Our stay was great. The cottage is beautiful. Tariq (the caretaker) was an exceptional person and we are grateful for the hospitality. The views from the balcony are breathtaking. Overall, it was a great experience and I would highly recommend booking this place for your next visit to the Galiyats.

The place was nice with beautiful view of valley. I will stay again. The location distance is approx. 30mins on murree expressway and 30mins if you goto mall road via lower topa. PROS: The place is well ventilated and spacious with ample inside/outside sitting and a separate lawn (bbq arrangements too except coal) The caretaker (Tanvir) is very humble and honest person. He served us very well. He is also Imam of local masjid, so please respect timings by yourself when he has to be in mosque. You can have food on nearby local restaurant from expressway or Tanvir can also provide food /tea/ breakfast etc. we had tea and breakfast from Tanvir's kitchen and it was very good Quilting items were neat and clean. Kitchen was well equipped to self cook if you want CONS: There's hike and stairs from expressway to place of 5-7mins so it is not recommended for elderly old people. . Tap flow of one washroom was very slow. No gap between check in and check out time. Road traffic noise sometimes

A place with splendid view. Great place for families, very spacious. Very peaceful. Felt right at home.

Everything about this place was perfect, the house was very well maintained, very clean, & very well furnished. The stand out for us was the 1st floor, which has one room, a lounge & open kitchen. It has multiple windows which provide beautiful view of the mountains both from the lounge and the bedroom. The wooden floor of the lounge made it especially comfortable, where the family can hangout, eat, play games while enjoying the the beautiful scenery of Bhurban. Multiple heating solutions (Gas, electric, Heated Bed) made the whole place very comfortable even with the late November chill. The staff was extremely helpful and polite. This is a sort of place where you can go and just stay within the house to relax and enjoy the weather, clean air and beautiful scenery, it situated at a walking distance from Chinar Golf Club & PC Bhurban so you don't have to travel far for dine-out or any other activity. I would recommend it 10/10.

The host went above and beyond to ensure I had everything I needed communication was fast, helpful, and super friendly. The location couldn’t have been better, making it easy to explore and enjoy the area. I left feeling refreshed, inspired, and already dreaming of my next stay. To anyone who is looking to spend some quite nights, this is the place. We were a group of friends gathered after years to spend some quality time. We were all able to play loud music without any interference. Mr Shoaib assured us of having no issues with loud music beforehand. A caretaker was readily available at the property and he was more than accomodating with everything related to cooking food, tea, breakfast. Be sure to bring your own supplies. He also cleaned the entire place for us the next day. Place has amazing views. Big sized rooms, common areas. Just one small issue pertained related to water as we were constantly running out of it. The host explained that the area hasn't seen rainfall and going through a drought. Water tankers were arranged within a few hours of informing the caretaker or the host. Overall our experience was nothing less than amazing and that is coming from all 7 friends who stayed.

Overall, i must say that property was spacious. Those breathtaking views from room were truly amazing. Mr. imran who is supervising the entire property is gem of a person. He will make sure that your stay goes good, in all aspects. Whether its day or night, he is always available at your service via just one call. The only issue we faced was slow internet, which was not catered for 2 days. As per them, PTCL’s internet was malfunctioned due to a recent rainfall. We had to use 4G during our entire stay at this place, causing us to use Hotspot to connect with TV for watching Netflix. Rest our stay was excellent !
