Highly recommended for family gatherings. We celebrated Family Day here yesterday. Super Nice interior. Superb exterior. Complete amenities, wifi 6, water filters, air condition, water heater, rice cooker, induction cooker. Perfect for BBQ party too, the host provided complete set of tools for BBQ. The swimming pool size is just nice for 10 pax, suitable for kids 6 years old and above. Location near to the beach, walking distance to klinik kesihatan, masjid, pizza kayu api, groceries, 7 eleven, mr DIY. Overall this is one of the most valuable address to spend with your families in Balok. One of a kind. Thank you Mr Raymond for being such a good host and accommodate to our request. We have lovely time at LA Villas, Balok.

We had a wonderful stay at this stylish 1-bedroom condo! The space was clean, modern, and had everything we needed for a comfortable trip. The bed was super cozy, the kitchen was well-equipped, and the location was perfect. The host was very responsive and provided clear check-in instructions, making our arrival smooth. Small thoughtful touches, like toiletries and some snacks, made us feel right at home. Would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area. Thanks for a fantastic experience!

This is my first time visiting Kuantan, and we had a great stay at this place. 🥰🥰 The host provided clear instructions and was very responsive to my inquiries! 👍🏻 Check-in and check-out were easy. I will definitely come back for my next visit. The room was clean and tidy. The sea view was amazing! Worth it! 💯 Just a small recommendation for the host: consider installing a bathroom rack in the shower area for shampoo and other items. Overall, it was a 9.5/10 ⭐️

Overall, a great place to stay if your in Kuantan. Great seaview, close to restaurants, shops especially if you come with a vehicle. Visitors who come need to take note that the pool only open up to 7pm.

Booked the whole unit for my family. My first impression: Spacious, modern, beautiful interior design (Industrial Style I believe). The house is very clean, the amenities listed worked well and functioning. The house is very very spacious, it even have a balcony on the first floor. Loved every aspect of this house. Just some tiny tiny very tiny issue that I had was because the main door is see through without any curtains or blind. I find it slightly not private because outsider can see the inside especially if there is a neighbor staying beside you. Other than that, it was an awesome stay. Loved it and will definitely come again. With more people of course! *since it is too spacious it is a pity if we go by ourselves!

Great place! The beach is right outside in your front yard and it’s clean and so fun. The pool was nice. Very cold and can be quite loud when it’s busy so be warned. Felt very safe with the iron gate and door. Plus security out front 24/7. The AC’s worked great. Hot water! Microwave oven. The fridge broke and was replaced same day so the one there now is brand new. Farah was very kind and responsive. We felt right at home and enjoyed our month at her place! Hope to come back again insallah 🙏🏼🧿🤍🌴🌊

A great experience with stay, at the height of 27th floor, this property offers a breath taking view of the Kuantan City. The City of Kuantan gets really quite after 8pm, This property however, is well protected by professionally trained security officers while a carefully designed and highly sophisticated security system that keep me feel really safe at night. Next right to a Premium Hotel, you enjoy the same facilities as the hotel guests, at 75% or half the price of the hotel (depends on seasonality) . Overall, a very pleasant experience and I will definitely stay in this property again in the near future.

Mr Edward is superhost, very responsive to mu question, very helpful & friendly. Give us a clear instruction & also recommend a nearby food / restaurant. Great & stunning view. Can see pool (waterpark) & seaview from balcony. My kids really love the pool & beach. A lot of shop & warung nearby. we have a blast if time, sure will definately revisit someday.

The host is amazing. Very kind and responsive. He went out of his way to make our stay comfortable. His response and communication are very assuring. I have a little anxiety in case our accommodation was doubled booked, but all was good. I feel safe and secured during our stay there. We really enjoyed our stay. Beautiful beaches with soft sand. We went there in a big group, our children really enjoyed the beach, ATV and the pool. Vast eating places around the area too. Thank you for being a great host!
