Schöne große Villa, gut ausgestattete Zimmer. Drei Terrassen. Eine große Küche. Wir waren mit 15 Personen dort. Lufnähe zum Zentrum 5 min. 15 min zum Strand. Ruhig in einem Tal gelegen, wo Schafe und Ziegen weiden. Gerne wieder!

A wonderful villa that is highly recommended. Dora and Eirini were perfect hosts. On arrival a thoughtful selection of supplies was provided. These were most appreciated. The villa is spacious and comfortable. All necessary amenities were available including a dishwasher and washing machine. Outside is a proper swimming pool that is very secluded. The terrace has amazing views with plenty of shade. Great for relaxing or dining al fresco. The villa is around 200m above sea level, reached by a narrow road. This was an experience to drive at first, but we soon became used to it. Overall: 10/10

cette villa nous a permis d'explorer tout le nord est de corfou et la vieille ville, certainement les plus beaux endroits de l'île. La côte est vraiment superbe. la maison offre de superbes vues, la piscine est géniale, la maison très fonctionnelle. c'est une très bonne adresse à Corfou, je la recommande. enfin, Christos est toujours à l'écoute, disponible et attentif, le passage régulier du ménage est un vrai confort.

Directly on the beach with a private pool, garden with incredible olive trees, and parking…need I say more? We stayed 4 nights in March during the off season, it could not have been more quiet and peaceful. The home is the quintessential beach house with everything that my family needed, simple, clean, and comfortable. We particularly enjoyed sitting under the pergola by the pool listening to the waves. Communication with Spiros was easy and quick. Something to note during the off season, everything in this village was closed for the season, as were many amenities on the island. We hope to stay here again on our next trip to Corfu.

Wow!! What an amazing time we had and would 100% recommend. Villa Kalamia is in a beautiful location overlooking Kalami bay with stunning views. There were so many places to sit - whether under the olive tree for a morning coffee or to the private jetty giving direct access to the sea. The villa is a short walk to Kalami bay where there are nice restaurants and kiosks to rent a boat for the day. There are also lots of nice walks along the coast to other nearby bays. Vittoria and Nico were fantastic hosts - super friendly and welcoming with quick communication. They even provide you with a welcome basket of fruit, bread and crisps etc. Overall 10/10 stay and couldn’t recommend more!

La única cosa que se puede añadir a nuestra favorabilísima evaluación es la de destacar los deliciosos byrek de queso acompañados de membrillo que nos ofreció la madre de Enea; y hecho por ella. Todo perfecto!

Mimoza and Jimmy were superb hosts from beginning to end. Very attentive to all our needs and great to stop for a chat with. They have a lovely villa and are clearly very house proud judging by the way they look after it. The villa is perfectly located for exploring the area with pretty Kassiopi a five minute drive away and Avalaki beach a 7 minute walk with two super Tavernas and a boat rental on the shore there (a great way to explore the north east coast). Could not recommend Villa Sania more highly.

The villa had a beautiful view. We loved the terrace and the pool area. It was also a nice short walk down to the beach and the recommended taverna had very good food. There were also many other nice beaches, restaurants and a supermarket were never far away. Would very much like to come back at some point, loved it very much.

Villa Andonis is not only spacious and comfortable, it offers a pristine pool and stunning views of the ocean, mountains, and garden. Eirini and Dora anticipated all our needs, and were warm and helpful in every way. The villa looks over Nissaki, which has a sweet little beach area, restaurants, boat rental, everything you need. But you could easily spend your whole time at Villa Andonis, lounging, barbecuing, swimming and dreaming on the terrace. It's a fabulous home base for a vacation in Corfu.

Wonderful stay at the Olive Tree House, it was certainly 'heaven on earth'! The whole property was beautiful, the layout was perfect for 3 families; 7 adults + 3 kids, providing ample space and privacy for everyone. Location was very peaceful. Super pool with amazing views & great outdoor space with plenty of shaded areas. Having my elderly parents & grandchildren with us we found that taxis were a must due to the distance into Kassiopi and the lack of pavement until halfway there. Annalize was very responsive and always helpful. We look forward to returning and would definitely recommend.

Par où commencer ! Villa Thinalo est juste incroyable ! Nous avons trouvé un vrai havre de paix au sein de la villa. Les grandes baies vitrées avec cette vue mer incroyable donne l'impression de naviguer et de se reveillé chaque matin sur un bateau. Calme et nature sont au rendez-vous pour une parenthèse que nous attendions. La modernité de l'ameublement, les attentions aux détails comme les produits de salle de bains, les fleurs fraîches ou encore la possibilité de choisir une bouteille dans la cave à vin, font toute la différence. La villa est très facile à trouvée, situé sur la route principale de l'île qui longe la côte Nord Est. Vraiment très bien placée. Merci beaucoup ! Nous reviendrons :)

We always do Airbnb and this one was the best! We had the most perfect time at Spyro’s Villa, with crazy beautiful views !!! From any room! The pool is gated and amazing! Each bedroom is very well appointed, clean, charming, and very spacious. The three bathrooms were also very well appointed, as were the kitchen and living room. WiFi is excellent; we had a few Zoom meetings with no issues. The location is peaceful on a hill, in a beautiful neighborhood. Walking distance to a beautiful beach, lovely tavernas, and a beautiful restaurant, so a small supermarket with all you need. You can walk and take the bus, but a car is useful to have as there are many hills. At the bottom of the street, you can hire a car. As we are six, we did use a local agency at the airport. We needed a minivan. Driving was easy and I felt safe. Sevina answered any questions instantly and was lovely to deal with, so Spyros. We will be back! Hi, I highly recommend Spyro’s villa!

