We had an incredible stay in Alphen Constantia! The property looked even better than the photos, was spotlessly clean, and very comfortable. Everything was thoughtfully arranged, making it feel like a true home away from home. The location was perfect for exploring Cape Town, and the quiet surroundings added to the relaxing atmosphere. We thoroughly enjoyed our time here and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area. Can't wait to return!

We had a fantastic stay in Constantia. The home was beautiful, spacious, spotless, and well-organized—everything we could have hoped for. From the start, Jo was an excellent point of contact, responding quickly, accommodating an early check-in, and providing great recommendations. The pool and garden were absolutely stunning, making our stay even more enjoyable. We truly felt at home and only wish we could have stayed longer. Highly recommend this place!

This is a fabulous spot very near the beach and restaurants - all very walkable. We stayed in the house which was great - lovely quiet garden to relax in. All the bedrooms are spacious , have balconies and their own bathrooms. Kiera has a great eye for art and she has decorated it beautifully. She is a very friendly host and very quick to respond to any queries. I really can’t find fault and can only highly recommend her property.

We can only confirm all the previous comments, this is a remarkable and unforgettable place. Sam is a very friendly and attentive host. Super beautiful house with beautiful terraces and the same goes for the garden. The pool is heated and a good tip is to close the pool with the cover so you can get a warm swim in the early morning. A magnificent view of the surrounding mountains and Hout Bay in the distance filled our senses. We were a family of 11, including 3 children, and each of us had our own private space if necessary. Mestina, the housekeeper, is really infectiously cheerful. We brought two suitcases full of our eldest son's clothes, which we were delighted to give her. In a word, the house certainly contributed to the success of this exceptional family reunion far from our too-often gloomy Belgium Luc, Antwerpen.

We booked this villa for a family trip to Cape Town with the majority of people in our group visiting Cape Town for the first time. The villa is perfect for a big group as it has 4 bedrooms & 2 bathrooms. All the rooms had huge beds and lots of storage space for clothes. There’s also a really big, well-equipped kitchen & a gas braai so it’s ideal if you want to cook at home. There are also 3 different tables to dine at. 2 outdoor & 1 indoors and we ended up using them all. In addition there’s a lovely big living area for hanging out or watching movies. Our favourite feature was the pool and sun loungers - February was perfect weather with most days having no wind so we spent loads of afternoons in the pool. I have to also mention the views - unbelievable location with Table Mountain right behind the house. Deer Park is also just down the road and we did a walk there on one of the days. Brilliant area that’s super safe. Our hosts were so responsive and really helpful. Thanks!

Our family had a wonderful holiday in Candice’s home. The house had everything and more that we required for the 7 of us. Clean, fresh, secure with added benefits of air conditioning, solar power and jojo tanks ( no risk of power and water outages). The live in housekeeper was friendly, reliable and helpful. I would recommend her if you want some help. I would definitely book the home or the cottage again.

What an incredible stay we had! I'm in love with the home and spaciousness, and our host Juan was super friendly and responsive. We can't say enough. Nothing to improve, the only thing we would want is MORE TIME AT THIS HOUSE.

Sanela was super helpful arranging a last minute stay for our family at this beautiful property up above camps bay. It was well appointed, had a fantastic view, great pool and braai, and well stocked honestly bar system that was appreciated Easy enough walk to the beach / restaurants down the hill, and was about 25min back up with the kids in tow. Happily stay again next time!

This is an amazing property, which exceeded already high expectations. The location is stunning with an incredible view down to the see, and up to Table Mountain. The front terrace is a special place to watch the sun going down, and the pool at the back is perfect for cooling off whilst in awe of the mountains. The house is spacious, with everything one could need for a perfect stay. It felt very secure too. The hosts were very accommodating for our extra needs as we were travelling with babies. All in all, couldn’t rate it more highly!

Had a wonderful stay. We all enjoyed being able to simply walk out and access one of the best beaches in the world from ideal well equipped accommodation . Thankyou indeed

4 On Varney's was perfect for our large group of 6 adults and 5 kids. The house is beautiful, clean and vey comfortable. The pool is small but very nice. There are several nice outdoor seating areas. The kitchen is small but worked well for preparing the kids' dinners. The ladies that run the house are wonderful! They welcomed us warmly upon arrival, made up the rooms each day, and prepared a delicious breakfast each morning (extra fee). They will also do laundry for a reasonable extra fee. The location in Green Point is perfect as a home base for exploring Cape Town. Walkable to V & A Waterfront, lots of restaurants within a 10 minute walk and a quick Uber to other neighborhoods. The house is also on the same block as a grocery store (SPAR) and liquor store. Overall, a wonderful experience and would definitely recommend.

