Fantastic Stay in Kauai! Our stay at this Airbnb was absolutely perfect! The location was ideal—close to everything, making it easy to explore the area. The space itself was just the right size, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything we needed, including beach chairs and towels, which made our beach days even better. The attention to detail and thoughtful touches truly enhanced our experience. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Kauai!

Radoslav & Natasa were outstanding hosts! Great proactive and reactive communication from the time we reserved their beautiful place to the time we checked out. Condo was a perfect location, 2 min walk to great beach, beach club, restaurants and shops. Will plan on reserving again next year. Great peeps and place!!

We love staying in Ka’paa, it’s just become more and more challenging to find a place that suits us, we’re not resort people. Margaret’s place was perfect, we loved having a full kitchen, used the bikes regularly, the outdoor seating area was so nice to relax and watch the cows, chickens, and cats. Matt was around the property and easy to find if we needed to chat. We didn’t use laundry, but it’s a great benefit if we were staying longer. Margaret has really thought of everything, super communicative leading up to our stay and during; anticipating any needs we may have. We look forward to staying with her again!

Just an amazing location!! The place was super clean and very comfortable. Sitting on the back patio with the new furniture listening to the waves and looking out on the ocean was incredible!! Can’t imagine a better location. We could hear the waves from everywhere in the condo and falling asleep to the waves was fantastic! Roz was a great host and provided tons of local recommendations and was always very prompt getting back to us if we had any questions. We’ll definitely be back!!

Todd’s place was spectacular. My family of five all stayed comfortably. We were so close to Hanalei and enjoyed the sunset from the pier every night. We didn’t want to leave.

Great place with plenty of space and a gorgeous big yard with covered and uncovered seating areas. Well-stocked kitchenette with plenty of basic cooking equipment, some oils vinegars, spices, sugar etc likely left by previous guests, and a propane grill that was in good shape. Very comfortable bed, and I'm fussy about beds. Everything you could possibly need for the beach except surfboards. Absolutely loved the 7pm check-out time! Super nice owner (I met Adam, but not Beata). They live upstairs, but were very quiet. Speaking of quiet, this property seemed to have a lot less roosters than most places I've stayed on Kauai--I didn't need to use my ear plugs. I would absolutely love to come back and wouldn't hesitate to recommend it!

The house is absolutely beautiful and looks exactly like the pictures and the description. It was incredibly spacious for our multi-generational group of 6. The house was spotless and really well-appointed, including all their beach gear. It’s in a great location in Princeville, really close to Hideaway beach and a quick easy drive to Hanalei. The hosts are lovely and very responsive. Our family had a fabulous stay and we would definitely stay at the house again!

Overall great stay and Brandon was very nice and responsive. The access to the private athletic club was nice to get a workout in (gym, basketball, pickleball) / go in the pool. Having a washer and dryer was very helpful too. I thought the place would be a little bigger based on the pictures but not a big deal. Was central to poipu and great if you want to be in the south but I’d likely consider east and north area for my next visit as it’s closer to more things. Not a knock of the property but just FYI for new Kauai visitors. Appreciate the hospitality Brandon!

Enjoyed the most mellow and relaxing vacation with my adult children. We walked daily on the great pathway and took in the blue ocean and the peaceful setting. The neighborhood was quiet and what I expected. We enjoyed eating at all the wonderful local places within a casual 20 minute walk. It was rainy this time of the year so sometime we just stayed and chilled in the awesome living room. The house is old so it has its charms but it felt like going to a beach house. There are plenty of windows and we slept with them open and it was very windy at night so we didn’t miss the a/c at all. We are from the Pacific Northwest, my son said he was surprised that 72 degrees could feel so cold and it was funny to see him wear his puffy jacket at times. Anyone staying here in the spring should probably bring a jacket because the wind and moisture can make it feel a lot colder than it should be due to being right next to the ocean. This is an excellent location overall.

We loved our stay at this beautiful place. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed for cooking, blending, etc. Bathrooms were sparkling clean (could have used more toilet tissue) We loved the view and having the surf right across the street. Would definitely recommend this property to groups or families.

