The flat is as the pictures posted and the general experience was good. The flat location is slightly outside the city inner-centre but totally central and well connected with tram and bus lines in front of the building. Igor has been prompt and caring in assisting the guests and I would definitely book back his flat for my next stay in Wroclaw!

Es war ein sehr ruhiger und schöner Aufenthalt in der Nähe von Breslau. Wir wurden sehr freundlich empfangen und haben die Zeit sehr genießen können in dem sehr großen ruhigen Garten. Gerne wieder. :)

The apartment was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and well-located. Check-in was smooth, and communication with the host was easy and friendly. I really appreciated the thoughtful touches that made the stay feel welcoming. Would definitely stay here again and recommend it to others!

Bardzo miłe mieszkanie w nowym bloku, przyjemnie urządzone, czyste. W pełni urządzone i wyposażone. Serdecznie polecam! Gospodarz miły i pomocny.

Apartament w dobrej lokalizacji, blisko rynku, obok parking podziemny dla samochodów. Apartament znajduje się w kamienicy na 4 piętrze bez windy, schludny, czysty, dwa pokoje z kuchnią i łazienką oraz udogodnieniami takimi jak np. kuchenka czy telewizor. W łazience mała wanna robiąca za prysznic. Gospodarz bardzo sympatyczny i pomocny. Bardzo dobra komunikacja, szybko odpowiada na pytania i stara się pomóc, meldunek miał być od 17, we Wrocławiu byliśmy ok 13 i na naszą prośbę pokój został przygotowany wcześniej przed naszym przyjazdem, dzięki czemu od razu po przyjeździe mogliśmy już do niego wejść.

It was an amazing stay! If you enjoy the nature this is perfect for you! Communication, arriving and getting the key from the keybox was uncomplicated. This little gem has everything you might need (e.g. a kitchen with a good amount of equipment, a good working shower, a nice little private "garden", WiFi that is working perfectly and so on). A forest is right there which is amazing for walks (with dogs). Thank you, for the great stay! :)

Tolle Wohnung in perfekter Lage, zentraler geht es wirklich nicht! In der Küche ist alles was man benötigt, insgesamt ist die Wohnung gut ausgestattet. Kann die Wohnung wirklich nur als Unterkunft empfehlen:) Einzig kleine Unannehmlichkeit war, dass bei unserem ersten Check-In im Hausflur ein Obdachloser Mann lag, später war er weg, das Treppenhaus roch aber leicht unangenehm. Selbstverständlich kann dafür Konrad nichts und der Mann suchte sicher nur einen warmen Ort im doch noch kalten März. Und hat es dennoch irritiert.
