We had a wonderful time! Enjoying morning tea on the garden patio was a highlight, and the well-equipped kitchen made meal prep a breeze. The neighbors were incredibly friendly, especially with their delicious Christmas biscuits! Plus, being close to local shops was super convenient. A big thank you to our exceptional host for making our stay so relaxing. Highly recommend! 🤩🙏

It was lovely staying at this beautiful cottage - it is the perfect size and very conveniently located. We felt right at home. Beautifully decorated with everything you need.

The accommodation was really good. It was really clean, and there were no shortage of various cooking utensils and they were clean. There were no bugs and the fact that it was this clean proves that Penny has been maintaining the house well. The bed was very comfortable and the water pressure in the bathroom was good. The atmosphere around the house was so peaceful and the braai party in the garden was fantastic😍 You have to go through 2 big gates to enter the house. This means that the house is very secure.(very very safe) There is a lot of space at the entrance of the house, so parking is not difficult. And speaking of Penny, she is very kind. I felt her like my mother and she welcomed us as if we were at home. She always responded to our questions quickly and came to us directly to solve our problems. If I come back to South Africa, I would like to visit again and say hello to her🙏 Thank you Penny😉

Philip’s place was perfect for our one night stay. We were able to quickly do our laundry before heading out for our flight the next day. It was excellently situated for restaurants that evening and the beds were very comfortable. Five star stay :-)

We LOVE this villa and the location couldn’t be more perfect, it feels so safe, the villa views are a dream, the decor and art work we love, comfy furniture and beds, pristine clean, feels homely yet luxurious. We love that the villa has lots of different areas which all create different feelings and perfect for a large group of people. Amazing for our 2 year old daughter. Wonderful walk down to the beach. Communication to host is excellent. We don’t want to ever leave! We would love to stay here again when we come back to Cape Town

It was a great place, very quiet, peaceful, the neighborhood is very family oriented. Gary is a great host , very helpful, and easy to communicate. As we discussed, I would be booking this ABB, for the further. Very happy with the stay.

Die Wohnung war wie beschrieben bestens eingerichtet. Sehr modern und mit ganz viel Liebe zum Detail ausgestattet und toll dekoriert. Was besonders zu erwähnen ist, das es absolut sicher ist. Für Familien mit Kinder eine 100%ige Empfehlung, da sie gut im Garten spielen können. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt und haben unsere Zeit im vollen Umfang genossen. Danke an Deirdre das wir bei ihr wohnen durften.

Wir waren mit unsere Familie in der Unterkunft und haben und direkt Wohlgefühlt! Es gab eine super Ausstattung auch für die Kinder war alles da was man sich wünscht. Der Aufenthalt war total schön und alles hat reibungslos geklappt, sogar ein früherer Check in war möglich und hat dazu geführt, dass wir total entspannt in unseren Urlaub starten konnten. Wir würden immer wieder dieses schöne Haus buchen und kommen bestimmt wieder! Eine absolute Empfehlung!

This was our second stay at Mount Pleasant — and it won't be our last. The apartment has the best of it: a garden, beautiful pool, super nice interior in a gorgeous high ceiling old room, equipped with a kitchen which offers a young family the full self-catering including Braai. This whole package is gonna be rounded by a host and her crew, which is always helpful, very friendly and so welcoming to us, that I would tend to say — our stay was like visiting friends.

My family enjoyed our stay at the property. It was very comfortable and homely, not to mention centrally located to all the activities we planned. The property had everything we needed to feel relaxed. Darren was friendly, and easily contactable.

We booked 66 Springbok Road for six of us but unfortunately due to illness, two of us could not travel. For the four of us that stayed in this beautiful house, we have no complaints. The views were fantastic, it was private and peaceful and Lance had thought of everything for his guests comfort. We chose not to hire a car but used Uber and they were always available to transport us within 10 minutes of making the request. A big thank you to Lance for helping to make our holiday just fabulous.

