Koukaki, Athènes : locations de vacances avec accès à la plage

Très bon séjour et hôte très sympathique

Myself and friends stayed here while visiting Athens. The apartment was perfect for our group of 6 but could easily have accommodated more people. The bedrooms are large and spread out well with access to the outside balcony which was great for early morning breakfast in the sunshine. The kitchen is well equipped for cooking and making snacks etc and the dinning area was quite large which was excellent at accommodating our group at meal times. The living area was also very spacious and had the option of being used as an additional bedroom. The apartment is located on a quiet street within a lovely neighbourhood and is a short walk to the beach. It is also within a short walk of local restaurants which were great! There was a lot of local shops that were convenient. The transport links were exceptional and connected us to most of Athens which allowed us to explore the city. Victoria was an excellent host and was extremely helpful throughout our stay. We highly recommend staying here!

I had an absolutely fantastic experience at Angeliki’s place! The apartment was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had all the amenities I needed for a comfortable stay. The location was perfect, just a short walk from local attractions and restaurants. Angeliki was incredibly responsive and went above and beyond to ensure I felt at home. I highly recommend this Airbnb and would love to stay here again on my next visit.

Wir waren ziemlich zufrieden. Die Waschmaschine war ein großer Pluspunkt. Wir waren am Anfang einer 3 wöchigen Reise und ich war froh die Wäsche von 4 Tagen weg waschen zu können. Achtung beim Trocknen am Balkon. Es kommen Schnecken in der Nacht und hinterlassen Schleimspuren auf der Kleidung. Lieber den Wäscheständer ins Wohnzimmer nehmen über Nacht. Busse in 5 Gehminuten erreichbar. Straßenbahn ebenso. Kiesstrand zu Fuß in ca 10 Minuten.

Το διαμέρισμα του κ. Ιωάννη βρίσκεται σε φανταστική τοποθεσία με υπέροχη θέα στην θάλασσα, πλήρως εξοπλισμένο και δίπλα από όλων των ειδών υπηρεσίες όπως σούπερ μάρκετ, εστιατόρια και φούρνοι. Ο οικοδεσπότης ήταν κατατοπιστικός και επικοινωνιακός και μας έδωσε ότι πληροφορίες χρειαζόμασταν. Σίγουρα προτείνουμε ανεπιφύλακτα το διαμέρισμα!

Το κατάλυμα ήταν ακριβώς όπως στις φωτογραφίες. Σε πολύ καλή τοποθεσία, καθαρό και πολύ λειτουργικό, με πολύ εύκολη πρόσβαση. Η Άννα ήταν πολύ άμεση στην επικοινωνία.

It was a nice and cozy apartment, close to a lot of things like supermarkets, banks, tram or bus.

This property beat all expectations, it was more beautiful than it looked in the photos and has clearly been thoroughly thought of when renovating. The furnishings are beautiful and the amenities are just everything you need and more. I can’t wait to go back and stay again.

Lovely small places that give beach town vibes. A bit bare bone, but just right for a clutter-free holiday. Super strategic location that’s close to everything you need. Best location to escape Athens yet remain close enough.

Υπέροχη μεζονέτα με ωραία διακόσμηση, πολύ ευρύχωρη, σε ήσυχη περιοχή με άνετο πάρκινγκ. Η Μαριάννα εξαιρετική host πολύ φιλόξενη και φιλική. Το προτείνω σε όλους είναι θαυμάσιο. Ευχαριστώ πολύ για τη φιλοξενία!

Die Wohnung war wie beschrieben mit schönen Einrichtungsdetails, vielen praktischen Geräten und Dingen. Auch der Außenbereich war sehr schön und lauschig gestaltet, wie eine kleine Oase. Etwas näher am Strand, dann wäre die Wohnung perfekt.

