We had an amazing 2 weeks staying at such a beautiful villa. We are familiar with the area so for us was very easy to find and to get around. Beverley is an amazing host and responds to any questions extremely quickly. I have no hesitation in recommending this for a lovely peaceful holiday. We ❤️ Cyprus.

Myself and my family of 8 had a fantastic 1 week holiday here in March 2025 This villa is absolutely stunning and the photos do not do it justice, the place is incredibly spacious, modern and clean. Absolutely everything you will need is provided for you allowing you to just get on and enjoy your stay. Fantastic location with everything within a 15 minute walk, including great restaurants and bars. I would absolutely 100% recommend this villa and we hope to visit again soon. This villa was lovely,even more so than the photos spacious ,clean just lovely,the pool was a lovely size ! We had a fabulous time ! Pradeep was the perfect host ,always answered any questions,very helpful,we also had a late flight so all the shops were closed but Pradeep had left us some milk,bread etc just a lovely touch ! The area itself is beautiful very peaceful,private ! Lovely villa Lovely host !!!

We had a brilliant, relaxing week at Keith's villa. It really was home from home. Communication from Keith was excellent and local rep Debbie was so helpful. We can't fault our stay and hope to return next year.

Ein schönes geräumiges Haus mit vielen Badezimmern / WCs. Viele Gartenmöbel an diversen Stellen im Garten und Balkon. Hinweis: bei kühler Witterung im Winter vor dem Mietbeginn Heizung einschalten. Besonders das Umfeld / die Straßen in Pine Bay haben uns sehr gut gefallen. HIer hat eine solide hochwertige Stadtplanung für ein ansprechendes Umfeld gesorgt.

A beautiful villa on a mountain, with a few neighbours. Very spacious and clean. The view is breathtaking. Well equipped kitchen. Comfortable beds. Air conditioning, when needed was very adequate. I’d say you do need a car to get to the shops, bars & restaurants. It’s a beautiful area not far (in a car) from Coral beach with the great selection of restaurants and little beach shops. There’s even goats behind the villa living on the mountain side. Incredible!! A perfect place to relax and unwind. Definitely recommend

Really enjoyable stay in a lovely villa with good facilities and location

We enjoyed our stay at Andreas’ villa. The location is quite nice, residential and quiet. The beach is quite close-by but easier to reach by car than on foot. The check in was quite straightforward and communication was very timely. Philippos was always very responsive and any issues were quickly addressed. The pool is great and gets cleaned regularly. The only area of improvement we can highlight is the condition of the bathrooms, especially the ensuite - ideally it gets renovated as there is some significant wear and tear. That being said, we had a great time and will definitely consider going back!

We had an absolutely wonderful time staying at David’s home! The instructions and communication were very clear and easy to follow. David was available and responsive to every question we had. The house was spotless and had everything we ever could have needed. The area is so beautiful and peaceful and made for a fantastic weekend away. The sunset every night was like a postcard! We can’t wait to come back this summer when the weather is a little warmer. Friends of ours are booking this property for their trip this spring after seeing the pictures we posted online! We stay in airbnbs whenever we travel and this is by far one of our favorites.

The villa is about 10 minutes from the seafront, up in the hilly Peyia area, which means you get stunning views of Paphos, the sea and the hills around you in a quiet and picturesque setting. The villa is perfectly managed, clean and well equipped with everything you need. You'll probably want to rent a car from there as it works out much cheaper than taxis and most things won't be in walking distance from the villa. Communication with Tracy was fast and she was attentive to all our needs. Thank you for a wonderful time.

Spędziliśmy 4 dni w willi - 5 osób dorosłych i 3 dzieci. Lokalizacja bardzo dobra, przy morzu (plaża kamienista, zejście niezbyt łagodne), blisko głównej drogi, ale na tyle daleko, że było naprawdę cicho. Słychać szum morza. Ładna zadbana trawka, kilka leżaków, grill. Sąsiedzi tuż za ogrodzeniem, ale nie było ich słychać. W domu czysto. Niedużo sprzętów, ale całkiem ładnie. Widać, że niektóre meble były stare i tylko pomalowane, ale nie przeszkadzało to nam. W kuchni były sprzęty, ale brak cukru, herbaty, kawy - dosłownie nic! To nie było wygodne zawłaszcza 1 dnia. Łazienki czyste, ale kafelki i armatura stare. Mimo wszystko miło spędziliśmy czas. Polecam!

The house and the location were sensational. Andreas and Tina are really warm and responsive and gave us a ton of good recommendations. They even left some groceries and wine for us and were interesting to chat with. The house is great! Big rooms, very very clean (and we love a clean bathroom!). Each room has an en-suite bathroom which makes sharing easy. The kitchen is well-set and the tv has Netflix which made the kids happy. The pool is big and the super nice views are quite pretty. And it’s like 3 min from great beaches and restaurants!

We were 7 couples and we really enjoyed our stay at the villa. The location is great - close to the beach, restaurants and supermarket. The villa has a lot of space. George was very responsive and kind. On the last day our flight was at the evening and George allowed us to checkout really late.

The villa was just perfect for our big family vacation (18 people, incl 6 kids). Large spaces, beautiful, peaceful surrounding, walking distance hidden beach etc. Can just recommend!

Great stay in a peaceful Villa in a pleasant location. Local restaurants and a small supermarket within a 5 minute walk. Paphos centre a 15 minute drive and Coral Bay a 10 minute drive. The Villa is spacious and has all the amenities for self catering. Large deep pool and which gets the sun all day. Alexia responded to our enquiries promptly. We will happily return again in the future.

Enjoyed staying at Julia's place. The villa was clean and tidy. Lovely pool. The pool man came to clean it twice during our week here. The villa is private and very peaceful and has everything we needed. Pissouri is a beautiful traditional village. There are loads of bars and restaurants serving traditional food. The Cyprus night every Friday in the Square is a must!! Great fun and worth booking a table ahead at Symphonia. There is a welcome breeze most afternoons which makes July temperatures manageable. Julia was a great host and very responsive. Would stay again if in the area.

Great location, close to golf club and local amenities (supermarket, restaurants, playground etc). Pool is not heated which was a shame but otherwise a very enjoyable stay.

Très belle maison, en retrait, pensée avec beaucoup de goût dans un cadre magnifique et avec une vue superbe. Maria et son mari son très réactifs et ont su parfaitement nous aider à chaque fois que nous en avions besoin. Nous recommandons vivement.

As a family, with young children, we found the space to be perfect for our needs Everything was truly exceptional and exceeded all of our expectations. The place was clean and well-maintained, and equipped with everything we could possibly need. The attention to detail and commitment to providing a welcoming environment were evident in every aspect of our stay. We especially enjoyed the pool, which was clean and inviting. Even in the evenings, the water was at a pleasant temperature for swimming. The helpful recommendations and quick responses to any questions made us feel truly cared for and valued as guests. We had a wonderful stay here. Karen’s villa is in a beautiful location and the villa has everything you need - a really homely feel. The pool area and facilities are fantastic and the villa was very comfortable. I feel like all of the ‘little things’ have really been thought about here and they make such a difference. Thank you so much! Would absolutely recommend this stay to our friends and family. Pissouri is also a lovely little village full of charm - although we hired a car to explore the rest of the island we actually chose to come back to Pissouri each evening as we felt the charm wasn’t matched in other parts of the island.
