Der Außenbereich ist unglaublich - man ist für sich, es gibt verschiedene Stellen zum Sitzen und Liegen, sehr klasse die Aussendusche - hier kann man hervorragend draußen leben. Eine kleine, schöne Bucht ist in 3 min zu Fuß erreichbar. Es ist wunderbar ruhig hier. Im Haus hat man alles, was man braucht. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Das Haus ist geschmackvoll eingerichtet mit 2 Terassen, die einen wunderbaren Blick bieten. Da wir in der Nebensaison im.Haus waren, hatten wir die Anlage fast für uns allein und es war wunderbar ruhig. Den Pool hatten wir fast immer zur alleinigen Nutzung und auch am Strand waren wir oft allein. Im Nachbarort gab es einen sehr guten Bäcker mit tollen selbstgemachten Eissorten und kleine und große Supermärkte.

Wonderful house, as advertised in description and as shown in pictures. It has all amenities and is in a great location, close to the Spetses port, but far enough to be completely quiet at night. Veranda on top floor has a really nice view. The house is easy to find, as it is close to the city’s museum, and all windy roads have signs to the spetses museum. We were a family of 4 + 2 extra guests, the house easily fit us. We couldn’t be happier with the choice, and made the experience in Spetses unforgettable. The hosts were lovely and very friendly, they left fresh fruit in the fridge for us, and were extremely communicative. Ydria villa is an excellent choice if you plan to spend a few days in Spetses!

Maria’s place has top quality furniture and all items in the place is top notch. I felt very comfortable. The property had fruit trees, a green lawn and its semi private beach. They provided four sun beds and two umbrellas to relax at the beach.

Ons verblijf was geweldig! Het huis is prachtig ingericht en heel praktisch om te verblijven. Doordat er overal ramen zijn, is de huiskamer/keuken heel mooi licht. Het dakterras is ideaal en heeft zowel zon als schaduw. De keuken was heel fijn om in te koken, het bed heerlijk om in te slapen en de badkamers perfect. Het huis ligt in een heel mooi deel van Spetses, met een oude haven en een mooie korte wandeling naar het strand of het water. Nicholas was erg flexibel en had goede tips, bijvoorbeeld over hoe we een scooter konden huren. 100% aanrader!

Our stay was amazing! We enjoyed the pool and the area near the vila! Zef was very responsive, and helped us with whatever we needed. The area around the house is beautiful, liked Tolo and the beaches around. Will definitely come again! :)

The flat is very close to the sea. We slept and woke up with the sound of the sea. In front of the flat there is unique scenery, crystal clear sea and a dormant volcano. Quiet area and breathtaking views. About 7 minutes walk you get to a beautiful beach with turquoise sea and there is a family-run taverna a few steps away. Yannick was friendly, proactive in responding to all our needs and gave us lots of useful advice. I approve.
