Koukaki, Athènes : locations de vacances avec cheminée

Wir waren mit unseren drei Kindern dort, es gab ein Zustellbett für unseren kleinsten. Alles wie auf den Fotos, sehr sauberes und gepflegtes Appartment. Keine 5 min von der U-Bahn entfernt, mit welcher man in 10-15 min direkt an der Akropolis und AltStadt ist, einfach perfekt. In der Umgebung gibt es zahlreiche gute Restaurants und Spielplätze was einen schönen Abendspaziergang ermöglichte und die Kids hatten Freude daran nach einem langen Sightseeing Tag. Die Gegend und auch die U-Bahn Fahrt hat sich stets sehr sicher angefühlt. Evelina hat stets schnell, auch im vorraus alle Fragen beantworte und nichts offen gelassen. Besonders wollen wir uns nochmal bedanken für das liebevolle Frühstück mit Café und Saft was bereitstand für den ersten Morgen. Das war besonders lieb da wir erst nach Mitternacht vom Flughafen angekommen waren. Wir haben uns in Evelinas Appartment von Anfang bis Ende sehr wohl gefühlt und hoffen wenn wir wieder mal nach Athen kommen hier wieder übernachten zu dürfen.

Christo's place is as beautiful as it looks in the photos! A bottle of wine, bottles of water, breakfast items and delicious cookies! And apples and oranges!Above and beyond what we expected. I got quick responses to all my messages. I am older now, sigh, so I can't walk as far as I would like but Uber rides came quickly and were inexpensive. I wish we had more time to utilize all that the property had to offer but we were too busy sight-seeing!

Absolutely stunning neo-classical villa in the heart of the Plaka. Truly spectacular location, walk to the Parthenon and pretty much everything! The host is extremely knowledgeable and kind. She even provides an orientation to the area upon check-in. The villa has everything you could possibly need and is really beautiful. The roof top terrace and courtyard with a little grotto are a fun place to enjoy some private space in the very busy Plaka. Don’t hesitate, book this villa if it is available. You won’t regret it!

Marinas apartment was so beautiful and we had a wonderful 2 days in a lovely part of Athens. The beds were super comfy and the views, especially from the roof terrace were amazing. We loved the areas, central yet peaceful ….there was even a great coffee place, Kains, just around the corner! Marina was a wonderful host, so kind and so sweet and gracious when I had to message her to let us in when I arrived very late as I stupidly had not downloaded all the instructions for entry into the apartment so couldn’t see where to use the fob key! We would always wish to stay again when next in Athens !

The best place in all of Plaka! Excellent location and space. We will be coming back with a larger group in the future.

Great area, perfect for an Airbnb, walking distance from every center spot and the train. The host was super responsive, gave us clear instructions and helped when we needed. I would recommend this place to any group that is coming to Athens.

Очень милая и чистая квартира в пригороде Афин. Наша поездка в Афины в один из дней заняла всего 40-50 минут в одну сторону. Хозяева живут на верхнем этаже и все время готовы придти на помощь, это исключительно интеллигентные и деликатные люди. В 8 минутах езды находится магазин Lidl со всем необходимым, а кухня полностью оборудована. Мы отдохнули от шума города и насладились звуками деревни. Спасибо!!

This is one of the most beautiful homes we have ever rented. The hot tub with the view of the Parthenon was incredible. The beds were comfortable and the place was quiet so we slept very well. We walked everywhere we wanted to go from the home and it was safe and always comfortable. I would definitely stay here again.

Babis place was very comfortable, relaxing, and private. A few minute walk from the metro and super market. Lots of nearby restaurants for quick delivery service. Would definitely stay there again.

