Newly refurbished fisherman's house by the sea with fantastic views of the bay! The place looks even better than in the photos, a true gem near Kotor. Recommend!

we really enjoyed our stay at Bojanas place. Bojana was waiting for us when we arrived, and even though we were 3 hours before the official check in time we were welcomed with fresh fruit and chilled water. The house is situated in a stunning location overlooking the beautiful Bay of Kotor with plenty of local restaurants. There are a family of 5 tortoises in the back garden which we enjoyed feeding with salad and fresh kiwis from the front garden. The house is very well equipped and short of nothing and Bojana is very responsive to messages. A highly recommended stay.

Beautiful decorated apartment, high standard, very clean place. Pictures accurately describes the place, host is quick to answer and proactive in checking that everything is alright. Apartment is situated between the two citycentres, so I bit of walking to get to either one, but there are restaurants and supermarkets closer by. Host was flexible regarding checking-in, we arrived very late, and helpful with arranging transfer to and from airport. We were there in October, but still had beautiful weather and several days on the beach, with swimming and sunbathing. Highly recommend the place:)

Didžiausi šių namų privalumai - vieta su nuostabiais vaizdais į Kotoro įlanką, keli žingsniai iki jūros su patogiu įlipimu į skaidrų vandenį, didžiulės gražios lauko erdvės, kuriose visada yra pavėsio. Taip pat patogi vieta automobiliui. Privatus kiemas, todėl visą dieną galima prabūti lauke su maudymosi apranga - eiti maudytis, plaukti irklente, valgyti, žiūrėti TV arba gėrėtis vaizdais. Šeimininkas labai rūpestingai ir maloniai atsakė į visas žinutes, o pasitiko jo brolis. Labai rekomenduoju tinginių atostogoms :))

This is the most beautiful place we have ever stayed! We loved having dinner in the house each evening because the views and the huge windows in the main space were stunning. The location was peaceful and private, but still in a spot that was easy to get to other towns from (with a car). Thanks Sally!

et helt fantastisk hus og beliggenhed. Det levede op til forventningerne. Vi var en familie på 9 personer og der var masser af plads, et perfekt hus til en stor familie. huset har den smukkeste udsigt jeg ikke turde drømme om. dog er det ikke så let at finde, men når man først har fundet det, er der guld i vente. Just Wow! this place was so perfect for our short stay and we wish we could stay for a week here. The host was very nice and friendly and communication was perfect. As for the property itself, it was so clean and the set up was great for our family. Parking was a value added as it seems many places struggle with parking.

The Waterfront Villa was beautiful and Nevena was the perfect host. The views from the villa are even better in person. Our favorite area was the large terrace overlooking the coastline where we spent every morning and evening together! There is seating for 12+. The villa had pretty much everything we needed. My favorite sleeping area was the downstairs huge studio with a small kitchen, bath/shower and two small terraces and a great air conditioner! The access to the water is just feet away and we frequented a few great restaurants within a 3-5 minute walk up the coastal walkway. For those with a car plan on parking it (Villa provides parking for two) driving everywhere is crazy and good luck trying to park once you get there. We used cabs throughout our entire stay.

Tolle Villa, sehr sauber, gute Ausstattung, toller Pool und Außenbereich. Alles auf hohem Niveau, makellose Bäder, es gibt Bademäntel, Schlappen, Duschbad, Shampoo und Bodylotion. Velibor ist ein immer erreichbarer und reaktionsschneller Gastgeber. In der näheren Umgebung gibt es Bäckerein, Supermärkte und Restaurants, alles fußläufig zu erreichen.

A lovely and cosy stone house that served perfectly as base for one weeks stay in October for our family of three generations. The house is very spacious and offers a lot of privacy between the rooms. The view of the bay was beautiful and the proximity to the water felt special. The interior was nice and clean with cosy, yet robust furniture. We also appreciated to stay in a carefully renovated (yet equipped) traditional stonehouse, with a lot preserved, a courtyard, wooden windows etcetera that gave it a special atmosphere. The host, Vuko, is super friendly, helpful and generous and we got some really good recommendations from him. Dobrota was cosy and calm and a strategic place to stay in the bay with proximity to both Kotor, Perast and other places in the bay. It also catches the afternoon sun which was nice in the autumn. Highly recommend!

Nikolija’s place was exactly what we expected! Incredible views and a big house! The house is at the top of a big hill, so the views are even better than pictures. Nikolija was super communicative, and even helped us arrange a boat rental one day, which was able to pick us up right in front of the house. There is also a very nice grocery store around the corner, so it was easy to get everything we needed for the house without driving. Would definitely recommend!!

Amazing house! being able to dive into a velvet sea right outside the house is priceless! The house is very nice, the small community of neighbours is charming, and the Kotor bay is a stunning place. Milica was extremely helpful at every level! From helping to get our luggage to the house to recommending and organizing activities, her responsiveness and input were superb. Thanks to Milica, these few days in Bjelila will remain a fantastic memory for me and my family. Definitely 5 star location and service!

