Kavran is a cosy little village (with a bunch of cosy secluded beaches around) and we loved it. A car is a must. Owners speak German and English and took our problems close to heart (I had to work over Zoom 6-9 hours every day and the house WiFi was not designed for the stability I needed; the owners bought a mobile router which provided DL speed of 4-7 Mbit and sealed the matter; on top of that, when my wife had to have her own conference at the same time with me, they invited her over to their place in Banjole, which was extremely nice of them). Overall, owners are absolutely charming and hospitable, we're seriously considering coming again, though we're still in the EXPLORE (not exploit) mode. Watching stars from the jacuzzi was a cherry on the pie.

If you demand the finest, this house represents the pinnacle. The house is everything you see in the pictures and then some. You can feel the heart that has gone into restoring this house while preserving the soul of the architecture. The design and furnishings are luxurious and complements the house in a unique way. Even the little detailed touches and details are provided for, including toiletries, high-end bedding and towels. The kitchens are fully stacked: both inside and outside. While Istria has a lot of small coves and deserted beaches with cristal clear waters to offer, the decking beach in Moscenicka Draga is an exclusive way of experiencing the best of what Croatia has to offer from a beach perspective. Last but not least: Tanja and Oliver are top hosts. They are easy to communicate with, and does everything in their power to make sure, that your stay is truly a five-star experience. We’ve stayed as a family of 4 and our dog in Alen’s house. The house itself and Puntera are very cozy and peaceful. You will find everything that you need in the house - great kitchen and bathrooms, own backyard with parking place. And since we were on a car, the location worked perfectly for us. It’s quite close to everything and felt very comfortable on return after all-day driving through Istria beaches and surroundings. Alen and Manuela are very friendly, give us recommendations and advise things when we’ve asked for. All in all it’s a great place to stay for a family and I would definitely love to return again.

Wir haben eine wirklich schöne Urlaubswoche erlebt ! Das Haus liegt sehr ruhig im Grünen am Waldrand mit sauberem Pool und praktischer schicker Einrichtung. Zum Ort Labin sind es mit dem Auto knapp 10 Minuten. Man kann vom Haus weg wandern oder radfahren. Thomas ist total nett und hilfsbereit ! Wir würden auf jeden Fall wieder dort wohnen !!

Wir waren als 4 köpfige Familie 2 Erw. und 2 Teens (16+14) in der Unterkunft. Wir waren begeistert von der Ruhe und Abgeschiedenheit. Das war genau das was wir wollten. Das Haus ist ist zwar klein,aber es reicht völlig aus. Alles ist schön dekoriert und platziert. Genau wie man den Bildern entnehmen kann. Das Außengelände ist einfach ein Traum. Bis in die kleinste Ecke durchdacht. Die Outdoor-Küche haben wir regelmäßig benutzt. Wir waren jetzt im Oktober dort und hatten auch noch gutes Wetter. ( durchschnittlich 22 Grad ☀️) Dadurch wurde der Pool und Whirlpool sehr gut genutzt. Die kleine Bucht ist auch einfach sehr schön. Wir haben dort einen ganzen Tag verbracht und waren ganz alleine. Wir können diese Unterkunft nur bestens empfehlen. Wir werden wieder kommen. 🫶🏻🇭🇷☀️

Naš boravak u ovom smjestaju je bio odlican,. Kuca ima sve potrebno za odmor i opustanje ukljucujući i spa centar. Priroda oko same kuce je prekrasna. Domacin nam je bio na usluzi za sva pitanja koja smo imali. Preporučam svima.

Predivna kuća u centru Lokva pogodna i za djecu i pse..sve uredno i čisto a kamin i drva daju dodatan ugođaj:)

Nicely renovated spacious house surrounded by very well maintained garden, in a quiet street. The accommodation was clean and comfortable, the hosts are helpful and very kind. Thank you Rade and Tamara!

We booked this apartment on the way from Split to Zagreb. The purpose was mainly functional: to have a night along the road with the beautiful surroundings and good rest. The host was very responsive, check-in/out were easy. The apartment is spacious, well equipped and has a large terrace overlooking the sea and the islands. If you feel like cooking, all you need is available. If not, there is a good restaurant next doors with good prices. The place was very clean. Senj is quite windy place, so don't get scared by the noise from the wind in the night.

Nice small house with a huge fireplace. A little bit to close to road so You can hear it all night.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at a lovely apartment in Crni Lug, and I can’t recommend it enough! Nestled right next to the breathtaking Risnjak National Park, this spot is perfect for nature lovers and anyone looking for a peaceful getaway. The apartment itself was spotless, modern, and equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The kitchen had all the essentials, and the cozy living area made it easy to relax after a day of exploring. The views from the windows were absolutely stunning, waking up to the serene greenery and fresh mountain air was a highlight. The hosts were incredibly welcoming, helpful and kind. Their hospitality truly made us feel at home. If you’re visiting Crni Lug to explore the beauty of Risnjak or just to unwind in nature, this apartment is an excellent choice. I would definitely stay here again on my next trip to this beautiful region!

Very comfortable little place, great interior design with local flare, fantastic location as far as feeling part of the waterfront social scene. Sunsets were beatuiful, parking is a quick 2 minute walk from the apartment (free in the winter). Finding out that the location had some historical significance to location was a bonus.