La casa es genial ! Sin dudas la mejor edificación de Sarandë. El trato es muy bueno y la vista inmejorable. El equipamiento de la casa está muy bien. Para pasar los días no recomiendo las playas de Ksamil o Sarande , mucha gente y pocos servicios , es mejor viajar más y alejarse. Lo mejor fueron la zona de Himare y desde allí los tour en Barco a las playas. Mas lindas , menos gente y buenos restaurantes. Sin dudas el tiempo que pasamos dentro de la casa fue muy relajante y divertido, diríamos que hasta mejor que el que pasamos por las playas que las cercanas no las recomiendo.

The location of the house is what makes it really great. You have nice views of the water and green trees from the upstairs terrace, and can walk to Avlaki beach in 2 minutes. There are also some nice walking trails just behind the beach that take you through olive groves and to other small lovely beaches. The taverna on the beach has really good food so you don’t have to drive for dinner or lunch. The town of Kassiopi is only 5 minutes away by car and has lots of restaurants and a big supermarket. The only critiques I have of the house is that the furniture was a bit basic, the kitchen was small, and the sofa looked a bit worn out and dirty. The beds are a tad hard but you get used to them! The pool area is really great. Because of the orientation of the house, there is sun near the pool from about 11 am / noon to around 6 pm. We were there in early Sept so maybe there is more sun in summer. The AC is great and so are bathrooms. Overall we loved it and would come back!

A Perfect Nature Escape with Private Pool I recently had the pleasure of staying at this villa, and it was an absolute dream! Tucked away in nature, this property is a hidden gem for anyone seeking tranquility, comfort, and a stunning natural setting. The villa itself is spacious, clean, and beautifully decorated with a modern yet cozy touch. The large windows offer breathtaking views of the surrounding greenery, and the open-plan layout makes it feel light and airy. Every room feels connected to nature, and you really get the sense of being in a secluded paradise. The private pool is the highlight! Perfectly maintained and surrounded by trees, it’s the ideal spot for a refreshing swim or just lounging by the water. We spent hours there, soaking in the peaceful environment. There’s also a lovely outdoor seating area where we enjoyed meals, with the sounds of nature all around.

Secluded villa surrounded by nature with a lot of privacy. Exceptional sea views with Albania in the background. The sunrise is terrific. Very friendly and responsive hosts. Spotlessly clean property. A car is needed to access the villa, the shops, restaurants and beaches in the vicinity. Be sure to rent a boat to explore the amazing north eastern coast. Would certainly return. Advice: Switch your mobile phone manually to a greek operator or else you risk hefty roaming fees in the albanian network.

Gorgeous House with stunning view!!! me and 3 friends had an amazing week in that villa! the view is just awesome the pool is awesome you can walk down to the next bar and have drinks, easy 15 min walk. it was clean, it has the perfect location what else do you want?

Stunning villa with the most incredible views. pool is beautiful, and the villa is really well equipped. Haitho was extremely welcoming and lovely, the welcome hamper was much appreciated after the hair raising drive to the villa! Great being able to walk to the town, some excellent restaurants. Worth the 5 euro taxi back up to the bottom of the unpaved road, though we struggled to find a driver who would take us all the way up to the villa! Would very much recommend this beautiful home from home.

We really enjoyed our stay at Villa Sunlight. We came with 6 people and 2 cars. There are 2 parking spaces right in front of the apartment. Each bedroom has its own bathroom and the apartment looks even bigger in reality than in the photos. The apartment is in a quiet location and has a beautiful terrace with a fantastic view. We also really liked the pool. The only problematic thing is that the path to the nearby beach is not so easy to reach on foot because of the street you have to walk on. But by car you can be at the beach in just a few minutes.

We just cam back from 9 gorgeous days in this villa. We didn't want to leave. From start to finish we had help from Caroline re booking taxis renting a car. Directions etc. The cleaner cam twice during our stay. The villa was pristine. Our bed was comfortable. The walk into kassiopi took us about 20 minutes and if in tbe evening i would bring a torch for tbe walk home as it is dark. The pool is large, well maintained and there are several seating areas. There were only 2 of us staying but it would easily suit a larger family. The garden is huge and partly shared with next door in the bottom section. We had no one in the villa next door so it was extremely private and quiet. There is a little restaurant 100 meters from the villa in katias apartments which was great for food. The little beach is almost deserted and accessed through the gate at the bottom of the garden. A little jetty to moor off. Was absolutely magical watching boats passing by. At night a yacht or 2 would be opposite.

We had a wonderful time staying at Villa Serena - everything was as described and as we’d hoped. The pool was lovely with some welcome shade at certain times of the day. Being able to walk to a practically private beach was just amazing! Everything we needed was in walking distance which was just what we wanted for a relaxing holiday. Periklis is a great host - super responsive and helpful! I would highly recommend this place and would love to come back again.

my family and i found the accommodation beautiful. especially the garden, the pool and the terrace with a view of the sunrise. we were warmly welcomed and everything was uncomplicated.🌸
