Ksamil : locations de vacances avec salon de jardin

Es war eine sehr erholsame Woche in einer perfekten Umgebung. Sehr gehobener Ausbaustandart, jedes Fenster hat Moskitonetze, welche unerlässlich waren, da es durch die Regentage viele Mosquitos hatte. Für Kaffeeliebhaber: Es hat sogar eine Siebträgermaschine. Vielen Dank, wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen.

La casa è molto piacevole. L'abbiamo trovata pulita e ordinata. La cucina è abitabile e abbastanza spaziosa. Internet e l'aria condizionata funzionano molto bene. La vista mare è un plus. Gli spazi esterni sono ben curati. La spiaggia di Nisaki si raggiunge comodamente a piedi ma consiglio l'auto per visitare anche il resto dell'isola che è stupenda. Nei dintorni c'è un piccolo alimentari, una panetteria e un negozio di frutta e verdura, oltre a ristoranti e locali. Alexios è stato molto premuroso inoltre è sempre disponibile e reattivo nel rispondere. Ci tornerei!

Absolutely wonderful stay. It’s nicer than the pictures. The beach is your backyard and the sunsets are breathtaking. Krista was very responsive and helped us with everything. We had the whole beach to ourselves and it was great for a family vacation. There is a wonderful restaurant nearby called manxrurane which had incredible food and a very friendly staff. Can’t wait to visit again!!

Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt bei Anxhela. Sie war immer äußerst hilfsbereit und zuvorkommend. Die Unterkunft ist ruhig gelegen und toller Standort für viele Unternehmungen. Ein Auto ist jedoch unbedingt notwendig. Die Unterkunft war total sauber und es war alles vorhanden (inkl. Pfeffer, Salz, Toilettenpapier, Bettwäsche, Handtücher, etc.). Bei unserer Ankuft wurden wir von einem netten Herren in Empfang genommen, sonst hätten wir diese wahrscheinlich nicht direkt gefunden. Insgesamt war es ein toller Aufenthalt (auch mit zwei kleinen Kindern sehr zu empfehlen), mit einer sehr netten Gastgeberin. Absolut empfehlenswert!

We really enjoyed our stay in this oasis away from the popular resorts. We especially enjoyed to private access to the sea which was great for swimming and snorkelling. We spent most mornings having a leisurely breakfast and enjoying the view. Would highly recommend.

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans la maison de Nikki. Tout est conforme à la description. La vue est fantastique, grande piscine, tranquillité. La route pour y accéder est très sinueuse, mais nous étions prévenus avec la description et les commentaires. La communication est très facile par messagerie, avec une grande réactivité. The room is just right for a few nights. Everything was brand new and looking nice. The host was very friendly and helpful with everything we asked for.

We had a very nice stay in Ksamil. Leonard and his family are very kind and helpful. We needed to go to a doctor and they drove us there or they would get us a taxi. The house was clean and spacious. It is a calm neighbourhood but if you walk 10-15 minutes you get to a lot of beaches, bars, shops, restaurants…(our favourite was “grill and chill”). We really recommend this place if you want a nice, peaceful stay in Ksamil that is not to far from everything.

Lovely flat, we enjoyed our stay. It's quite an uphill walk to get there but we didn't mind. The only negative is that it's close to a big street, so there is noise from the cars. otherwise Aldi has been very kind and hospitable during our 3 days stay. thank you!

This place has everything you need. The host is very kind and you are close to everything. Price/quality is superb. Only thing missing was a sunscreen on the balcony as it gets very hot. Definately recommended!

I highly recommend this apartment. Everything is just like it is on the pictures, very clean and neat. Location is perfect. The host communication is on top, quick and very helpful.

Super appartement ! L'emplacement est idéal pour accéder au centre ville a pied, la plage juste en bas de la résidence est superbe. L'accueil du cousin d'Enio était tres satisfaisant, accueillant et chaleureux. Je recommande :)

Apartmán je krásný, čistý a nový, Cítili jsme se tu moc dobře, vše bylo perfektně připravené. Je zde krásný výhled na hory. Check-in probíhá velmi jednoduše pomocí samoobslužného procesu a jasných instrukcí od Besnika.