πολύ ωραίο σπιτάκι,ωραία ατμόσφαιρα,πολύ φιλικό,αξίζει για ένα ζευγάρι να περνάει ωραίες στιγμές και κοντά σε όλα (πχ Athens Metro Mall)

Ich hatte einen großartigen Aufenthalt in diesem Airbnb! Die Umgebung war sehr ruhig, was für eine entspannende Atmosphäre sorgte. Besonders praktisch war die Nähe zur U-Bahn-Station Alimos, von der aus man einfach und schnell ins Zentrum gelangen konnte. Zudem gab es direkt vor der U-Bahn Station einen Kiosk. Die Gastgeberin war sehr zuvorkommend, hat schnell auf Nachrichten reagiert und uns herzlich empfangen.

Χρειαζόμουν διαμέρισμα διότι έκανα ανακαίνιση στο σπίτι μου οπότε έπρεπε να μείνει η οικογένεια μ η οποία αποτελείται κ από έναν σκύλο ο οποίος είναι σχεδόν μεγαλόσωμος,οπότε επικοινώνησα με τον Παναγιώτη για να τον ρωτήσω εάν θα μπορούσε να δεχτεί μεγαλόσωμος σκύλο διότι οι περισσότεροι host δεν δέχονται μεγάλα κατοικίδια,οπότε μας δέχτηκε στο πανέμορφα διακοσμημένο διαμέρισμα για αρκετές ημέρες.Τωρα στο διαμέρισμα η μητέρα μ ξετρελαθηκε με την κουζίνα η οποία ήταν πλήρης από διάφορα σκεύη κ ένιωσε σαν το σπίτι της,τα μπαλκόνια πολυ μεγάλα το κρεβάτι πολύ άνετο η γειτονιά είναι ήσυχη το μπάνιο ήταν όσο πρέπει!το πλυντήριο δούλεψε άριστα κ σχεδόν κάθε μέρα!Ο Παναγιώτης σαν host ήταν άψογος κ πάλι τον ευχαριστώ διότι η οικογένεια μου δεν κατάλαβε ότι έλειψε από το σπίτι της,τον συνιστώ ανεπιφύλακτα κ στο μέλλον με απόλυτη σίγουρα εάν χρειαστώ κάτι θα είναι η πρώτη μου επιλογή!!!

Barbara's appartement was amazing! Super close to all sights and beautiful neigbourhood with lots of cafe's. The appartement was also super clean and decorated with great taste. We had an amazing time there. Only thing to make note of is that the balcony is only accessible by step stairs. For us this was no trouble at all, but for others it may be!

The Airbnb is located in Plaka in the heart of Athens. The view from the apartment to the Acropolis is worth the price of admission. the place was clean and comfortable for our stay.

Superschöne Wohnung, sauber, toll eingerichtet und komplett ausgestattet. Selbst dem morgendlichen frischgepressten O-Saft aus Orangen vom Minimarkt ganz in der Nähe stand nichts im Weg. Die zwei Schlafzimmer sind mit großen Betten und Jalousien ausgestattet und liegen auf der Rückseite des Hauses. Sehr zentral gelegen: Ganz in der Nähe sind 2 U-Bahnstationen, die zwei von drei Metro-Linien bedienen, so dass man ohne Umsteigen in die City, nach Piräus und zu den meisten Sehenswürdigkeiten kommt. Es gibt jede Menge kleine Geschäfte, Bars und Bäckereien ganz in der Nähe. Das Einchecken verlief problemlos. Wir waren zu früh dran, konnten aber unsere Koffer abstellen und bekamen gleich eine Empfehlung für ein tolles Restaurant.

We had a wonderful stay here, the place is spacious and has loads of character. Bed was comfortable, everything you would need in the kitchen, great shower pressure, lovely little private seating area outside of the kitchen. Froso was super helpful, friendly and welcoming, such a lovely host. The apartment has it's own separate entrance and it's on a bit of a hill so there were steps to get up and down to the main street a few minutes away with cafes, a few restaurants and two supermarkets. The metro and a load more restaurants, the acropolis, & Plaka area are only about 10-15 minutes walk away. The location is great, you can walk to loads of places and parking was a bonus so we hardly used the car. The central heating was very welcome as it was really cold when we were there but the apartment was lovely and warm. We loved the apartment and hope to be back one day.

