was an exceptional host. He was always quick to respond and incredibly helpful whenever we encountered any issues. His thoughtfulness truly made our stay enjoyable and stress-free.

The Apartment was in a great location. You could walk to the beach, the convenience store, and various restaurants. We had been staying in many hotels on this trip, and getting an apartment was a GREAT decision. The place had an oversized couch, a comfy bed, and a washer machine, but most of all, there was LOTS of room to spread out as opposed to a cramped hotel room for the same price. It had easy parking for our rented motorbike, which was a plus. We will definitely stay here next year as well.

Chaoh made us feel right at home from the moment we got there. The accommodation is perfectly placed away from the loudness but close enough to walk. Literally a 2 minute walk to the beach and pool. All of the restaurants surrounding the accommodation are beautiful also. Chaoh was responsive and an all round perfect host. The room itself if clean and my girlfriend and I felt right at home. Shall we ever come back to Koh Samui, we will definitely stay here again. Couldn't recommend more.

Natali was very polite, professional with her very fast responses. I have stayed at this complex multiple times; there's always plenty of parking and it's just across the street from a sandy beach. There's also a huge swimming pool, a fitness center, yoga area, tennis court and street basketball. The key was placed into a lockbox for a self check-in.

Is located in a very quiet place, far away from the main street noise, but also near to supermart, temples and night market. The flat is equipped with everything. The swimming pool is clean. From the balcony you can enjoy the sunset. If you look for a quiet clean place near to the beach, this is the place.

Probably one of the best airbnb we have ever been to. For sure it has the best view: the pictures in airbnb do not reflect how beautiful the place is. We also both worked. The internet worked perfectly all the time, we made video calls all day without any issue. Also, they warned us that there might be noise from the construction sites around there. We can confirm that we didnt hear anything for the entire stay. Watcharin helped us with everything needed (bike, atm..). We stayed there a month, and we really enjoyed it. Pool is also very nice.

Квартира прекрасная, очень красивая, светлая, уютная, с потрясающей террасой. Немного требует ремонта, но очень комфортная для проживания. Не понравилось отсутствие горячей воды в душевой кабине. Мы мылись в ванне, но в ней нет шторки и вода течет на пол. Самое плохое было что хозяйка не дала никаких инструкций по заселению, хотя мы просили ее об этом когда звонили из аэропорта. Потом у нее просто был отключен телефон и мы не знали что нам делать. Координаты на Airbnb привели нас не туда. Мы сделали три круга прежде чем найти нужный въезд. Нам помог охранник, который не говорил по английски, но оказалось что ключи у него. Это был единственный неприятный момент. Позже хозяйка вышла на связь и принесла извинения. Также подарила сувениры. Спасибо большое за это, нам было приятно. Совет: вбивайте в google maps “BLEU CONDO”. Не используте координаты. В остальном все было превосходно! P.S. Вокруг очень тихо, не слышно шум дорог. Но петухи начинают в 4-5 утра, берите беруши :)