This villa is amazing, we had a wonderful time and at full occupancy it was not camped at all. Only drawback is the accessibility, you 100% need to drive and the roads have big drops and are quite tight with blind sides and the locals use them as a racing track! The local beach is brilliant, very steep so you need to be relatively young and very fit, I run marathons and worked up a sweat but it is doable for a fit adult it is 4.5km and a large drop and incline. Make sure you stock up as realistically the shops are around 30 -40 mins away, there is a small shop at the beach though for emergency supplies. On the flip side the you are in the mountains, amazing views and pool was fantastic and set-up was perfect so if you are after tranquility it is perfect. Jas is super helpful, great comms and Rosa is lovely although doesn't speak English so use Google translate to Siberian. The comms from Jas is perfect, he even has a video of driving up to the accommodation. Best host ever!

Zeljko was a great guy and made us comfortable as he can. He was nice and kind to us. Welcome gifts were brilliant, view of Kotor Bay seen from balcony and the pool was also brilliant. Unfortunately we couldn't use the pool due to weather conditions, however me and my wife will definitely come again next summer to stay more than this time.

Świetny dom wart swojej ceny. Pozytywy : -spokojna okolica -bliskość trzech różnych plaż (samochodem kilka minut) - blisko do Kotoru (samochodem około 30 min) i Budwy ( samochodem około 20 min) -wspaniałe widoki -czysty , przestronny i ładnie urządzony dom - kompletne urządzony (włącznie z pralką i suszarką do prania, ekspres do kawy- na małe kapsułki , itd) -oddzielna kuchnia polowa z dodatkową olbrzymią lodówką i telewizorem , na którym wieczorem możesz np. oglądać filmy z leżaków na basenie ( np. Netflix) lub słuchać muzyki ze Spotyfy -basen o głębokości od około 0.7 m. do około 2.0 m i długości około 7.0 m. , który jest serwisowany przynajmniej 1 raz w tygodniu - w pobliży (około 8 min samochodem ) wspaniała restauracja Konoba Stara Kuca prowadzona przez ojca i córkę tylko ze świeżych produktów - jeśli chcecie coś zjeść trzeba zrobić rezerwację . -bardzo dobry kontakt z gospodarzem Gorąco polecam.

We absolutely loved staying in this fabulous villa. We were a party of 5 friends. Check in was easy with the owner meeting us on our arrival. Hosts were on hand with local advise whenever we needed it. Location halfway between Tivet and Kotor with local buses within easy walking distance. Nice local restaurants. I would 100 % recommend this to other travellers. It will be a trip to remember. Thank you for having us!

It’s a perfect place for rest from the crowds of the city. Warm swimming pool, great balcony view, privacy, better than we expected! We did BBQ, swam, had a great time. We had enough space for 5 of us. Nenad always responded and helped us out with taxi when we wanted to go out. We will be back for sure! Highly recommended!

A gorgeous property with stunning views. Inside and outside was well set up and had EVERYTHING you needed, I stay in air bnbs frequently, the kitchen was very well set up and there was nothing I needed and couldn't find. All rooms had an ensuite and were large. Garden and outside kitchen was also very comfortable. Pool a good size and it was very peaceful. We were a very short walk into town with some restaurants and also walking distance to either bay. Taxis were easy to get & there were some bus routes at the bottom of the road; we went to Kotor, Tivat and Budva all from this base and had lots to access / explore on foot. The loft bedroom was gorgeous, but not shutters on the velux windows, personally I loved waking up to the views and the sun coming up behind the mountains, it was truly magical, but if you are a light sleeper take an eye mask. All other rooms had shutters. Host was always super responsive when we needed her. (thanks). x

Masa waited for us to arrive, even though we were later than expected. The house is lovely and the pool was a great asset. I would stress for anyone renting this property to trust the map location Goca will send even if the little road looks like someone else’s driveway, the hill to the house is quite steep but worth it! The restaurants in Denovici are excellent and make the climb back up the hill worth it.

The country, the house, the hostess - simply a dream. We were there for 10 days with two adults and one child. Fitted perfect. The house looks exactly as shown in the pictures. You have a wonderful view of the fjord, can spend the evenings on the beautiful furniture on the terrace and look out over the mountains at breakfast. The location is ideal for us. 20 min. to Kotor, 20 min. to Budva, 200 min. to Tivat. In the immediate vicinity of the Lovćen National Park with cool activities. The equipment of the house is excellent and everything is thought of. From washing machine to coffee machine, blender, toaster, hairdryer etc. to cotton buds, we wanted for nothing. The communication with Sanja was consistently friendly, appreciative and professional. She is totally flexible and also helps with issues outside her area of responsibility. In short, an absolutely successful package. We are already thinking about when we would like to come back.
