This is the best place for a staycation and we had a good time. We really enjoyed the warmth of the place its very well kept and gave us a homely feeling…. The place makes you feel good…. One major drawback is the vicinity is still under construction hence that could be a mood spoiler but besides that this place is awesome would like to visit again in Monsoons

villa is at good location. German bakery along with other cafes are near by. pool was clean. rooms were spacious and beautifully kept. highly recommend

Location is great, place is great, caretaker was very helpful, only one thing that wasn't upto the mark was the pool, it was not clean, and though it was holi and everyone had holiday, we had to clean it by ourselves, please make sure it's clean before check in. Overall place was great, would like to visit again

I recently stayed at the villa for a day and used it as a remote workspace. The experience was fantastic. The villa is peaceful and quiet, providing an ideal environment for focused work. The internet connection was reliable, which was crucial for my work tasks. Although my stay was short, I found the amenities and ambience perfect for work and relaxation.

The Villa was beautifully decorated and was very spacious. The hosts were very responsive and helpful. We had an extra couple of guests staying with us who happened to be India at the same time and that was handled very efficiently. Any questions we had were answered within minutes. The villa was cleaned daily which I had never had in any other Airbnb. The beach was 30 minutes walk via a couple of routes which I enjoyed doing every day. We occasionally used a taxi and they were very easy to come by. There are plenty of great eating places both around the beach and more local to the villa. Dunes on the beach was our favourite place to visit for drinks and/or food. I will definitely stay here again the next time I visit.

They were always available to offer recommendations and assistance, making me feel right at home. I highly recommend Empress Villa to anyone looking for a luxurious and memorable stay. I cant wait to return!

Great place, clean and tidy

I use Airbnb quite frequently and we rarely find a place which is as accurate and as clean as described. One of the best Airbnbs I have visited in recent years because of location , responsiveness , pricing , cleanliness , interior , housekeeping , etc etc. The housekeeper / helper named Nirvruti was super courteous and polite guy. They made amazing homemade food in best price. This place is hardly 5 minutes walk from the beach. I am definitely coming next time.

The place is very beautiful, well-maintained, and surrounded by peace. The beach, temples, and market are all within walking distance. There are absolutely no worries about food because, right across the street, there is Vaidya Khanawal, which offers amazing homemade vegetarian food... overall it was a great experience 😀

We had an amazing stay at the bungalow, which we booked for a small wedding ritual function. The accommodation was spacious and comfortable, perfect for our group of 20 people. We never experienced any discomfort or issues during our stay. The host, Mr. Manchanda, was friendly and accommodating, enhancing our overall experience. The in-house food was homemade and authentic, with delicious Punjabi cuisine that made us feel right at home. Our guests also had a wonderful time, with no difficulties during their stay. Highly recommended for family getaways, get-togethers, or weddings! Thank you, Mr. Manchanda, for making our event so special.

This property is so spacious and it can totally accommodate 15 people with privacy within groups and rooms. the Kitchen was homely and the rooms well lit and spacious. There are enough bathrooms for all the guests! Perfect place for big groups during weddings or family vacations. Host is very helpful and understanding! Recommended 🤙

Staying at Ajay Uncle’s place was a wonderful experience. The homestay was clean, well-organized, and hosted by a responsive and friendly team. It truly felt like a home away from home, with thoughtful design and excellent management. It’s an ideal spot for both friends and family. Sujata Aunty, the cook, prepared delicious Maharashtrian meals that we thoroughly enjoyed. Everyone made us feel so welcome. One of the highlights of the stay was a long, engaging conversation with Ajay Uncle—it’s something you definitely shouldn’t miss. He’s such a fascinating person. Overall, I loved the stay, the people, and the area!

Neha has the perfect place to stay in Pune. Close to the metro. Autos at your doorstep. Several eateries and stores within walking distance. Two couples or a family can stay in comfort. Bedrooms, bathrooms, and kitchen were clean and well maintained. The space is private and secure. I would recommend it highly to anyone considering a trip to the city.

We had a great stay at Srushti’s place more so because Stushti proved to be an excellent host who handled all questions, concerns and requests efficiently and politely. The property was very clean and location wise was also in a very peaceful neighbourhood with easy access to nearby shops/convenience stores. Overall a great place for a family oriented peaceful staycation.

property was clean and tidy, our host provided all necessary amenities, nice getaway within the city, I would recommend it for a group looking to have a fun weekend, the only thing missing for us was a refrigerator but owner allows to keep things in their refrigerator so it's all good..

If you want a beach getaway this is the place for you! This unassuming property is a gem - built around a beautiful coconut plantation you walk through the palms and onto the beach. It is perfect for a family gathering or group of friends as the bedrooms are separate and private. Aside from the amazing location what stood out were the host and his team - nothing was ever too much trouble! The food they prepared for us was delicious and we loved eating on the beach at our own private table. We barely left the property as there was lot’s to do - enjoy the pool, the beach, pool table, take a nap listening to the sea breeze through the palms. We also thank the team for being so accommodating to our one year old son making sure we had everything we needed for him. We look forward to our next stay!

Shubhada and her husband has been really sweet and kind host. Loved the peace and host making sure that we have a good time staying at the place. Thanks to both of them and its definitely one of the coziest space.
