We had a really great stay at Rozhan's place. Worth the price. The host was very helpful and kind. Recommended to all.

Location di tengah bandar KB, senang nak jalan2 & dekat dgn kopitiam viral. anak suka ada swimming pool.. rumah bersih & banyak kemudahan di dalam rumah. senang untuk dihubungi & really helpful. Tq for the hospitality sir :)

Tempat best. Mengadap pantai. Pantai bersih landai sesuai utk budak2 cuma kadang2 ombak kuat. Sekitar rumah ada ayam, kambing, ?angsa sesuai jugak buat anak2 kenal haiwan. Seronok budak2. Kat pantai tu ada org buat aktiviti atv, kuda. Pada saya homestay ni bagi satu feeling yg lain la dari homestay biasa. Mmg berbaloi buat yg nak rehat2, santai2.. Jauh dari kesibukan kota tapi taknak pegi sampai ke pulau. Haaagituuu..

Confortable stay but as it located in Kelantan the water pressure was not that good. But the water is clean, no smell, tasteless as well. Easy to find eventho to have to drive few hundred meter from main road. Ample space of parking. Nicely decorated house. We really love our stay here.

Clean & comfortable house. Comfort & moderately soft mattress makes u sleep til dawn. Just regret there's no air-conditioning in the living room. Anyhow highly recommended.

Very worth your money, location wise also very strategic. We also got a neighborhood cat roaming around which was nice

We had a great time here. Very close to Pok Weil Maggie Tiram (excellent fresh oyster) and Mok Lak ikan bakar. Only the water pressure need some improvement and the water quality is questionable but this is typical kelantan water. Couldnt say much about it. Overall we had a pleasant stay here.
