Hüseyin was responsive and helpful when my fellow traveler and I found ourselves without the room we booked for 1 night at a local hotel. The host even picked us up and brought us to the property so we could relax, eat and then sleep for our return to the airport the following morning. The property was clean and comfortable. Above and beyond host!

İkinci yıl üst üste İstanbul’a geldiğimizde bu daireyi kiralıyoruz. Daire geniş, konforlu ve temiz. Rahat bir konaklama için gerekli her şey mevcut – kaşık ve çatallardan modern mobilya ve beyaz eşyaya kadar. Konaklamamız boyunca hiçbir eksiklik hissetmedik. Binayla yönetici ilgileniyor, kendisine gerekli konular için başvurabileceğiniz nazik ve yardımsever bir kişi. Mahalle sakin, güvenli ve samimi insanlarla dolu. Beş dakikalık yürüme mesafesinde güzel bir sahil şeridi, birkaç yeşil park, marketler, spor salonları ve Cumartesi pazarı bulunuyor. Otobüsle 20 dakikada büyük bir alışveriş merkezi olan Marmara Park’a ulaşabilirsiniz. Daire sahibine teşekkür ederiz – gerçekten harika bir ev sahibisiniz! Burada keyifli vakit geçirdik ve tekrar dönmeyi umuyoruz.

A very charming area, lots to explore right outside the door. Cute cafes and restaurants within walking distance. Easy to get to other areas of Istanbul, boats and tram are nearby (10 minutes walk). Gorgeous view from the room which was clean and comfortable. Always responsive host. We were multiple times invited for tea and coffee in the kitchen upstairs.

Had a wonderful stay! The location was extremely convenient to all the historic sites (either walkable or via transit) while also being very local. Great artisanal shops and local restaurants in the neighbourhood. Can as a host is very proactive and responsive. He provided us with clear instructions, great recommendations, and answered all our questions. The home was very clean, spacious, and well equipped. Of you're in Istanbul, this is the place to stay!

Sinan и его отец Махмуд аби очень хорошие отзивчивые люди .Они нам помогли с ранним заселением так как наш самолет прилетел рано утром .Махмуд аби нас лично встретил все обяснил .Квартира светлая чистая просторная точно как на фотографии даже лучше.Все продумано до мелочей нам было очень камфортно с 2 мя детми .Махмуд аби быстро отвечал на все вопросы .Расположение квартиры отличное близко ко всем достопремечательностям .Мы отлично провели время .Спасибо хозяевам Мы очень доволны .

I liked this apartment last year so I stayed again for two months. Spacious, nicely decorated top floor flat with access to the roof terrace. Very quite building in the best location in Balat. Easy, short walk to buses and the ferry station. Everything works in the apartment and the marble Turkish bath is luxurious. I especially like the neighborhood because in the immediate area, near the apartment, normal, local people reside. You can experience Turkish culture instead of being in a tourist area. A few blocks away are restaurant, bakeries, grocery stores, etc. Overall, I highly recommend the apartment, the neighborhood and the host. All are superb!
