Beautiful, spacious home that gave us all (5 adults) multiple places in the home to gather as well as enough space to have some alone time. It was an incredibly clean and stylish home with comfortable furniture and outdoor spaces to enjoy some fresh Swiss air. Short walk to multiple grocery stores and cafes and about a block and half walk to the train station that made our travels incredibly convenient. Every one of my companions had only positive things to say about this air bnb booking. Highly recommended.

Very nice two-level apartment in a historic house. Nice view of Untersee directly opposite the back door. Very well equipped. Great location in the middle of Berlingen, which is small but has a couple of really nice restaurants, a good bakery and a quality butchers. Marco and Sara were fantastic friendly hosts, with great communication!

Die Zeit in Carlos Loft LEO war wunderschön. Ich habe mich sofort wie Zuhause gefühlt und konnte sehr gut abschalten. Das Loft ist offen, luftig und geräumig gestaltet und modern eingerichtet. Es hat alles, was du für einen Aufenthalt benötigst: ein Sofa mit TV, ein Esstisch, eine geräumige und voll ausgestattete Küche (und Kaffee/Tee), ein super bequemes Boxspringbett und ein Bad ensuite mit Regendusche. Pflanzen machen es zu einer grünen Oase. Aussen hat es einen kleinen Sitzbereich und den Parkplatz. Carlo war super freundlich, unkompliziert und jederzeit erreichbar und hilfsbereit. Ich kann diese Unterkunft weiterempfehlen.

Ein sehr modernes Apartment mit guter Erreichbarkeit zur Stadt (Fuß/Bus). Check in- und Out war sehr unkompliziert, die Kommunikation über Airbnb lief gut und die Unterkunft war sehr sauber. Ich fand es auch sehr praktisch persönlich empfangen zu werden und eine kleine Tour durch das Gebäude zu bekommen. Wenn mal etwas gefehlt hat, oder Nachfragen bestanden, hat Thomas schnell reagiert und es konnte direkt eine Lösung gefunden werden. Ich war für 2,5 Wochen im Apartment und war insgesamt sehr zufrieden. Wer für seinen Aufenthalt das Gefühl einer Privatwohnung bevorzugt, dem kann ich die Unterkunft absolut empfehlen!

Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt in diesem großzügigen und gut ausgestatteten Haus in einer ruhigen Nachbarschaft in den Vororten von Zürich. Das Haus bietet viel Platz mit fünf Schlafzimmern und ist perfekt für Familien. Es ist liebevoll eingerichtet und mit allem ausgestattet, was man für einen komfortablen Aufenthalt benötigt – von Haushaltsgegenständen bis hin zu Spielen und sogar einem Trampolin und einem Air-Hockey-Tisch, die besonders bei den Kindern sehr beliebt waren. Stefan, der Gastgeber, war äußerst freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Kommunikation mit ihm war unkompliziert, und er hat uns bei allen Fragen unterstützt. Wir haben uns sehr willkommen gefühlt. Dieses Haus ist eine gute Wahl für alle, die eine familienfreundliche und komfortable Unterkunft in der Nähe von Zürich suchen. Wir würden es definitiv weiterempfehlen und kommen gerne wieder!

We were beyond pleased to have stayed in Steph’s beautiful apartment for a week. One of the best Airbnbs we have ever stayed in. Nothing to complain about at all. The parking space was amazing for days we had a car rented and the location is in close proximity to groceries and a bus stop to town. We look forward to staying again!

Great place. Clean. Looks exactly like advertised. Train station is right below the apartment. About 3 stops to hauftbahnof where the lake and everything is. It would have been nice to knew what was around but we figured it out. There is a Thai restaurant down below. It’s about 30/40 minutes ride from the airport via train. But it’s good to be downtown where everything is located and the main train station.
