Kolín District : locations de maisons de vacances

We hebben 10 dagen doorgebracht in het huis van Kristyna en ons prima vermaakt! We hadden overwegend goed weer, waardoor we het zwembad lekker konden gebruiken. Prettig: de binnenkant is van een soort zeil en niet van tegeltjes dus lekker comfortabel zonder scherpe randen. Iedere dag buiten eten, bbq een paar keer gebruikt, prima bedden, horren voor alle ramen, airco door bijna het hele huis. Er zijn 3 slaapkamers maar 1 daarvan is op de overloop van de andere 2 slaapkamers en daar heb je dus wat minder privacy. Keuken is prima (er is alleen geen oven) Veel prive tuin/ruimte om het hele huis. Er is een ander klein gasten verblijf vlakbij maar daar hebben we helemaal geen last van gehad en de tuin kan eventueel verder afgeschermd worden als je dat wil. Zwembad en tuin zijn sowieso prive. Voor wie Praag wil bezoeken: zet je auto neer bij de P+R ‘Cerny most’ en pak de metro naar het centrum. Metro is €1,- p.p. en parkeren was €2,- voor een hele dag

The house is ideal for a group party trip to Prague. The house had everything needed for everyone to have a good time and at the same time to rest comfortably. Heated pool, sauna, jacuzzi, barbecue and two tables with fires for evening dinners. the host never called with a problem just asking if we needed anything. Highly recommend The place was fantastic and we felt great. Next year we will definitely return there

wij hadden een geweldige tijd bij Natalia en Steve. Het huis is knus ingericht. De hosts zijn aardige en gastvrije mensen. We troffen regelmatig een gezellig vuur op de binnenplaats aan. Je kunt er fantastisch wandelen met de hond. Het centrum is makkelijk te bereiken. Wij komen graag terug.

Jakožto skupině přátel se nám ubytování maximálně líbilo. Baráček je skvěle vybavený a byl čistý. Paní Nikola odpovídala vskutku rychle a vždy nám vyšla vstříc. Toto ubytování můžu vskutku doporučit!

Very nice place to stay. Perfectly clean. Spacious, with more then enough place for living, storage and playing (we were there with two kids). Well equipped with utensils, cutlery and disposals, including dishwasher tablets, lots of towels. Very warm house, we had zero discomfort when it was +6C outside.

Mohu ubytování a Michala jenom pochválit. Vše bylo v naprosté pořádku. Hostitel nás přivítal, vše vysvětlil a dal tipy, kam zajít na jídlo, jak se dostat do centra atd. Vřele toto ubytování doporučuji.

Nice place to stay near prague city. House very big and fully equipped. We do enjoyed staying here. Cozy house and nice decorations. Everything was good and host very helpful and fast response. Highly recommended to staying here. One of the best house in prague.

Hana and Coenie’s beautiful and cozy property makes you feel right at home from the moment you enter—plenty of space for a large family, or in our case, a family of three. It is located in a peaceful, quiet, and serene neighborhood with easy access to the train or to the road for those who choose to drive. There are nice restaurants in the area if you don’t feel like going to Prague. We drove and had no issues getting to the home (contrary to another guest's comment). We were able to park right up to the front door. We loved this property and look forward to staying here during a future visit to Prague. We enjoyed looking at the mountain along with the chickens and ducks that live on the property.

Ubytování bylo přesně to co jsme s rodinou hledali. Jela jsem s partnerem a dvěma dětma a nemůžeme si to vynachválit. Prostory krásné, moderní, vybavené a čisté. Majitelé naprosto úžasní a ochotni kdykoliv v jakýkoliv čas pomoci. Vřele doporučuji a máme v plánu v letních dnech opět navštívit.

Velmi milý hostitel, zajimavé ubytování, kde najdete vše co byste mohli potřebovat a hlavně pohodu, klid a relax. Pro nás byla skvělá velká zahrada kterou jsme měli k dispozici a kterou ocenili děti i náš pes. Rádi přijedeme znovu.

The apartment was perfect and communication great. The location was ideal for a family, some lovely local restaurants on the doorstep and a tram stop round the corner to get straight into the centre, although the walk in was so pleasant we rarely used the tram. Would highly recommend booking here, thank you!

Daniel was extremely responsive and flexible and gave us more than we’d paid for. Very helpful instructions, arrival was seamless and the whole place was spotless. 100% would recommend.

A wonderful stay in a beautiful home with great hosts. I wouldn’t hesitate to book again. Hosts went out of their way to provide us with a cot and high chair. The views were beautiful. Only disadvantage was the stairs being a bit lethal so not ideal for small children (or tipsy adults) but wouldn’t put me off. Thanks for a great stay!

Toller Aufenthalt in einer netten Reihenhaussiedlung. Sehr ruhig gelegen und dennoch zentral (mit dem Auto 7min bis zur U-Bahn und von dort 15min bis ins Zentrum. Sehr saubere und wohnliche Unterkunft mit toller Ausstattung. Sehr sauber und liebevoll jahreszeitlich dekoriert. Tipp: Smart-TV-Stick oder ähnliches mitbringen. Der Fernseher kann nur tschechisches DVBT. Internet aber ansonsten einwandfrei!

Petra was very responsible owner! She always checked up on me to see everything is ok. The house was located in a quiet neighborhood where I spent a peaceful time. There were enough furnitures & kitchen wears for me to spend 2 weeks, and bathroom was clean. There were supermarkets, local restaurants and cafes within 10-15min of walking distance and it was pretty useful. Overall, I spend a wonderful time at this house and I’m satisfied with stay at Petra’s house. Thank you so much!!

A really lovely place to stay near Prague, and Pavla is an extremely helpful and gracious host. As described and the photos accurately depict the house. As some others have mentioned, there is an issue with a smell from the pipework near the boiler and in bathrooms, but we found that got better after a while (either we got used to it or regular use of the water meant that the smell lessened). This is probably worth noting if you are sensitive to smells. Aside from that, the place is extremely clean, warm (it was 0°C outside during our stay) and the kitchen has modern well-functioning appliances. Thanks Pavla!

Spokojna okolica, bardzo ładny, duży dom ze wszystkimi udogodnieniami, dokładnie jak w opisie. Dom na obrzeżach Pragi, ale bardzo dobry dojazd do centrum. Super komunikacja z gospodarzem.

Das Haus war groß und es befand sich alles in der Wohnung. In die Stadt / Alstadt braucht man mit dem PKW ca 30 min. Wir waren jetzt über die Weihnachtszeit da und es war einfach nur bezaubernd. Der Gastgeber war sehr nett und zu jederzeit erreichbar. Wir danken für alles und hoffen, wieder kommen zu können.

Wir hatten ein tolles verlängertes Wochenende mit Freunden in der Unterkunft. Es war alles wie online beschrieben/gezeigt. Der Wellness Bereich war sehr schön. Bei Ankuft wurde uns alles gut und ausführlich beschrieben. Für Leute die einen leichten Schlaf haben, ist es vielleicht wichtig zu wissen, dass das Haus sehr hellhörig ist und an manchen Stellen etwar quietscht. Hat uns aber nicht weiter gestört:)

We stayed at this place for 1 month with 2 middle size dogs. Everything was perfect - central location 10 min away from big park to walk dogs, cafes, bars and grocery shopping. Very comfortable apartment with great view. We felt like at home, thanks for hosting
