Konavle : locations de vacances avec sauna

Wir haben uns von Beginn an sehr wohl gefühlt. Angefangen bei der Kommunikation mit Minja bezüglich der Anreise und Auffinden der Unterkunft. Das Appartement war wie beschrieben und auf den Fotos dargestellt. Es war alles sehr sauber, das Appartement, die Pools und die gesamte Anlage. Parkplätze waren ausreichend vorhanden. Im Appartement hatten wir für jeden ausreichend Handtücher, sogar Bademäntel und Hausschuhe standen zur Verfügung. Es war sehr ruhig, auch im Haus und der Blick auf die Adria war grandios! Vielen Dank an Minua und Ivo!

We had a great couple of nights at Poco Loco. The kids loved the hot tub and choice of pools. Views are stunning from the balcony or infinity pool. Great to have an honesty bar too for sundowners! Easy walk downhill into Mlini with STUDENAC shop and bakery nearby. Not too hot in September but wouldn’t fancy the hot climb back up in July/august!! Ivo met us and recommended the delicious Konoba Forno and helped us make a reservation too. Very helpful and friendly. Uber into Dubrovnik Old Town €15-20 about 20min. Airport also just 20min away. Big supermarket Konzum in Srebreno less than 10min away. If you are hiring a car, there is great level parking by the pools but be aware the access road is very steep, narrow and winding through olive trees and other hillside apartments.

Nothing but positive things to say about this Airbnb! The apartment is absolutely stunning with everything you need and more. The view was breathtaking and the huge balcony was perfect to sit and watch the sunset and boats passing by. The gym, sauna, and hot tub were great to have and made this apartment extraordinary. I highly recommend this apartment to anyone coming to visit Dubrovnik as it is not located right in the Old Town which gives you peace and tranquility, but close enough to go visit whenever you need.

We had a lovely stay in Bayside Apartment. It’s a beautiful property with the most amazing view of the new port. We will miss getting up and watching the cruise ships come and go. You could never get tired of the view. The apartment was spotlessly clean and was well stocked with everything you need for a holiday, including towels and beach towels. My family loved the pool area, which was also immaculate and exactly as it looks on the photos. Ivica and Diana were great hosts and it was lovely to meet them and their family. The location was great to explore the Old Town (20 mins on a bus) and was in walking distance of some lovely restaurants on the new port, as well as Lapad tourist centre. We found a lovely beach in walking distance of the apartment to swim from called Mandrac Beach, which was great for the kids but was also quiet (mostly locals). We hope to be back one day. just returned from a brilliant 7 days at Poco Loco with my family. it's a fantastic place exactly like the photos. the apartment itself is comfortable and has everything you would want. choice of 2 pools and gym also. Ivo and Minja are great hosts and are extremely helpful. the location of the apartment is great. 15 mins to Dubrovnik by car and 10 mins to Cavtat. I would fully recommend 👌

Amazing hosts ! Lovely family. Nothing is too much. Homemade cake made for us was lovely. Ana booked a great restaurant table for us and the boat trip was fab. We had a great relaxing holiday. Easy to get about via Uber. Would highly recommend.

We arrived from Split by bus, and departed with a rental car. This location is perfect for us, as it next to the major road and across from city bus 3 which connected coach bus station, old town main entrance and the Apt. We walked to old town twice, to a port area hotel to pickup car, and all the paths are scenic and with many stairs. Saw so many short rental Apt along the way, and glad that we do not have to take our luggage up/down the stairs. The two bedrooms each has a private bathroom and AC unit, which is very rare in Croatia as we just checked in at our 4th Airbnb. We were welcomed with a homemade drink and then fresh fig on day2, and were invited to enjoy their home grown grape from the vine. Key info, to take bus 3 from coach bus station, just wait for bus inside. We were told to wait outside at street, which was the wrong direction, and we had a free tour of city and preview of bus ride from old town to Apt as it looped back to coach bus station. Highly recommended here.

We had a wonderful stay, with one of the most breathtaking views we have encountered in Croatia. The ammenties included multiple pools, heated jacuzzi and a sauna - all new, clean and modern. A wonderful place to enjoy a vacation!

Marijo is a perfect host. He was highly responsive and friendly, offering great recommendations and support while we stayed at his Airbnb. Of all the Airbnbs we have stayed, there have been few who were as easy to get along with and as helpful as Marijo. The apartment itself was incredibly high quality, with the entire place recently refurbished it allowed us to really relax in comfort. The location is very good, right on an amazing riverside/estuary a couple of km from Dubrovnik city - really easy access to the city via bus or Uber, but would not recommend driving due to parking issues. We used the kitchen quite a bit to cook meals for our group and then eat on the balcony looking out to a great view. The river is perfectly fresh and the kayaks Marijo leaves his guests were ideal for getting in extra activities in a peaceful and scenic environment. A very good find that balances the busy side of Dubrovnik with your own quiet, scenic accommodation.

It‘s a great house in a beautiful spot. Acctually these are two houses with lots of space and a huge terrain. It‘s hilly but that makes the charme. You‘ll have 6 bedrooms and 6 bathrooms plus 2 kitchen/livingrooms, a poolhouse, at least 4 different spots outside with tables from 4 to 12+ places. It is fully equipped, which means EVERYTHING you might need is there. So it really values it‘s price - which isn‘t allways the case in other houses. From the full-flegde kitchen (sharp knives!) to the appliances an even the bedrooms with it‘s extra blanquets and a abubdance of towels. We were two families with 10 Persona in total and there was room for even more. The kids spend days exploring the terraced garden. The view from up there is breathtaking. You‘ll find yourselve 2mn above the coastal highway, maybe 25 Minutes to Dubrovnic and 30 to Ston. The next shopping is about 10-15 Minutes away. The owners are very friendly and helpfull. The answered all our questions immediatly. Everything was litterally as described.

very nice house with great facilities to keep kids entertained: pool, table tennis, darts, pool table. Air con was great and kept house a nice temperature. Good value and in good location. Couple of things to note: local town is nice with beach, bars and restaurant. Getting to Dubrovnik is best not done by car as hard to park and expensive. You can take bus but check on the times. To old town it’s maybe 10km. House was good value and local hosts Antonio and Ivana very helpful and responsive.
