The place was what I needed. Host was responsive and helpful when I needed something. Good price and close to where I needed to be. I would book again if I'm in the area for work. Upstairs neighbor have a dog though, and it barks nonstop over any noise you make when they aren't home.

Eric & Susan were very informative as I had zero questions. Accommodations were as they listing described.

Stayed here for my sons tournament a Cooperstown and it did not disappoint. Clean and exactly how the pictures looked. Beds were so comfortable, even the pullout was great. I am very picky when I travel and this place had everything I needed. I felt right at home for the week.

We were in town for Cooperstown All-Star Village. It worked out great super close to restaurants as well as close to the field to go back-and-forth for games. House was extremely comfortable highly recommend.

We had an incredible stay at Flagview Lodge!! The apartment is tucked away in the woods, which made it feel quiet and peaceful—exactly what we were hoping for. It was super clean and had everything we needed for a comfortable few days. The space felt welcoming, It was simple, cozy, and just made it easy to relax. The host was amazing! So easy to communicate with. The space felt super private and safe!! Waking up surrounded by trees and nature was such a treat. It felt like a true break from regular life. We had a lot of fun and left feeling really refreshed. Would definitely recommend Flagview Lodge to anyone looking for a quiet getaway!!

Rebecca came through for us in a last minute pinch. She was very responsive, considerate, and sweet! Location was perfect for us to snowboard -- a quick 7 minutes from Hunter mountain. Fireplace was perfect, bed was very comfortable, parking was easy. Thank you, Rebecca!!

This was our 2nd stay and we will plan to stay her again when we visit our family in the area. John and his wife are kind and easy going. Their place met all of our needs and was very private, relaxing, and just the right amount of space the two of us. If you visit when the weather is nice there is some wonderful foliage and animals to enjoy:-)

An amazing and eclectic home! Carin keeps this place super tidy and clutter free. We loved the large kitchen and living room! The frozen pond next to the house was beautiful to wake up to. The bathrooms are cute too!

I love Elaine's place and this is the second time I stayed. It's quiet, pretty and cozy. The thoughtful touches and art make it unique and it's the perfect place to go for a retreat-- close enough to town and restaurant's stores, to Bread Alone and to the Ashokan rail trail but secluded enough to feel private and quiet.

We had an incredible time at Rick and Vicky’s home! They were very friendly from the very beginning when I reached out to ask if the area was fenced and if they would accommodate our greyhounds! The home is stunning and pristine and there’s two fenced areas that are accessed directly from inside the home which makes it super dog friendly. Both bedrooms are beautiful and so comfortable I slept so well on all three nights. The kitchen was a great space and so fun to cook in while looking out the big windows into the beautiful nature and seclusion. The living room was comfy for all of us with a big TV and fireplace. The windows and indoor/outdoor space with a sunroom was really great we felt very secluded yet one with nature. They gave us great instructions to check in and check out and everything was truly so guest friendly and ideal. There’s also an incredible apartment attached to the house that we didn’t use but would be great for extra people. Thank you so much!!! We will be back

This house in the woods is quite comfortable and spacious and convenient to NYC and to the Shawangunks. The great room really is great, it’s as large as it looks in photos, the wraparound windows are really something, and there’s just a relaxing sense of space. The different zones in the four corners are thoughtful and comfortable, or in the case of the kitchen zone, spacious and easy to use. I’ll note that we used the smaller bedroom because the larger one has a massive air vent in the wall which sounds like a jet engine when the central heating kicks on. You can get it to stop by keeping the central heating low or off and only using the mini split wall units (this is also what the host recommends). Because we didn’t need both bedrooms and our pets were in the great room, we decided to keep the heat on and the large bedroom door closed. It did not disturb us then. Overall, great place for any season, once you fiddle with the hvac a bit! Clean and airy and convenient.

This is my second time staying at Evelyn’s house and it was just as nice as the first time. My sisters and I felt right at home, the house is very clean and well stocked. The house sits back off the road in a beautiful private location. I would recommend this house to anyone coming to the area.

This was not our first stay and it won’t be our last. Convenient and walking distance to town and campus, as well as per friendly, this location works out perfectly when attending our student’s games or other events on campus.

The cottage was modern and clean and provided all the necessities of home. The beds were very comfortable, the kitchen had all the basic staples, and the dining table had a perfect view of the backyard and surrounding wildlife (deer every morning). The location of the cottage is close enough to Woodstock village and Ashoken reservoir for daily activities.

It is a great house for a large gathering. Plenty of room to spread out if needed, indoors and outdoors. The beds were wonderful, thick white towels, and the house was a cozy warm temperature. The kitchen had every accessory that we needed and great dinnerware, glassware and silverware.. We took a Wintery walk to the end of the road and then went down by the lake. It’s just beautiful! Everyone who stayed with us was very happy.

We had a wonderful time at Dave's place, it was the perfect spot for adult gathering. Very convenient to get there, prime location with an amazing view, we were cozy and comfortable in the common area and enjoyed the modern kitchen. Everything was clean and good quality. Thanks Dave

The house was beautiful. My friends and i had a great stay. The hang out place on third floor was best. The rooms were cozy and the porch was the best part. Would definitely recommend.

Daria and Justin were lovely, responsive hosts. It’s a great little apartment — super clean, well equipped with all the basic necessities, tasteful, well thought out decor, a really pleasant place to be, right on the mountain. Small, but perfect for a couple or small family ski weekend. I would definitely recommend and would love to go back.

My friends and I really enjoyed our stay. We hiked the devils path trail and Dimitry’s place was perfectly close to the trail and the restaurants around it. His place was great to go back to with a great shower and bath, a beautiful view and very cozy place, with coffee and a coffee maker. Very clean and Dimitry was responsive the whole way through and checkin and out was very easy. Would highly recommend and would stay again.

Great place right next to the mountain. Had plenty of space for my family, and more beds then some of the other townhouses we've stayed at next to Hunter which was nice