Bozana ist sehr lieb und lustig, sie hat uns freundlich empfangen und hatte immer ein offenes Ohr. Die Unterkunft ist wunderschön,man hat reichlich Platz und besonders toll ist die Grillecke mit dem großen Tisch und natürlich der Jacuzzi. Die Umgebung ist sehr schön. Der Strand ist gut zu Fuß zu erreichen. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt, nur leider ging die Zeit viel zu schnell um. ❤️❤️❤️

Wir hatten 4 schöne Tage in Lokev. Die Unterkunft bei Andrej war bestes. Der Parkplatz unmittelbar am Haus. Das Frühstück war reichhaltig, das Abendessen Im Gasthaus von Andrej war sehr gut, eine Einkehr dort ist sehr zu empfehlen. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

I visited Crikvenica off season, so Ankica graciously offered me a bigger apartment then originally booked. She was very friendly and accommodating… place was quiet, clean and had an amazing view…

We loved our stay at Villa Cami. 4 adults and 3 children under 6 had a fantastic holiday. The house was incredible, as was the pool and grounds of the property. Istrialux were so helpful with my many requests, questions and queries leading up to our visit, they couldn't have done more to help us. The hosts, Emanuela & Sandi, were a pleasure and also so helpful with any issues we may have had. All in all, I couldn't fault anything and I am a fairly harsh critic when needed. I hope we return to Villa Cami next year and thanks once again to the Istrialux team and the wonderful hosts.

Wir durften einen sehr schönen Urlaub in einem wunderschönen Haus verbringen. Das Haus liegt sehr ruhig und man kann in dem riesigen Garten und dem schönen Pool richtig Entspannen. Man erreicht viele wunderschöne Buchten zu Fuß. Auch Kamenjak erreicht man sehr gut Fuß. Pula sowie Medulin sind ca. 15 Autominuten entfernt und somit auch spontan sehr schnell erreichbar. Goran war wirklich jederzeit Erreichbar und hat uns tolle Tipps gegeben. Alles lief total unkompliziert und wir hatten das Gefühl, dass man alles tut um uns einen angenehmen Aufenthalt zu bereiten - das wurde definitiv geschafft. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall sehr gerne wieder

Stanko war immer erreichbar und hat alles sehr schnell zu unserer Zufriedenheit erledigt. Darüber hinaus gab er uns sehr gute Tipp für die Umgebung und Restaurants. Wir sind mit 2 kleinen Hunden angereist, dafür war der eingezäunte Garten wirklich optimal. Die Hunde konnten sich im Garten frei bewegen ohne das wir befürchten mussten, das sie entwischen. Das Haus ist ruhig gelegen mit Blick auf einen Olivenhain und sehr liebevoll eingerichtet. Unschlagbar ist der Pool - er war unser Highlight! Wir kommen sicher gerne wieder.

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt das Haus ist sehr schön. Franko und Nensi waren sehr freundlich und immer hilfsbereit. Die Villa Grace ist sehr zu empfehlen.

Wunderbares Haus, viel Platz, alles super gemütlich und stimmig. Haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt! Die Schlafzimmer waren super schön und ordentlich, der Pool Bereich wunderbar und alles da was man braucht. In 10 min bei großen Geschäften zum einkaufen und in 10-20 min bei vielen tollen Stränden! Viele Spielsachen für Kinder! Es war ein ganz toller Urlaub und eine super Unterkunft! Absolut zu empfehlen :-)

Wir hatten wundervolle 12 Tage in dieser besonderen Villa verbracht. Empfangen wurden wir sehr herzlich von den Hauseigentümern; Mit Gästekorb und einer persönlichen Führung durchs Haus. Es war alles da, was man brauchte, voll und gänzlich ausgestattete Küche. Bis ins kleinste Detail. (sogar Netflix, X-Box) Alles sehr sauber und stilvoll eingerichtet. Der Pool ist etwas kleiner, als er auf den Fotos wirkt, doch unsere Kinder, wie auch wir genossen die Abkühlung jeden Tag aufs Neue. Und mit der Gegenstromanlange kann man auch paar Schwimmzüge machen ;) Sehr zu empfehlen. Wer ruhige und entspannte Ferien sucht, ist hier wundervoll aufgehoben. Vielen Dank für Alles.

Wir haben in Familie eine sehr entspannte Woche in Gverinos wunderschönem Steinhaus verbracht. Das Haus hat eine sehr schöne Lage ganz am Ende der Ferienhaussiedlung direkt am Wald. Hinter dem Haus ein gepflegter Garten mit altem Olivenhain, nach vorne der Blick auf die Adria mit Sonnenaufgang über Cres. Um in die nächst gelegenen Orte zu gelangen benötigt man ein Auto und fährt eine Viertelstunde. Die Wege sind gut zu fahren, ein Parkplatz direkt hinter dem Haus. Das Haus ist sehr geschmackvoll saniert. Die Treppen zwischen den Geschossen sind etwas steil aber sehr gut gebaut, für uns kein Problem. Wir haben die Zeit genossen auf den beiden Terrassen mit Blick auf das Meer, beim Spazieren durch den herrlichen mediterranen Wald mit Lorbeer, Salbei und Wacholder hinunter zur abgelegenen Bucht und beim gemeinsamen Kochen in der rustikalen Küche des Hauses. Ein wunderschöner Ort, den ich gern nochmal besuchen würde.

We enjoyed a great time in the villa Aurelia. The house is perfect for many people with all the equipments needed. On top you can enjoy good time with the table tennis, snooker or the jacuzzi. The place is very quiet and well located close to Labin old center and all the shops. Zoran was a very nice host, always reactive with very good recommendations in the area!