It was the personal touch from Clara that really made this stay for us. A medical crisis arose during our stay, but Clara jumped in with advice and help, ensuring that what could have been quite serious was more easily navigated than it otherwise would have been without Clara's assistance and care. A super-kind host, who we found completely dedicated to us as her guests. Míle buíochas leat - efcharistó poly, Clara.

sehr freundliche Vermieter, immer erreichbar und sehr zuvorkommend. Die Lage war für uns optimal, nur 2 Minuten zu Fuß zum Hospital Mediterrano.! Auch das Parken war problemlos, hatten gleich Parkplatz vor dem Haus gefunden. Um die Ecke hätte es weitere Parkplätze gegeben! Alles optimal für uns. Vielen Dank!

Amazing hospitality. This was a last-minute, late evening booking due to an unforeseen change in travel. Panayotis was very responsive and incredibly generous in offering to give me a ride when he was already in the area and then storing my luggage in the morning for an hour past the check-out time I didn't have time to take full advantage of the upstairs veranda but enjoyed my walk to the little chapel nearby and along the coastline. Panayotis also offered some suggestions for the next leg of travel in Greece.

The huge balcony is really a highlight of this place! Great views of the mountains and ocean. The host is kind and responsive.

Best home I ever stayed. I was literally just stunned when I entered the apartment. The welcome was really something out of the world. The apartment was very clean and cozy and so beautiful. The terrace was amazing as well. The home had everything you would ever need including snacks and jams toast and milk for breakfast. The location is great 5 minute walk from nea smyrni square where you can eat drink or walk. And it is also 5 minute walking distance from the tram station. Very quiet and safe neighborhood. I really can't recommend this aprtment enough. Thank you so much for all the work you put in. Really appreciate it. Definitely will be back.

Ο χώρος ήταν πολύ καθαρός είχε ο,τι μπορούσε κάποιος να χρειαστεί για μια άνετη διαμονή, θέρμανση, άνετος χώρος, ο οικοδεσπότης πολύ κατατοπιστικός με όλες τις λεπτομέρειες για τη διαμονή και τον χώρο. Σίγουρα θα είναι ξανά στις επιλογές μας!

Konstantinos is located in a peaceful and safe part of Athens. The apartment is in very nice condition, the pictures are not deceiving. He is a very kind host, always quick to respond and even provided food and toiletries. There is a Lidl about 10 minutes walk away, where you can buy cheap groceries. I highly recommend staying in Athens if you don't mind the city centre being a bit far away. The 40 bus is calculable and the metro is close by too. And Athens and Greece are wonderful, needless to say. And let's not forget the lovely cats :)

Booked Niko’s place last minute and he was able to accommodate me within short notice. The view was unreal and so worth it! Tons of cafes and shopping available nearby. Watching the sunset from the hot tub was an unforgettable experience. Highly recommend!

Very happy and enjoyed to stay at the apartment. Michael is very friendly and wonderful. He let us checked-in early that very helpful for us not to wait after get off from the cruise ship. Will stay again if we visit Athens for a vacation...

L’appartement de Luis correspond à la description de l’annonce. L’appartement n’est pas en bord de mer, mais une rue derrière, cependant on voit le port entre deux immeubles depuis le balcon, comme sur la photo, et c’est agréable. L’immeuble est calme. L’appartement est au cinquième étage. Les chambres sont jolies, la cuisine est vaste même s’il manquerait qq ustensiles pour ceux qui comme nous cuisinent. On trouve de tout dans le quartier, il y a plein de commerces et de restaurants, c’est à quelque pas du métro sur la ligne directe depuis l’aéroport et le centre d’Athènes. On a passé un super séjour !

Wir haben es sehr in Palaio Faliro genossen. Tasos war sehr hilfsbereit und kommunikativ. Die Wohnung befand sich in einem belebten aber dennoch schönen Viertel. Bis zum Strand waren es 3 Gehminuten, Restaurants und Bars etc, waren direkt vor der Haustür. Würde hier jederzeit wiederherkommen, wenn ich mich dazu entscheiden sollte Athen zu besuchen.
