We had a great stay. The hosts were responsive to communication. The space was exactly as described and a wonderful place to stay for a family or group of friends. A nice quiet neighborhood. I would stay there again!

Very friendly owner. We met only her sons, but they showed us around and gave us enough privacy adterwards. Our part had its own toilet, but kitchen and shower was shared. For us its no big deal, also we didnt met them that much - only thing that some people could mind is that the shower is quite far - through half the house. But we were ok with that. Otherwise, location is perfect - very nearby to centre and also situated on the outskirt, which makes is very noise-free for bedtime. Owners also left some snacks for us, which we didnt expect. There was a wifi and enough plugs all around and lot of space in living room. Overall it was nice stay in nice Icelandic suburbian house. Thank you again.

The house was immaculate and the beds were super comfy. We loved the hot tub and cold plunge. It was an easy walk to the grocery store and the kitchen had everything needed. Thanks Sigurdur!

i spent only one night at Gudrún's place and I really loved the stay! the room I got was perfect for my solo-trip and her house has of course all you need! she helped me a lot with local's tips and tricks and I really appreciate that! the house is just 10mins far from Reykjavik's city centre and that was so great as you stay in a really cosy and chill area without going too far from the city! I really appreciate the 1pm check out which is not so usual! thanks a lot for your place, Gudrún! I'd really love to be back one day!

I stayed with my family of 8 and had such a comfortable stay. Everything was as described and proactively were sent instructions on things in the home that could be confusing. About a 25 minute walk from the city center, with kids we usually ended up taking the 18 bus which was right around the corner. I can’t say enough good things about our stay at Ingolfur’s place and his kindness. My only regret is not having enough time for the hot tub in the back!! Thanks again!

P's place is so comfortable and very roomy for a place in Iceland. The kitchen is fully stocked with anything you'd need to make a full meal. The beds are very comfortable! You might find that this place is just a little further from town than most other Airbnbs in Reykjavik, but the location is actually perfect! It's very close to the bus stop, grocery store, coffee shops, and only takes about 10 min by foot to get to Hallgrimskirkja and other must see locations in Reykjavik. It was easy to communicate with P with any questions or concerns we had. I would stay here again and recommend that others stay here as well.

We had a wonderful week-long stay in Sigga’s home. It had the perfect configuration for our family of five so everyone could have their own private space. We loved the neighborhood that had a cosy cafe and delicious bakery just down the street. The local pool was also a short walk away. There was a parking space for our rental car and it was an easy drive downtown. We took many day adventures outside of the city and it was so nice to come back to a home base every night. Thank you so much for sharing your home, Sigga!!

We had a wonderful stay here. The apartment is very modern, quiet and cozy. Great location, a bus stop is super close and it takes about 30 min to reach downtown. Guðrun is incredibly kind and hospitable. We highly recommend!

Came to visit here in august with my family and it was perfect for our trip. Lovely spacious and clean home. Only a short drive from the city and there is an amazing view. Really peaceful residential area. Would definitely recommend

Our group of 8 had a lovely stay to end our trip in Iceland! The house had so many amenities, my kids loved the playground next door and the trampoline in the back yard. We grilled and even saw a rainbow from the backyard. It’s also super close to the foot bath by the water.
