Excellent apartment in the heart of Plaka. Neat, clean and a welcomed surprise. It was amazing. Great roof top bar with views of acropolis. Will definitely be staying again. Great and safe place to stay.

I really loved my stay at Daphne’s place for a week. The basics I need were taken care of which was a relief in the age of corporate Airbnbs. I loved the lighting, the comfy medium firm bed, the quiet, high quality three seater couch, HD TV, feather cushions, hot power shower, privacy, the separate study/work area, pristine new kitchen and general tasteful style. Coffee is supplied and a means to make it, a basic many don’t have of late. The slight dark is only the bedroom which is actually light. The rest of the flat adequately light. There are some fantastic local cafes, bars and places to eat. This is an upcoming hipster area about 15 mins walk away from main hipster area. The private terrace will be lovely for guests in the warmer weather. I highly re commend this place and thank Daphne for being a caring and thoughtful host.

very nice apartment well designed and equipped with latest technology. clean with lots of essentials. gym wasn't equipped though and stairs smells like insecticide is used often. parking is difficult here.

We can't say enough about this property. An absolutely exceptional experience for us. Excellent location and proximity to virtually all major Athens attractions. Apartment is newly renovated and was spotless. A long list of amenities and features made the stay both immensely enjoyable and convenient. . Perhaps most importantly, the Host Haidi was incredibly accommodating and responsive. A+ in every respect.

Staying at Jenny's apartment was an absolute delight. From the moment we booked, Jenny was incredibly helpful and responsive, always on hand to answer our questions. It was so reassuring to know she was there. The apartment itself was simply lovely. It's brand new and beautifully furnished, with everything you could possibly need for a comfortable stay. The location on a quiet street was perfect for a peaceful getaway. And, I must say, the cleanliness was impeccable – a real treat. The terrace was a real highlight, just perfect for soaking up the Greek sunshine. We spent many happy hours out there :) The building's lobby is also rather grand, giving a real sense of arrival. It's a lovely touch, and made us feel very at home. Jenny's kindness and attention to detail truly made our stay exceptional. We felt very well looked after, and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend her apartment to anyone looking for a relaxing and luxurious break. Thank you, Jenny :)

The space is clean and comfortable, and there is a cleaner who comes by every few weeks. I found Kypseli to be a great location/neighborhood with many shops and restaurants close to the apartment. The biggest pull is the apartment’s terrace, which has an incredible view, and makes for a great spot to do work, read etc.

Beautiful apartment in a lovely neighbourhood. All the main sights of Athens are accessible from the apartment. Easy access to the metro and airport. Alessandro was so helpful, she's a great host. We'd highly recommend this beautiful apartment. Thank you for sharing it with us

Apartment was spacious, modern and with very nice artistic touch throughout which made it cosy and pleasant. Place was well prepared for our arrival clean and warm with Christmas accessories added and Greek traditional cake waiting for us. All together we felt welcomed and had very nice comfortable stay in the apartment. Vasilis is a very good host, he provided us with all the info, also guide for local attractions, all very useful for someone visiting Athens for the first time. Communication with Vasilis was easy, any question we had was answered in matter of minutes.

Séjour très agréable dans un logement propre et pas loin du centre d'Athènes. Beaucoup de restos aux alentours dans le quartier vif. Autre point fort: Exarcheia est à côté.

Le logement d'Efi est magnifique, et atypique. Même l'entrée dans l'immeuble est joliment décorée. C'est peut être le plus bel airbnb dans lequel j'ai eu la chance de séjourner. La salle de bain n'est pas sur les photos mais elle est toute mignonne avec une grande douche et tout le nécessaire de toilette. Il y a un système son dans le logement qui est de super qualité sur lequel on peut se connecter à distance. La cuisine est assez rudimentaire avec ses 2 plaques de cuisson mais permet tout de même de cuisiner au besoin. La pisicine est superbe, plus grande que ce que nous pensions et plus profonde aussi. La température (entre 20 et 25°C) est un peu juste pour l'hiver mais reste baignable et doit être parfaite pour les étés chauds. La terrasse est également très jolie. De plus, Efi s'implique réellement dans l'accueil de ses hôtes et cela se ressent. Bref, ce logement est un cocon de sérénité que nous recommandons fortement !Merci pour tout Efi.

Τόσο το διαμέρισμα όσο και οι οικοδεσπότες ήταν εξαιρετικοί. Το διαμέρισμα βρίσκεται ακριβώς δίπλα στον σταθμό υπεραστικών λεωφορείων αυτό σημαίνει πως για όσους ταξιδεύουν με λεωφορείο είναι η ιδανική περιοχή για τη διαμονή τους στη πρωτεύουσα. Επίσης η κοντινή στάση του Μετρό είναι μόλις 5-7 λεπτά περπατώντας. Ο χώρος είναι ιδανικός για όσες διανυκτερεύσεις χρειαστείτε και διαθέτει πλήρως εξοπλισμένη κουζίνα. Όμως το καλύτερο είναι η βεράντα του αφού από τον 6ο όροφο μπορείς να απολαύσεις την γύρω περιοχή έως και την Ακρόπολη. Και επειδή έχω μείνει σε αρκετά διαμερίσματα στην Αθήνα σας λέω με ειλικρίνεια ότι ήταν από τα καλύτερα. Συνιστάται 100/100

The villa was absolutely beautiful and my family and I had an incredible time staying over. We especially enjoyed how clean and nice the pool provided was. We highly recommend this location to anyone looking to stay in Greece.

The house has an *amazing* view and terrace to view it, so if that's the one and only thing to book this apartment, do it! Konstantinos/Polytimi is a great host and communicative, and made us feel really comfortable. He also provided us with fruits, juice, coffee and milk, which was really thoughtful. Location is perfect, with great food options in the Monastiraki area, the station is less than 10 minutes walk away.

Regular visitor to Salamina, not used this accommodation before. I would happily use it again on a future visit. The hosts family are very friendly and very helpful.

What can I say the apartment was lovely and George our host was amazing! Our first night we were sent dinner and some Beers! A lovely welcome. Given the time of year, George kindly dressed the apartment for the Christmas festivities, which was well received by the whole family. In terms of accessibility you can’t beat it. Five minutes to the metro station which is a super efficient way to travel around Athens. We would recommend staying here to anyone you won’t be disappointed! Thanks George and Happy New Year!!

Such a gorgeous place and near a lot of restaurants. The host was lovely as well.

Amazing accommodation if you're looking for a place to stay especially with pets. Clean and very quiet place. The back yard is directly connected to a park. Groceries, bakery and coffee shop within a 3 minute walk. Highly recommended.

Konstantinos was very responsive to our messages. They provided a late pick up from, and a very early drop back to the airport.
