This location was great! Was able to find the place easily and complete private access so I can come and go as it please. It was located in a perfect area with lots of food carts so if you’re a budget, this is a perfect place within a few blocks. You can find food carts everywhere.. make sure you download the Grab app if your foreigner coming in as the touchups are everywhere and if you don’t hell I’d grab they will rip you off

Die Wohnung hat eine tolle Ausstattung und liegt nicht vom Königspalast entfernt. Ian erfüllte uns sogar Sonderwünsche. Gästen kann ich das nahegelegene Hotel und Spielcasino NAGAWORLD zur Besichtigung empfehlen.

The apartment is absolutely as beautiful as photos on the pages. It was our first time to made a living reservation on Airbnb as well. I won’t forget how beautiful the night view from the room, how romantic the swimming pool is and such wonderful experience here. Thanks for everything.

La casa es cómoda y se encuentra localizada en una zona con acceso a locales de comida, atracciones turísticas, entre otras. La zona es tranquila y nos pareció segura.

Great spot for your next trip to Phnom Penh. Close to Chip Mong mall, easy tuktuk to attractions and the downtown core. Felt safe, convenient shop on the ground floor for water. Thank you Thavy!

Great host. Very responsive w communication. Place is as advertised. Location works well for us close by to Aeon 3 (Mean Chey) but may not be suitable for tourists for who wants to be visiting Riverside etc. Will definitely book again in future.

I'm a repeat person in this building so I'm bias. This is a great building a little away from the noise of the city. It's a clean apartment, safe and comfortable. Transportation is easy and the AEON Supermarket is $4,400 in Cambodian money by GRAB Tuk Tuk. Very Nice and has amenities.

New apartment in a modern residential complex with security and access control. There is a minimart in the complex where you can buy coffee and essential goods. Bedding is available, even though it’s not shown in the photos. The only downside is the lack of towels. The complex also features a pool on the 32nd floor with a stunning view and a new, but small, air-conditioned gym, which you can use for free. Only positive impressions. Pluses include early check-in and check-out at any time. The apartment is on the 25th floor with a panoramic view. The only inconvenience is weak mobile internet signal on the 25th floor. I paid for roaming on a Thai sim card, expecting to work via mobile internet, but the signal is ok with the balcony open😄 I worked from the apartment for one day — it’s possible, but Zoom froze occasionally without a video. The location is not central; you need a taxi but for the price, it’s an excellent price-quality ratio! I would stay here again 😊
