Nice clean place.. my kids love it! nice location overlooking the sea! Point to improve: Need to get a broadband if possible and fix hot water. It is very important for family with small babies to make milk with hot water readily available.

Nice place. Beautiful views of the city. Had a comfortable stay. Host is responsive and always available. Basics like coffee, tea, sugar are provided. Cooking not possible since cooker, pots and pans are not provided.

The place is cozy and very clean, and it has the sea view and quiet (the room is one floor above the swimming pool so you might hear kids playing at the pool, we were there on a Sunday night so not much activities going around). The host is very responsive, check-in process was easy and smooth with the assistance from the registration counter. The host is kind enough to prepare some snacks in the room to satisfy the cravings (which you can make the payment via a ready QR code). It felt like home during our stay in the unit because of the design and furniture arrangement, and the unit itself is clean and well maintained. One thing about the unit is that the parking lot is located at the open air car park, so be prepared to use the umbrella to walk to your vehicle if it rains heavily. Other than this, everything else was good. Will definitely book this place again when we return to Kuantan next time!

Worth every penny! Will definitely come back here. Unit & dalam gambar sama, bersih sangat. & the view was so beautiful, rasa macam taknak balik. Easy access to the beach, pool pun best gila, luas & bersih. The building were well maintain. Overall, i highly recommend this unit.

really enjoyed my stay here,the house was located at 20th floor with a seaview,i could watch sunrise daily.the amenities provided was as per described,i love every bit of my stay

rumah yang selesa dengan harga sewa yang berpatutan.dilengkapi dengan econ di kedua2 bilik,ada extra tilam..amat berpuas hati dan akan disewa lagi jika datang ke pekan nanti.

we love that the house felt really homey. even the neighbour are quite friendly. the location of the house is pretty close to the center of kuantan city. it also close to some famous beaches such as teluk chempedak, pantai pelindung and pantai batu hitam which only took less than 30 minutes drive. i will definately stay here again for my future visit at kuantan.

Cozy place, comfortable and you will fill like home even you are in a mood of travelling! Suitable for work and leisure stay. All amenities in good conditions. All curtains and fittings in place. Bed is comfy! May recommmend to others!

everything about this homestay was just home alike.. staying here felt perfectly fine and safe.. definitely prefer for those who’s looking for a comfortable home to stay here with family or friends.. absolutely in love with it🙌🏻

Kawasan yang persekitaran tenang. Dekat dengan pantai. Sentiasa berangin persekitarannya. Dekat dengan kedai runcit & restoran untuk sarapan pagi & makan malam. Kawasan dalam & keliling rumah yang bersih. Keliling tempatnya pun dekat dengan beberapa kawasan pantai2 lain untuk bersiar-siar.

The actual property was exactly as shown in the photos. My kids loved the small water playground! The house is peaceful and conveniently located near the place where we went to watch turtles. One issue was that the rubbish bags outside were disturbed by stray animals, and the next morning, the rubbish was scattered everywhere.

We had a fantastic stay at this homestay! The place was spotless and very well-maintained, making it super comfortable for our family. The owner was incredibly kind and welcoming, always ready to help with anything we needed. The service was excellent, and the location was extremely convenient, with easy access to nearby attractions. It’s a perfect choice for families traveling with kids. Highly recommend and would definitely stay here again!

Die Aussicht auf das Meer ist einmalig! Das Apartment ist ruhig gelegen und es gibt gute Möglichkeiten zum Einkaufen und auch genügend Restaurants in der Umgebung! Unweit von Kuantan Stadt entfernt! Die Kommunikation mit dem Besitzer war hervorragend und immer gut und schnell beantwortet. Wenn ich das nächste Mal in der Gegend bin komme ich gerne wieder! Vielen Dank für alles. Robert

You can read about the house from reviews left by other guests. I totally agree 100%. What I want to add from the feedback gave is the house also suitable to conduct small celebrations that can fit up to 20pax because it is very near with bbq pit. We had a farewell party which I can conclude it was a memorable one and satisfied by everyone. Definitely will book again. More plan to go. When you deal with the right persons which are Mr Raslan and Mdm Zura, then no regret! Thank you for hospitality. Great house, fantastic view, excellent accommodations and Top hosts! Combine kebabom🤩🥳
