The apartment was spacious and comfortable. Stocked with everything you need to cook. The backyard was a peaceful oasis to relax after exploring in Athens. The neighborhood had a great grocery store and a fun playground just a block away. 100% recommend.

Die Wohnung war wie beschrieben mit schönen Einrichtungsdetails, vielen praktischen Geräten und Dingen. Auch der Außenbereich war sehr schön und lauschig gestaltet, wie eine kleine Oase. Etwas näher am Strand, dann wäre die Wohnung perfekt.

Wir waren vollkommen begeistert von dieser wunderschönen, sehr geschmackvollen Unterkunft inmitten des historischen Zentrums von Athen. Alles ist fußläufig zu erreichen. Die Unterkunft ist eine Oase und bietet maximale Privatsphäre. Ioannis ist ein außergewöhnlich hilfsbereiter Gastgeber. Die Informationen zur Unterkunft und zur Umgebung kamen proaktiv und waren sehr detailliert. Top Service! Sehr professionell! Können wir nur empfehlen.

Exceptional Stay! This is the kind of place you'll want to return to—perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring the iconic treasures of Athens, which we did each evening. Just steps away from shops and restaurants, yet tucked away enough to offer a peaceful escape from the city's buzz. High end home, beautifully and thoughtfully decorated, blending in historical Athens with modern comforts. It had that WOW factor when we walked in the door. Everything you could need for a short or extended stay has been carefully considered and provided. The hosts were amazing—clearly passionate about both their city and this stunning property. They were quick to respond to any questions and offered fantastic recommendations upon our arrival. They even helped us book with a trusted local company for both our arrival and departure. Thank you for sharing your wonderful home with our family, we hope to return! It comfortably accommodated all six of us—two adults, three kids, and Grandma :)

The villa was absolutely stunning and Kyriakos was an amazing host! He was very helpful, friendly and informative. The villa is exactly like the photos and the views are outstanding from every window! 10/10! Would highly recommend and would love to come back in the future!!

My family of eight stayed at the residence. Great accommodations, good location and within easy walk to grocery stores and restaurants. Anna (host) was very friendly and very responsive when we needed assistance. The house is multi story with plenty of stairs, but it did have a lift for family members who could not navigate the stairs easily. Overall, it was a great location and house worked well for our family. Highly recommend if in need of a house with multiple bedrooms and bathrooms.

Wir waren 4 Tage in Athen, in Stavroulas wunderschöner Villa, um Verwandtschaft zu besuchen und zwei mitgereisten Athen Neulingen die Stadt zu zeigen. Das geschmackvoll eingerichtete Haus lässt an Ausstattung und Komfort keinen Wunsch offen und wir haben besonders die gemütliche Terrasse mit nebengelegenem Pool und den schönen Garten genossen. Die Lage ist optimal für Ausflüge in die historische Innenstadt ( fußläufig ca 20 min von der Metro, die einen in knapp 30 min an den Monastiraki bringt ), einer Fahrt nach Marathon ans Meer oder einer Erkundungstour in nahe Stadtteile wie Maroussi oder Chalandri. Stavroula ist eine tolle Gastgeberin und hat uns mit Snacks und Getränken empfangen, sich regelmäßig versichert, dass es uns gut geht und dafür gesorgt, dass wir uns wohl fühlen. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Magnificent view from the house. Host very helpful even during Christmas holidays. House very spacious so very good for families with small children to play around. Very cozy and house complete with amenities. Recommended

This place was great! Exactly what we were looking for... near enough to Athens to go into the city, but it's own peaceful place next to a park with beautiful views! The house was amazing! Lots of space. Very clean. All the little amenities. Fully stocked kitchen. And lots of fun things for the family to do together... hot tub, billiards, foosball, ping ping, board games, outdoor space. We had a lovely stay and would highly recommend!

Jak tak pięknie jest w zimie, to co dopiero w lecie :-) Antonios zawsze dostępny, znajduje rozwiązanie na wszystko! Dom, ogród, zaplecze - pierwsza klasa. Koty - kto lubi, a chyba wszyscy lubimy :-) - dodają dużo atmosfery. Widok z salonu, tarasu i górnego tarasu - bajeczne. Miejsce świetne, morze 100m, knajpki 100-300m i na śniadania, lunche i kolacje. Sklepy też na piechotę, zarówno małe jak i dwa markety. Na lotnisko 20min, do Aten (pod Akropol) 60min. Cieszymy się, że wybraliśmy dom Anotoniosa.
