Cyril's place is amazing. We stayed for several days in July. Cyril is very helpful with local hints and advice. He goes above and beyond the role of host we went for dinner to a local smokehouse one evening so that I could try lots of local food. The location is a bit out of town but that's really not a problem it's 11-12RM in a grab to the centre and we never had to wait more than a couple of minutes for a car. The pool is great to come back to on a hot afternoon and the shower was great. It is an unusual place, if you have an open heart and want to engage beyond a bland hotel room in a faceless block then Cyril's place is a gem.

A superb location, well decorated, cozy, clean, spacious and economic home stay that is worth to rent and stay for a trip with family and friends. I have no comments with the facilities they provided us. Overall is good. Homely home stay I will come back again!!:)

We stayed for 5 days/4 nights and loved this spacious property! The hosts were incredibly attentive—they quickly provided extra towels and even moved a pool table to our villa upon request. Communication was excellent, with clear check-in instructions via PDF and prompt responses. When a power trip occurred one night, a technician arrived within 15 minutes to fix it! The house comfortably fit our group of 14, with great amenities (WiFi, AC, washing machine, water heaters) and a huge backyard perfect for barbecues. Two minor issues: the towels were small/not very absorbent, and a deep pothole in front of the house caused car damage (I lost my rental deposit). However, the host fixed the pothole immediately after we mentioned it. Overall, a fantastic stay thanks to the hosts’ dedication and the property’s convenience—highly recommend for large groups!

Very hospitable host and responsive, the place is as advertised, however there are a few key points for improvement and future guests’ reference 1. The unit has many steps, so it’s not very friendly for wheelchair users and older folks 2. The bathroom floor are slippery and cause a couple of falls from old people, and many of the toilet seats are detached and not fixed 3. Some of the mattresses are sinking badly where your back already touching the bed frame Overall it’s value for money, thank you

Great place to stay if you are visiting Kuching!convenient place to find lots of good food and close to shopping mall and place of interest in Kuching. Free parking available, clear instruction from Tang to check in, super clean place and comfortable. Feel just right at home! Will definitely come back to stay here if I back to Kuching again!

We absolutely loved the place! We had a fantastic time enjoying the BBQ area and the pool was exceptional. The kitchen, bedrooms, and cozy living room made our stay even more comfortable. I also wanted to mention that your responsiveness as a host was greatly appreciated—thank you for being so accommodating! If I could suggest one improvement, it would be to enhance the outdoor lighting. It would make it easier for guests to see and enjoy the area during BBQs. Overall, we had a wonderful experience and look forward to returning in the future!

Vivian's double-storey terrace house is spacious and clean. More than 10 people can stay there. It is located in a strategic and easily accessible location near Kuching International Airport and Kuching Sentral. I really like staying at her house because I am given a flexible schedule, including check-in and check-out.
