Had a short stay at Fui Peng's cosy apartment. Although the fittings and furniture are starting to show their age, everything was squeaky clean - which is a our top priority when selecting airbnbs. Apartment smelt nice and all amenities worked well. the A/C and water heater as well as water pressure were great. We had a view of the surrounding neighbourhood and since we stayed during the syawal holidays, we had a super vantage point of the fireworks display for the 2 nights. It was an unexpected treat! The hosts were friendly and quick to respond to questions. Mall access was easy once you got your bearings. For how much we paid, Fui Peng's apartment was an awesome deal. Will definitely stay here again.

Vysoká hodnota ubytování za dobrou cenu, Simeon byl s námi v kontaktu po celou dobu pobytu. Při příjezdu na nás čekal na recepci, vše vysvětlil. Byl velmi milý a ochotný. Vybavení ubytování bylo perfektní, vše funkční. Pračka se sušičkou je velmi užitečná. Navštívili jsme i bazén v 6. patře, voda byla čistá a atmosféra u bazénu velmi příjemná. Poloha je v docházkové vzdálenosti na trhy, obchodní centrum a hlavně do přístavu. Určitě znovu navštívíme. Důrazně doporučuji. Děkuji za skvělý pobyt.

My stay at Catherine's place was absolutely wonderful! The apartment was clean, cozy, and had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. Catherine was an incredibly welcoming and responsive host, offering thoughtful touches that made me feel right at home. The location was fantastic, conveniently close to shops and a mall, yet peaceful and quiet during the evenings. I highly recommend Catherine's Airbnb to anyone visiting the area—I would definitely stay here again!

It's ok. The location is good, near the KK airport. the communication with householder is good.

Great place. Responsive owner. They are adding swimming pool and jacuzzi! Facilities that are not included in the picture are BBQ pit & a stage with spot light. Recommended 👍👍

Perfectly located for our rest time after hike, we love it!!! Woke up to the fresh air, house is well equipped for our needs. However worthy to note that the toilet inside the unit is squat type, the host kindly allowed us to use the other toilet outside the unit when we requested since after the hike squatting becomes quite an issue for us. Peferct host will definitely recommend the place.

Very comfortable place. Bed and pillows were extra comfy. Nice and quiet. Convenience store and fast food restaurant available downstairs.

Great host. Very responsive. Request to refill amenities was all attended to promptly. Instructions on using the washer & dryer were very helpful too. Thank you for providing extra pillows for my elderly guests. Location is great. Retrieval of key and carpark access card was easy.

I can’t say enough good things about our stay with Cheryl. The space was perfect for our family of five. The kitchen had just what we needed for easy breakfasts at home. Cheryl had helpful tips and recommendations. She was incredibly kind in every communication. We will stay with Cheryl again next time we visit KK!

나의 가족들은 5일동안 여기 집에서 지냈습니다. 집은 사진과 같이 깨끗하고 잘 정돈되어 있었으며 필요한 모든 물건과 집기들이 충분히 있었습니다. 숙소에 들어온 순간 나쁜냄새가 없었으며 에어컨은 모두 잘 작동되었고 간단한 요리를 해서 먹기에도 문제 없었습니다. 영화를 보며 휴식을 취했고 아름다운 인피니티 수영장에서 수영도 하였습니다. 1층에는 24시간 편의점이 있고 많은 음식점들이 있어 선택의 폭이 넓습니다. 호스트님은 친절하십니다. 우리의 비행기가 딜레이 되었을때 우리는 9시간을 집에서 더 머물 필요가 있었고 호스트님은 절반의 금액으로 머물게 해 주었습니다.

Really love the place. Recommend others to stay here. It was very clean and had pleasant smell. Bonus point for washing machine and drying machine!! And.. smart toilet bowl 🤯 !! Easy 5 stars. hehe. They also provide water dispenser, no need to restock drinking water ☺️ Swimming pool is just outside the balcony, we can monitor from our living room 🤭 Car park is quite far, but it was not an issue for us, we can just park the car right next to lobby to unload/load our luggages.

Great place to stay if you’re in KK. Within walking distance to Imago mall. A variety of place to eat/drink at Sutera Avenue itself. If you’re lucky, you’ll be able to catch one of the most beautiful sunset KK has to offer from the rooftop swimming pool.

Recommended for a stay like a local in Kota Kinabalu! Comfortable for a family of 4 with enough room to spread out in the spacious living/kitchen/dining. The location is near enough the city centre (on the port/jetty side of town) but also acccessible to where the locals shop and hang out (Likas/Damai/Luyang) - perfect for KK returnees back for family. Decently appointed kitchen - including an oven (rare in KK) - so I was able to do some baking while we were in KK for the holidays. The apartment is above a really good a supermarket (City Gourmet) and excellent restaurant (Limau & Linen) - worth a look in!