I could not ask for a better location! Spending 3 months at this location and it is perfect for one person or a couple. Very easy to find the apartment, it’s very clean, and it’s private. Andrei is by far on the most responsive apartment owners I have ever worked with. The apartment is across the street from an Italian pizzeria, and a few other restaurants. If you don’t mind walking, you can walk down to the boardwalk and explore. I walk down and up multiple times a day and I love it because the apartment is away from all the city noise but a very short walk away to everything. The view from the balcony and bedroom are my favorite! I spend everyday out on the balcony rain or shine. You can see Corfu Greece directly in front of you, and other islands of Greece. Open the doors to the balcony and let fresh air in and just relax to the sound of the Adriatic Sea. During the night you’ll also get clear views of the moon, stars, and the city. Also the sunsets are beautiful!

I stayed at Villa Orjon in Ksamil, Albania, with a group of friends, and we had an absolutely wonderful experience. From the moment we arrived, we felt right at home. The accommodation was perfect, providing everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The hosts were the kindest people we could have asked for. They went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed, making our stay even more enjoyable. Their hospitality truly made a difference. They have even let us check out a bit later without any issues and extra charges, really down to earth human beings. The villa itself is well-maintained and cozy, offering a serene atmosphere that's perfect for a relaxing getaway. The location in Ksamil is fantastic, with beautiful surroundings and easy access to local attractions. I highly recommend Villa Orjon to anyone looking for a pleasant and accommodating place to stay in Ksamil. Our experience was exceptional, and I’m sure yours will be too!

The apartment has a mindblowing view over Corfu and is very modern and spacious. We enjoyed our stay a lot! However the building is not ready yet and there were construction workers right next to the apartment and some days they were yelling and drilling so loud our baby couldn’t sleep inside. We also heard some noice from drunk neighbours in the middle of the night in the swimming pool.

The super host of super hosts . Chris is incredibly helpful and makes the check in so simple. He is extremely responsive and even helped us out out with a minor medical emergency. The apartment is prefect with an amazing location.

We loved our stay at the apartment. The Pool was really nice and the view as well. The communication with Katerina was super easy. We would recommend the apartment.

We absolutely loved our stay! The large balcony with the bean bags, and the proximity to the small beach (which is small and rocky but beautiful!) was absolutely perfect for us. The walk to the promenade was supposedly 30-45 minutes according to Maps, but it never felt that long as it was completely flat. And there was always restaurants/bars/shops, or cats (!) to look at on the way. We really appreciated having a washing machine which meant we could freshen up our beach towels etc. and the kitchen was well equipped to make all your meals there if you wanted to. There was also plenty of great restaurants nearby, and a handful of small supermarkets. Would definitely recommend and return.

Angjelo was really responsive and helpful. The location of the flat is really good, close to everything, the views from balcony are stunning, perfect place to relax and watch the sunset with a glass of wine. Flat was really clean and really confortable. I would defintely return, amazin stay!

From start to finish my experience with Zana was fantastic. She’s responsive, helpful and accommodating. The apartment itself is a dream. Great location on a quiet side of town, yet it has a small supermarket just a few minutes away with basically everything you’d need. Everything in the kitchen works well! The bed along with all the furniture is comfy and clean. I absolutely loved my stay, and i wouldn’t hesitate to return!

We had a nice stay. The apartment is close to the port and it is about 20 min by foot to the city center. There is a parking spot inside a garage for the apartment. A shisha bar is located inside the building which is pretty noisy. The view from the apartment is nice. Unfortunately there was no dishtowel and no scrub for cleaning the dishes. Also there was no shower curten and no shower head holder, which resulted in a flood in the bathroom.

L’appartement est très spacieux. De plus l’emplacement est parfait à deux minutes du centre de Saranda. Et pour finir la magnifique vu sur la mer qui nous a permis de voir des merveilleux coucher de soleil. Je conseil vivement.