The villa is absolutely remarkable - the space is beautifully decorated and perfectly laid out. We thoroughly enjoyed moments on the patio as well as lounging by the fire inside, making for an overall memorable and intimate experience. Bibiana and her team are so lovely, the welcome basket was a sweet touch and their attention to detail is impeccable. They remained accessible and helpful throughout our stay, even assisting with washing and ironing at our request. We never felt more at home in an AirBnB and relished returning to the villa during the day for some much-needed R&R. I highly recommend booking with Bibiana - between her hospitality, the views, amazing location, and value for money, I can’t pinpoint the best part. Thank you Bibiana, Anastasia, and Sheron for such a wonderful stay, we’d love to come visit again soon ☺️

We had an absolutely wonderful experience staying at this beautiful property in Cape Town even though our stay was short. The views from two of the bedrooms were breathtaking. The property itself was spotless, well-maintained, and had all the amenities we needed for a comfortable stay. Carol was incredibly warm and welcoming, making us feel at home from the moment we arrived. Her attention to detail and thoughtfulness truly stood out. The property is located in a quiet and safe area. The property is equipped with am alarm that has a quick response armed security service. We forgot to disarm the alarm a few times and for each time security arrived at the gate within seconds. I couldn’t find any faults with the property—it was perfect for our stay! I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a nice property that can host a large group or family in Cape Town

This was the best AirBnB in which we have stayed. We had the feeling we were staying at friends house. In fact, we consider Annick now a friend. This is what AirBnB should always be like.

Was für ein traumhaftes Haus! Die Ausstattung ist fantastisch und lässt keine Wünsche offen. Wundervolle Aussicht vom gesamten Haus. Hinter dem Objekt, ein kurzes Stück den Hang hinauf, beginnt ein Wanderweg zum Lions Head mit traumhaften Ausblick. Was man wissen sollte: Die Villa ist an der ein oder anderen Stelle etwas in die Jahre gekommen, allerdings tut das dem Gesamteindruck keinen Abbruch. Ausstattung und Zustand sind makellos.

Karen’s place was a wonderful stay. But more importantly for me and my group, was that she was patient with our adjustment to a new home / setting, very helpful, and responsive to any questions that arose when operating the home. The house was clean, secure, large, comfortable and walking distance to the small village with restaurants and a coffee shop. Not to mention the beautiful surroundings. Thank you Karen for the experience!

We (4 adults and 1 infant) had a lovely time at Sebastian’s villa. It was in a stunning location and was extremely well equipped. Particularly the games, dvds, and kitchen equipment. Plus it had lots of very homely touches included (milk in fridge and apples on arrival, soap and toilet paper and kitchen cleaning items available). Plus I can’t forget Kayla the house keeper who came 3 times during our stay to support cleaning and changing the sheets. She was a great perk we were not expecting! Two things to note: 1. The place has a healthy amount of wear and tear. Everything in working order and the price fairly reflected this. 2. Geneva drove is a steep hill down to camps bay so the property has quite a few stairs. Didn’t bother us but if you aren’t as able you might like to know this in advance. We would 100% stay again and had an amazing time with many memories. Oh the views are spectacular!!!

I had a truly wonderful stay at this Airbnb, thanks to the outstanding hospitality shown by the host and the amazing housekeeper. From the moment I booked, the host was incredibly attentive, providing useful recommendations and keeping me informed about the weather, which really helped me pack appropriately. Throughout my stay, they checked in to ensure everything was going smoothly, which was very reassuring. The house itself was immaculately clean and well-maintained, all thanks to the dedicated housekeeper who was not only accommodating but also exceptionally friendly. Very spacious I might add. Their efforts made the house feel like a home away from home. And then there was Sushi, the house cat, who added a special touch to the whole experience. Sushi was friendly and charming, always a joy to come back to after a day out. I couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay. I highly recommend this Airbnb to anyone looking for a place where comfort and care are top priorities.

We spent a really happy week at Markus’ house. It’s really cleverly designed and very attractive. Comfy beds and nice linen. The garden is gorgeous, with a small pool but perfect for a plunge and a very nice place to spend an evening. Molly the housekeeper was lovely and welcoming and able to help with some ironing and do a clean of the house. The house is really well positioned to explore Cape Town- whether you want to go to the coast or the Waterfront or Constantia. There are some great restaurants and nice shops a walk from the house. Markus is very responsive and helpful.

What a Beautiful place to stay. I have stayed here before and will call again for sure. There was a small misunderstanding in communication as I was of the understanding that the house is not shared. However there is a permanent tenant on the property but in a closed off section of the house and we never bumped into one another even once. Jamie who assisted was awesome. Check in was super smooth. The place is extremely homely with everything you require and ample space too. It’s safe , quiet and tranquil. Just perfect really. I’d highly recommend it.

Incredible stay, beautiful house and amazing location. The pictures do not do it justice! The house is tastefully decorated and filled with beautiful art. It worked perfectly for our needs and it felt homely whilst we stayed with family over Christmas, with even a small tree and decorations. Despite it being the Christmas period, we were always able to contact Denise when we needed anything and she was always happy to help. We would 100% stay again as the view is one of the best in Cape Town and right at the end of Chapmans Peak, it’s very central to everything that we wanted to do and visit whilst in Cape Town. We didn’t want to leave! Thank you for a wonderful stay.

The place was amazing with wonderful views and right on the beach. Easy access to Cape Town. Easy to entertain people too with nice BBQ area and pool.

This was the most amazing villa - interiors and exteriors were exquisite and the villa was pristine. Set high up on mountain with the best views of Camps Bay. The pool, sunsets and views each day were beyond amazing! Nothing was too much for our host we will be staying here again for sure!
