Great stay at Ilknur house! She and her son Hassan are very nice and you feel like home. Room confortable as the pictures and nice breakfast in the terrasse with beautiful views :) thanks a lot!!

Otel konum itibariyle dalyanın en güzel lokasyonunda bulunuyor, bölgenin meşhur koy ve sahillerine kısa sürelerde ulaşım mümkün. Canan hanım ve oğlu Kerem Bey'in bir işletmeci olarak diğer çalışanlar ile birlikte emeği paylaşarak hizmet etmeleri çok değerli ve samimi geldi. İsteklerimize hızlı ve olumlu cevap verdiler. Aşkın hanımın özenle hazırlamış olduğu bitkisel mutfağı, vegan olmayanları dahi tatmin edecek seviyede lezzetli ve zengin içeriğe sahip. Maya,Petra ve emeği geçen herkese bu sıcak ortamı sağladıkları için teşekkürler umarım tekrar uğrayacağız.

I had a beautiful stay at Kerem’s place and have recommended it to all of my friends. The food was lovely, the setting was stunning and I loved being able to take the boat to the beach from the hotel. I visited as a solo female traveller and I felt safe and happy throughout my stay thanks to Kerem and the team. I hope to be back again soon!

Kerem çok nazik ve yardımseverdi. Daha önce de konaklamıştık burada, memnun kaldığımız için tekrar tercih ettik. Odaları ve bahçesi rahat, manzarası keyifli. Merkeze yakın olması dolayısıyla ulaşım kolay. Hem yaz hem de kış aylarında tercih edilebilir bir yer. Teşekkür ediyoruz Kerem'e.

Great location right by the river overlooking the rock tombs. We enjoyed the beautiful winter garden with heaters that was much appreciated due to the rainy weather. Only a 5min walk to the town center where you can get good food & enjoy a beer at the karaoke bar.

Gayet güzel bir tatil geçirdik. Evin her yeri gayet temizdi. Ev sahibimiz Zerrin Hanım ve eşi de çok ilgiliydi. Konum olarak da merkeziydi. Tekrar tercih ediceğimiz bir yerdi.

The location of this hotel is stunning. For that alone, I would absolutely recommend staying here! Getting to swim in the Dalyan river at sunset while looking at the Caunos tombs is an incredible experience. The vegan breakfast in the morning will blow you away! All the staff are incredibly kind and friendly. We didn't realize that there was a restaurant on site and despite there being a communal kitchen, they don't actually want you bringing your own food or drinks into communal spaces. This isn't written anywhere but we would have appreciated knowing before getting called out for having a beer in the garden. The only other downside is that the walls are thin and we had a baby crying all night in the room next to us, but this sometimes can't be helped. Overall I would definitely recommend!

Exactly as described, we can't wait to go back to Gaia Koru in Dalyan. Peaceful, great service, beautiful place, nice walk to restaurants and the main town. Very relaxing place to stay for 2 weeks. Sit on your terrace or sit by the river or sit by the pool or at the bar. Pool is excellent and saltwater, plenty of room for 4 bungalow occupants. Friendly owners and staff who can't do enough for you, just ask. Bungalows have very comfortable bed, blackout curtains, great shower/bathroom, very good aircon, Wifi good. Breakfast is lovely at roughly 9-11am. Other food available during the day and late-night beers. Its about 20 mins walk to main Dalyan town but no need to go that far, lots of lovely evening riverside restaurants. Mind the mosquitoes. Would thoroughly recommend and we can't wait to go again.

MEVA3 ‘de 7 kişi konaklayan aile olarak çok memnun kaldık .Temizlik konusunda tedirgin olmuştuk gitmeden ancak gördüğümüz de temizliği çok çok iyidi boşuna tedirginlik yaşamışız dedik .Hatta bir süre sonra kendi evinizmiş gibi hissedebilirsiniz çünkü biz öyle hissettik .☺️ Evin havuzu olması da bizim için artıydı çok eğlendik. İletişim konusuna gelirsek herhangi sorununuz da Ev sahibi Zerrin hanımla kolaylıkla iletişim kurabilirsiniz kendisi çok ilgiliydi☺️Kısacası Temizlik ,Konfor bakımından iyi ve güzel bir tatil geçirmek isteyenlere içtenlikle öneririm ☺️

Mustafa and his 2 staff went out of their way to make our stay perfect. Accommodation superb. The breakfast was excellent sitting by the river watching kingfishers, swallows and housemartins. We saw at least 5 hedgehogs after dark, owls hooting and cicadas. Mustafa organised a private boat tour with ‘Captain Sunny’ up to the lake and hot springs. We paddleboarded and swam, saw river turtles and a water snake, then karaoke and watching the sunset. A perfect afternoon. A quiet location but within walking distance to Dalyan. I could not recommend staying here more highly.
