A nice peaceful surrounding , and a perfect host

Overall, it's a good stay option near pune. The place was clean and maintained well enough. It does need a touch of Wifi, though. Nevertheless, everything else was great. A quant getaway close to the city.

it was gre5 staying in this property view staff being very polite and helpful in all aspects. rooms are clean and surrounding of hotel in well maintained. U will not have your own kitchen in the room but u can use their restaurant kitchen anytime for any purpose.

A true home away from home! Malti is an incredibly affectionate and attentive host, and an awesome cook. Her spotless home is filled with positive vibes which contributed to a wonderful experience during my short trip to Pune. May many more guests enjoy the love and peace of Malti's home!

A great place to stay

The place is awesome. It has positive vibes and is very peaceful. Madhumita and Shyamal are very nice, polite and helpful. They just make you feel comfortable and it feels like you are staying with an extended family. The food is personally cooked by her and is amazing and very tasty. Other food options are there nearby however I would recommend to ignore it and go for her food it's very tasty and above all gives you the satisfaction of having a home cooked meal. I highly recommend you all to go for it. As I am sure I am going to book this place again whenever I visit Pune again.

A beautiful, clean place in the heart of Koregaon Park. The bedroom is big and spacious, with large windows that open towards lush green trees. Nancy is very responsive,friendly and helpful host. She was very sweet to offer me breakfast also :-) I will surely book this place again and again.

Felt like home… When it was my last day there felt like I was leaving my own home … The host makes you feel at home . Once you visit you might want to take some interior tips from Anoop ;) Best in taste interiors of the place . Strongly recommended to anyone who wishes to stay in Pune this place is worth it

The place is beautiful and calm, much needed break with friends. The host was very responsive and suggested some local cuisine, food was delicious. The local boys (care takers) helped us with anything and everything we asked for, we asked them to set up evening barbecue which was yummy. The rooms were extremely comfortable and the washrooms clean and dry. We enjoyed swimming and some games near the lake, and some board games thereafter. The property had all the amenities that were listed. Overall the property helped us get away from all the chaos in the city. Would highly recommend someone visiting with friends and family.

Karthik’s place next to the lake is a dream come true. Peaceful, serene and gorgeous views of nature and the lake. Karthik was a lovely host and his staff was extremely polite and responsive. The food was absolutely fantastic. Its a place worth putting on your saved list for repeat visits!