Juste exceptionnel Panayiotis a été un hôte comme rarement rencontré durant tous nos voyages. Il est d’une gentillesse extraordinaire. Le logement est parfaitement propre rien à dire. La piscine très bien pour nous rafraîchir les fins d’après midi après nos visites d’Athènes. Panayiotis nous a fait livrer une délicieuse glace le jour de notre départ et il s’est occupé de nous ramener à l’aéroport pour notre départ alors qu’il s’était déjà occupé de notre arrivée. Il m’a conseillé d’utiliser ChatGPT du coup c’est ce que je vais faire désormais. Nous reviendrons à Athènes et c’est sur nous logerons chez Panayiotis dans aucune hésitation. Promis Panayiotis je vais apprendre le grec avec ChatGPT 😏😊 encore mille fois merci d’avoir fait de notre séjour un excellent voyage grâce à l’ensemble de vos conseils. À très bientôt.

My family of eight stayed at the residence. Great accommodations, good location and within easy walk to grocery stores and restaurants. Anna (host) was very friendly and very responsive when we needed assistance. The house is multi story with plenty of stairs, but it did have a lift for family members who could not navigate the stairs easily. Overall, it was a great location and house worked well for our family. Highly recommend if in need of a house with multiple bedrooms and bathrooms.

Very spacious, ideal for large groups. Quite private, at least during spring months. Strategically located in the southern suburbs of Athens but also not a long drive from city center and other areas.

Urban Villas and Suites was an amazing stay for my family. We traveled with two young kids (both under 6) and they felt very comfortable. The location is perfect to walk to the Acropolis, and the restaurants a few blocks away were great. Everyone was friendly and the host messaged me back with answers to questions within the hour. We also really appreciated the shuttle service to and from the airport. I would definitely recommend this for a family stay!

We stayed here as a family and absolutely loved it. Having this stylish spacious house to ourselves was great. We found the walk into the sightseeing centre easy and enjoyable and did this most days to see the sights. Athens is a a great city for easy and stunning sights. In the afternoon/evenings the fantastic swimming pool was great in house entertainment for the kids. The neighbourhood is fun and lively with a great local bar restaurant a few steps away and lots in easy reach. Yannis and Tolli were so helpful with everything: nothing was too much trouble. Our very friendly host was waiting for us when we arrived, and showed us around. We had a lovely stay, sunbathing by the pool (relaxing after a week of sailing), and it was just 15 minutes taxi to the Acropolis, a 3 minute walk to a local supermarket, and 10-15 minute walk to local restaurants. BUT when there was a taxi strike and no taxis available to the airport, our host was AMAZING ! She drove us to the right bus stop (for the bus direct to the airport) in her own car, and waited with us until we were safely on the bus. She could not have been kinder, so A BIG THANK YOU and I recommend everyone to stay here.

Loved our stay in Alimos. Plenty of space and really felt like home. Could stay there for months. Very close to the beach with bakery, coffee, restaurants and shopping within 5 minutes walk. Highly recommended! Thank you Konstantinos.

Wir waren 4 Tage in Athen, in Stavroulas wunderschöner Villa, um Verwandtschaft zu besuchen und zwei mitgereisten Athen Neulingen die Stadt zu zeigen. Das geschmackvoll eingerichtete Haus lässt an Ausstattung und Komfort keinen Wunsch offen und wir haben besonders die gemütliche Terrasse mit nebengelegenem Pool und den schönen Garten genossen. Die Lage ist optimal für Ausflüge in die historische Innenstadt ( fußläufig ca 20 min von der Metro, die einen in knapp 30 min an den Monastiraki bringt ), einer Fahrt nach Marathon ans Meer oder einer Erkundungstour in nahe Stadtteile wie Maroussi oder Chalandri. Stavroula ist eine tolle Gastgeberin und hat uns mit Snacks und Getränken empfangen, sich regelmäßig versichert, dass es uns gut geht und dafür gesorgt, dass wir uns wohl fühlen. Wir kommen gerne wieder!
