Beautiful place in Kemer I highly recommend it to stay and your family enjoy the place pool was amazing and the good house was close to grocery stores restaurants and fast food places do not miss Hande Home-2 our host Turan was a real gentleman and educated person easy to deal with.

Modern comfortable villa, spacious, with a private pool, walking distance from the see. Street parking right next to it is free and always has space. The area feels safe, with shops and restaurants nearby. Stable Internet connection. The host is friendly and helpful :) Great place to stay with family or friends.

I stayed at this beautiful villa in Kemer to celebrate my mother’s birthday, and it was perfect! The private heated pool (provided for free for two weeks!) was a fantastic touch. Can was incredibly responsive, answering all our requests instantly and going above and beyond to make our stay amazing, he even gave us two extra days for free! The villa had everything we needed, plus several orange and lemon trees, which made picking fresh fruit and making sweet juice daily such a unique and fun experience. Highly recommend this place for a memorable getaway!

Gittiğimiz yer çok güzel, sessiz ve huzurlu bir yerdi. Ev sahibi Nurşah bey çok ilgiliydi. her türlü probleme yardımcı olan biriydi. Ev sahile 2 dakika yürüme mesafesindeydi sahili de çok güzeldi. civarda da antik kent mevcut. belediyenin servisleri 20 dakikada bir geçiyor bu sayede uygun fiyata ulaşım sağlayabiliyorsunuz. gezmek isteyenler için harika bir yer. Ev ise temiz ve duzenliydi. Fotoğraflarda görünen her şey mevcuttu. Eve gelecek olanlar için yanınızda temel ihtiyaclari getirmeniz iyi olur (terlik, şampuan, çamaşır deterjanı vb) Zaten çevrede migros Carrefoursa gibi marketler var her türlü ihtiyacınızı oralardan alabilirsiniz. Eksik kalması durumunda Nurşah beyle iletişime geçerseniz size yardımcı oluyor zaten. Buraya gelmek isterseniz içiniz rahat bir şekilde gelebilirsiniz.

We enjoyed our stay. The house is charming, well furnished, safe, warm and clean. But it is situated between to very loud bars, and there is one behind that was closed. The music stopped at 4pm on Sunday morning. You have been warned. However overall great place to stay.

TL;DR I strongly recommend this place. Very nice and helpful host. Great house in a central location which means it's a bit noisy but that's to be expected. Our host speaks perfect English and helped us out with transport, both to assist our van driver navigate the small streets all the way to the villa, but also arrange a taxi to go to the airport the following day. He also showed us around the neighbourhood so we could find a nice restaurant for dinner and shop for breakfast the following day. The house is very clean and spacious, the beds are comfortable and we had a great night of sleep. It's located in a central part of the old town. We stayed there on a Saturday night and while we could hear the noise from the street, it was not a big deal because it's not located directly on the main pedestrian street but slightly recessed into a calmer alley.

We had a comfortable stay here. Love the location because it is central to all the beach towns in the area. We could drive to multiple places in a short time. The house is new and clean and the pool is refreshing. Would stay there again.

Je ne serais comment remercier mon hôte pour toute l’attention dont il a fais preuve durant notre séjour. Très bonne personne et très sympathique. N’hésite pas a être très a l’écoute. Le logement est sublime et correspond parfaitement a la description! Je recommande les yeux fermer!

Had a great time on the villa! Huge, fresh and modern, a lot of different lights everywhere making it look super awesome. Top highlights: heated swimming pool, sauna, summer terrace with a grill. Even in April, when the sea is not warm yet, it feels almost like summer, esp. if you're lucky with the weather. And the area is calm and mostly empty before the season starts. The rooms are huge and well isolated. The bathrooms/towels/bed linen were clean, but I'd expect to have more towels and bed blankets in a villa for 8 people, with a pool. The kitchen works fine for cooking, though could use more amenities and tableware. The host always responded immediately, he and his friends were extremely helpful and understanding even despite of the language barrier. Keep an eye on the weather since if there's not enough sun, an electric boiler should be activated separately to heat the water instead, which we unfortunately had to learn the hard way. Verdict: recommend, would be happy to come again!

We had an absolutely fantastic time at Tarik’s place! The villa is absolutely gorgeous and very spacious, our 10 people group felt very comfortable. The kitchen has all the amenities with plenty of pots, pans and cutlery so we had no problem cooking for ourselves. The bedrooms and bathrooms were very clean, all bedrooms equipped with a good AC. Tarik himself is a superb host, very responsive, kind and friendly, with great recommendations of things to do and go to in Antalya. The swimming pool area was cleaned every other day and very well maintained. Cleaning services and linen change are also available at extra cost, so everything was there for a great and comfortable holiday. The only minor thing is the lack of extra towels for the pool area, but this was communicated upfront and they were available at extra cost if needed.
