We loved staying at Christine’s home. It was spotless and so comfortable. She was also quick to respond whenever we touched base with her. I would highly recommend this gorgeous place.

This was our second time we have stayed at one of Ryan's properties. His properties are beautiful you can see that from the photos. Our stay was so relaxing and enjoyable exactly what we all needed. We had a convention in downtown so our drive was 55 minutes away but honestly, it was so nice and we loved the place so in the end...it was worth the drive. Cutest place and it was very spacious and roomie. Had all the little things that you sometime get stuck buying (like detergent, dish soap, etc) so it was really nice. Me and my daughter had a good time there and enjoyed the warmly decorated place. I'd stay there again if in the area.

I was on personal business for a few days and sought out a place to stay in my old neighborhood. I lived in Broad Ripple, Indianapolis from 2012-2019 and it’s a great neighborhood with lots of dining options and bars and independent shops. It’s by far my favorite neighborhood in Indy. The house is comfortable and kitchen well equipped. Although it’s a short walk to the heart of Broad Ripple, it’s on a quiet neighborhood street with little traffic. It was the middle of winter so I did not use the backyard but it would be great in warmer months.

Our experience here was 10/10! The photos were beautiful but the home exceeded all expectations. It was incredibly clean and the amenities were amazing. The location felt safe and was close to attractions in Indy. We felt immediately at home and able to relax. Ben was a great host who was responsive, friendly, and ensured we had the best stay possible. We would love to stay here again!

David is a great host-he was even helping us look out for Taylor Swift tickets! The house was lovely and matched the description and photos. The house was stocked nicely with extra shampoo and few spices and we even found some makeup wipes which was really clutch for the girls trip. Beds were comfy and linens were nice-there is a whole closet full of extra towels.

A beautiful home. lots of space and very comfortable. I would stay here again for sure. Just a heads up, the house is near some train tracks. On occasion you can hear a train going by. Didn't bother me but I thought others may want to be aware.

This is a super cool Indy stay. Jenni is an amazing host with an awesome attention to detail. It is everything an Airbnb should be. We highly recommend staying here!

We stayed here for a month and had a wonderful experience! The host was incredibly friendly, responsible, and easy to communicate with. During our stay over Christmas, they even set up a Christmas tree in the room, which added such a festive touch! There were a few heavy snowfalls while we were there, and the host took great care to clear the snow from the front door and the path to the parking area promptly. I would highly recommend this place and would love to stay here again in the future!

Jonathan was very attentive and accommodating as advertised neighbors were very respectful the space was very clean and accommodating the ambiance was very peaceful would definitely be the place I stay when in Indy

Perfect apartment for what we needed. The apartment was exactly as described and the hostess was very clear with the instructions! Will definitely book again if the occasion comes around.

We LOVED Jill and Chris’s place. We visited with our 10 yo grandson and giant dog. Their place is very clean, well-organized (loved the coffees and teas especially) and loaded with art, games, conversation starters for the table. Best of all, their home is an urban “homestead” with free range chickens, a beehive, fruit and nut trees, raised bed gardens and native Indiana plants. Everything about their property and rental is a labor of love and it shows. Highly recommend!

We loved our stay at Ben's place! The apartment was darling and well decorated. Instructions were perfectly clear and included pictures of where to park which was helpful. The neighborhood was nice and quiet but not too far from anything we wanted to see, and Ben was responsive to all my messages and very friendly. The space was on the smaller end, but it was perfect for my husband and I and Ben has made great use of the space! We would love to stay here again if we visit Indianapolis again! Highly recommend.

Butler Villa was extremely responsive with questions and very much accommodated us. We will stay here again!

Immediately, you can tell Mike works hard to keep the place in great shape. It’s a nice change to stay somewhere not run by a corporation and you can tell he works hard to keep it that way. Super friendly host, really responsive. Arrived to a spotless place. Zero complaints. Comfy, peaceful, cute, and affordable! Also, Mike is an animal guy and was really flexible with our reactive dog. He totally gets it and that was so reassuring. Great to work with and super nice guy in general!

My favorite things about this stay were the location and Stacey's communication. My partner and I were in town for a show at the Vogue (as other reviewers have mentioned). We loved being within walking distance to the venue and all kinds of other fun restaurants and shops in Broad Ripple. The space was perfect for two for a weekend visit. We also appreciated how responsive and friendly Stacey was throughout our stay, including her recommendations. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

The condo was amazing and the hot tub put it over the top!! Jim was an amazing host,we would definitely rent again!!

Very peaceful view! apartment living so you'll hear neighbors above you but overall a good stay.

Dina was an amazing host & this is probably one of our top 3 favorite rentals we've stayed in while traveling! It was incredibly decorated & very well stocked for our stay. Location was also wonderful. We parked for the weekend & walked everywhere. Dina also provided very helpful recommendations for food. I'd give Dina & this unit 10 starts & we'll be back!

My friends and I traveled to Indianapolis for the Taylor Swift concert and Ruby's place was close enough to the city for us to travel in for the show, yet far enough from downtown to not be in all the chaos. There were so many wonderful amenities nearby from walking distance coffee shop and not too far groceries and restaurants. Ruby's home was clean and organized - it was the perfect spot for our Swiftie getaway!

Amanda’s place was so clean and nice. The veranda was huge and open. Fabulous area to walk to everything. The condo was so clean and comfortable. Highly recommend

You know those places you find that are gems, that you hesitate writing a great review for selfish reasons? This is one of those places for me. This must be our 5th or 6th stay here, and it just feels like home! The hosts are wonderful, the place is well maintained and cozy, and we love the neighborhood.

This was one of the best stays I've had. The host were very friendly. I met Rick and he was very pleasant and accommodating. The house is just as described, and it is more beautiful in person. I am extremely O.C.D. so I am hard on cleanliness, and this place was immaculately clean. It is located in a beautiful quiet neighborhood that is located near lots of eating and shopping spots. I would highly recommend staying here.
