The sunsets from the dock were amazing with the way the house was situated. The house was perfect for what we needed. It was located in a private, peaceful neighborhood with beautiful views of the lake. We saw a family of turtles hanging out near the shore every day.

We loved staying last year and again this year. There is ample space for two large families and plenty for the kiddos to do whether the weather is moderate or cold and snowy

The house was spotless, and the kitchen was well stocked with everything possibly needed to cook or prepare meals. The neighborhood was quiet and peaceful, and we enjoyed relaxing on the back porch and listening to nothing but birds singing. The bed we used was comfortable, and the shower in the master bathroom was beautiful and very well constructed. We had a very nice, relaxing stay.

We recently stayed at 'The Boathouse' and it was great! The house is in a lovely, quiet spot near Johnson's Bay on a wide, clean channel. The home itself is comfortable and clean with a creative nautical theme throughout. We also loved getting out on the lake with the pontoon boat. Chad is a very responsive, friendly and helpful host. We truly enjoyed our stay at Lake Wawasee!

This is a beautiful little place, nice and quiet. Has a nice little Canal out to a beautiful little Lake that attaches to many more. the view is always beautiful with lots of little bunnies hopping around.

Janine’s house was the perfect location for our ladies getaway weekend. Ten of us slept comfortably. The pool and hot tub were perfect. We did decide to pay the extra fee for the pool heater and we are so glad we did. It was wonderful! The house was wonderful. Janine was super nice and a great communicator. Highly recommend- for a girls weekend or a family outing.

This place is the ultimate get away from everything location! It is remote and quiet. The perfect place to go and just read a book or even take some of your crafts to work on. It is beautiful and quiet. I also love that we were able to bring our dog. My husband and I just went through a catastrophic event and we needed to get away for a few days. This is exactly what we needed. This place felt familiar and like home from the moment we arrived. We will be staying again in the future.

Was absolutely amazing to get away for a relaxing weekend. Wont lie if your looking for a lot of activities to do it’s probably not the location for you beings that it’s in the middle of like no where but if your like us and just need a quiet place to escape too n be on the lake. It’s quite perfect

The location was great for us. The reviews are correct that the stairs are steep but they were okay. Quiet neighborhood. I would return if we were back to this area.

I was at Grace College for a conference all week and thought thought this would be a neat place to stay instead of hotel. It was perfect. Quiet, peaceful, super clean. Appreciated the extra touches, like the snacks and drinks. Beautiful view of the lake. My only regret is that most days I had to leave while ot was still dark and didn't get home until it was dark...wish I had been able to enjoy it more! I invited my mom along, and she had the best vacation of her life, chilling at the Airbnb while I did my thing. 10/10 recommend. :)

Such a sweet little spot. We were here just in the right time of year to see about 50 pelicans migrating south and they hung out our whole stay. Deck right to the lake, great view from inside also. The wood burning stove was is so easy and fun and made for such a cozy time! I would come stay again. I could have been in a tall hotel in Indy for about the same cost and drive. Instead we had our own place to cook and enjoyed a beautiful quiet lake with a fire inside. If you are looking for all the good things about a nice hotel but don’t care for dealing with the city, this is your spot. Super easy parking and it felt really safe. Thanks for the hospitality!

Antler Lodge was amazing, it was the perfect setting for our two family getaway. Plenty to do outside and lots of room inside for everyone. Very clean and lots of extra things to make it feel like home. I would stay here again, kids can’t wait to go back!!!

Everything was absolutely perfect. The cottage was immaculately clean and comfortable. The setting was beautiful and peaceful. It was a nice vacation away from the distractions of the internet and day-to-day life. You could tell that the hosts had gone above and beyond to provide any amenity that may have been needed. We had a wonderful stay and would highly recommend this place to anyone wanting a quiet getaway.

My fiance and I had an amazing weekend celebrating his birthday. This place was a perfect escape from our busy city life. There is something so beautiful about being away from all the noice and just reconnecting with nature. Tena was an amazing host and really made us feel at home. Thank you!

This cabin was great. Very relaxing and peaceful. Host was great and made sure we had everything we needed. We can't wait to come back again!

Spent a 3 night family getaway with our 3 kids ages 11, 9, and 6. Cabin offered a few different sleeping arrangements for our family. We spent most of our time outdoors sitting on and fishing off the dock and swimming in the lake. Rented a pontoon from the owner and had a fantastic time cruising around the small lake. Although the lake is small, it is not crowded. There are no jet skis or speed boats on the lake so swimming was very safe for our kids. Heads up, there was no swimming pad available, but that didn’t impact our stay. We made ample use of the 2 paddle boards and kayaks supplied by the owner. We also enjoyed making s’mores over the fire pit. Probably the best part was that we were able to bring our dog with us. We made due with the kitchen utensils supplied but if you’re doing more elaborate cooking you may need to bring your own supplies—especially cutting & steak knives. Would love to come back and stay at one of the owners’ other houses on the lake.