Wir hatten eine wunderbare Zeit in dieser tollen Unterkunft! Wir waren insgesamt zu sechst unterwegs, darunter zwei kleine Kinder, und haben uns hier sehr wohlgefühlt. Besonders begeistert hat uns der Pool- und Außenbereich – perfekt zum Entspannen und geselligen Beisammensein. Die großzügige Terrasse mit Grill und die komplett zu öffnende Fensterfront haben für eine offene, einladende Atmosphäre gesorgt. Das Sicherheitssystem mit Elektrozaun, hat uns ein durchgehend gutes Gefühl gegeben hat. Auch die Umgebung ist sicher – ich konnte problemlos joggen gehen. Die Lage ist ideal: Man erreicht sowohl die wunderschönen Weinanbaugebiete in Constantia als auch die Waterfront und viele andere Sehenswürdigkeiten schnell und bequem. Luc war immer zu erreichen und hat schnell weitergeholfen, ebenso hat er eine zusätzliche Reinigung organisiert. Wir können die Unterkunft auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen!

Der Aufenthalt war etwas anders, als wir es uns vorgestellt hatten. Das lag aber an unseren kranken Kindern. Die Unterkunft war sehr schön und wir hatten mit Chinna eine super Ansprechpartnerin, wenn es mal ein Problem gab. Sie war immer gut zu erreichen und sehr nett.

Das Haus ist super ausgestattet, bietet viel Platz und liegt traumhaft in der Natur. Der große Pool ist wirklich toll und sehr gepflegt. Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt!

My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this delightful little cottage. It was very clean, safe, cozy and peaceful. Actually, the word "serene" keeps popping into my head when I think of our stay! The garden is so very interesting and I spent quite a bit of time simply staring at the various plants and arrays that have been set up. Having breakfast at the outdoor table was such fun and an opportunity for us to bond and plan our day. I highly recommend this cottage; it is a true gem.

We had a wonderful stay here - twice! We loved the pool and cozy, home. This place is a home that is occasionally on airbnb, like staying at a good friend's house instead of a house that's 100% all-the-time rented out. We liked that home-y vibe and it felt really comfortable for our our group of 5 (3 adults, 2 kids). Michael was super helpful and flexible with our checking in/out times, the couple that lives on the property were very helpful and friendly, and the dogs pretty great too. It's on a quiet street tucked away from traffic noise. It was a great base to visit lots of places around Cape Town, enjoy Hout Bay, and just to relax.

Cathy’s place was amazing! We have stayed there for 2,5 months and it really felt like home. We had the best time. Its really a family house. Safe, lots of toys for kids and a lot of space. Cathy was always there for us. You can ask here anything and reply was always in seconds. See you again next year Cathy!

Ett mycket trevligt boende som ligger bra till utifrån de olika sevärdheterna runt Cape town. Både rummen och trädgården var större och rymligare än det ser ut på bilderna. Rent och fräscht. Lite oljud från tåget men inte så att det störde på nätterna. Rekommenderas varmt.

Had a super stay here! The location is perfect, the views and the pool were so enjoyed in the summer days and evenings! Elle also provided extra items for our baby and treated us to a few things from her veg garden!

Het is een prachtig huis met een hele mooie tuin waarbij het enorm genieten is. Chris zit zelf ook in een eigen huis op het terrein wat het gevoel van veiligheid verhoogd. Chris is erg aardig en attent en ook de tuinman en de schoonmaakster zijn hele lieve mensen. Het is een plek waar je nooit meer weg wil.

The place was beautiful and peaceful. Felt right at home. We had a long drive from Johannesburg and had to check in a little late, Joanne not only waited for us, but had prepared a lasagna for us so we didn't have to look for food or cook late at night. Place was close to the main roads, so it was very easy to get to where we wanted to be. Would definitely recommend this place and I will stay there again on my next visit to Cape Town.