We have had the most amazing stay in Hanalei - Rainbow House is everything we were hoping for and more. Surfing with Micco was the icing on the cake. We will be back to Hanalei soon and we plan on booking here again. From the quiet location to the convenience of being able to walk everywhere, we have been happy as clams on our family vacation! 8 thumbs up from a family of four.

"As Described" sounds like faint praise, but with rentals it's super important. this place delivered on everything advertised. Very spacious. The primary bedroom was set apart from the other two and had its own bathroom. We didn't use the exterior but it looked super cute with two sitting areas, front and back. AC was great. Kitchen was spacious too, which helped a lot. the nearby Coconut Market has really developed into something worth spending time in. Two close beaches, one small and private and one large with gentle shallows. The primary bed was super cushy. Tropical bugs can be an issue anywhere in Hawaii but they were well under control here, which was nice. We've been to the islands six times and likes this place a lot. Absolutely, definitely would stay again... and probably will.

5 stars all the way ! location was perfect, it was located in a secluded area very peaceful, and located right in front of the Poipu Beach. The house itself is the perfect size for the 5 of us ! The unit has the best parking stall included. Special thanks to Lauren and Franky for giving us quick response to every inquiries we had ! i highly recommend to book for this place if you’re looking for a place in Kauai !! 😄

Incredible spot for a family location. We were able to watch our kids swimming in the pool from our own lanai, and saw a whale breaching one night while sitting out eating dinner. I truly think there is no better location in Kapa'a - right on the beach but quiet and secluded. We loved being close to the Kauai Shared-Use Path (Ke Ala Hele Makalae) which we ran on every morning at sunrise. Having the Safeway/ABC Store/Wailua Shave Ice only a 5 minute walk away was fantastic! The condo and surrounding building is clean and well-maintained. The pool is cleaned every morning. The kids enjoyed playing ping-pong in the common area while we used the Barbecues. We would definitely stay here again! The only downside was that the beach is not swimmable due to the reef - but it was just a 6-minute drive to Lydgate beach for swimming and snorkeling.

We had a wonderful time at the beach front condo! Waking up to a gorgeous sunrise every morning was beyond our expectations. Carolyn was responsive and quick to help with anything we needed. Thank you for sharing your home with us! We will definitely be back!

The view from the deck was amazing. The unit was perfect for two couples. We enjoyed the complex. Great walking trails all around with beautiful scenery. We enjoyed our stay.

All of these reviews you're reading are well deserved... this place is in a perfect location, just a bit removed from Poipu and the crowds at the resorts. If that's what you're after, it's an easy 4 minute drive or 20 min walk, but nice to be able to walk back to this condo for the more quiet atmosphere. There were plenty of turtles to see cruising the shallow bay right off the lanai, Whales could be seen further out if you spent a few minutes looking. The constant crashing of the waves put us to sleep every night No need for air conditioning, the temperature was perfect. All furnishings were comfortable and clean, everything was immaculate upon arrival. We had a few questions and hosts were quick to respond. Nothing but praise for these folks and the property. 2 Local food recommendations For vegetarian / vegan / plant based - "That Indian Place" and "Anatta's" Thai food truck, both within walking distance.

This Airbnb was absolutely perfect for our first visit to Kauai. The location is convenient for traveling all around the island and there’s tons of food and little shops within walking distance. The ocean view from the balcony and being steps away from the pool & beach is unbeatable. And of course, the pool bar! Allison was also super commutative and offered lots of recommendations & local tips. Just the perfect little getaway for my husband and I!

SUNRISE views!!! This clean, ground floor studio is a small "hotel-like" room, located in a quiet oceanfront complex with nearby restaurants, and a walking path along the ocean. If you wake up early, then be sure to catch the gorgeous sunrises! GREAT recommendations from Allison about nearby attractions. We loved gifts that Allison left for us; seashell leis and a box of chocolate covered macnuts. GEAR TO BORROW: We appreciated the closet full of items to borrow like snorkel gear, lawn chairs, umbrella, cooler, insulated bag, beach towels, etc. NOTE: Read the fine print about this studio unit and its tiny wet bar. Not a full kitchen like you would expect in a "condo". Mahalo nui loa Allison and Brett!
