Nice place to stay fo families. High floor with nice view. Parking is provided. Super Market located under the tower. Although the Tower is modern and beautiful but the neighborhood is not good for walk. It was not a problem for us as we rented a car.

I really enjoyed my stay, the place was comfortable, felt like home, not too far from the mall of Istanbul. The place was exactly like in the photos, clean in a nice building. The only issue I had inside the appartement was the shower cabin which should be either renewed or cleaned better, I’m very particular about clean bathrooms. Also no additional linen unfortunately. But everything else was great. Quiet building no noisy neighbors, little walk to a Starbucks and 212 mall. But you definitely need a car. I would definitely come back. The host was also good with communication.

the place is wonderful and very calm and the host were so descent and response fast to any question , the only drawback about the place is that it is far away from any supermarket ,restaurant , cafe or shopping mall

Very recommendable. Nice and clean apartment, very good communication with the host, nice spa in the hotel that you can use. The only downside for when you want to stay there because you have an event in the hotel is that they close the door to walk into the apartment complex from inside the hotel at 11 pm, so in the night you always have to walk from outside.

Apartments are beautiful, large, and in a great location - we really loved our stay and would absolutely recommend this place to friends! Things to know: the two floors are totally separate apartments; they are pretty anonymous rental flats in terms of what to expect in the kitchen; we experienced some cultural differences around checkout and other communication, but no major issues; the offered airport pickup required that we wait around the airport for about 40 minutes but was otherwise easy

Tao’s home is a charming entire house with a private entrance, nestled in a vibrant neighborhood. If you're a fan of Orhan Pamuk's novels, you'll recognize the area, and you'll be pleased to know that the Museum of Innocence actually exists and is located nearby. The house itself is full of character and unique details. The kitchen is well-equipped and had everything we needed traveling with a young child. There are three floors to navigate: the kitchen, dining area, and a shower are located on the ground floor, while the entrance, two bedrooms and a toilet are on the first floor. The second floor features the third bedroom with its own small kitchenette and bathroom. Additionally, the entrance has a few steps as well. Tao is a very sweet, friendly and thoughtful host, and we felt genuinely cared for throughout our visit. Communication was seamless, and he provided us with excellent recommendations for local restaurants that we thoroughly enjoyed.

From start to finish an incredible stay. Cinar met me on the corner and helped me to the apartment when my ride approached from the wrong direction on a one way street. Then walked me to a recommended nearby restaurant. Always responsive and helpful. Lovely apartment. Lovely location. In the middle of a lot of street activity in a safe location. I would definitely stay here again if I get to return. Thanks.

We had a really nice time in Riza’s and Onur’s house. It is next to so many cafes and the commute is very easy with tram and ferry stations within 5-minutes walk. We were a family of 8 and had enough space for everyone. The house is well-equipped and had everything we needed. It does have many stairs inside and particularly the ones to the top floor are quite steep, but the hosts were very forthcoming about it and made sure we knew about it before confirming the booking. The communication was great and any small technical issues were resolved quickly and efficiently. My daughter is into arts and she particularly enjoyed various pieces of art in the house. Great stay and many thanks to the hosts!

This place is a hidden gem, ideally situated within walking distance of historical Sultanahmet's major attractions and the iconic Grand Bazaar, yet peacefully nestled in Fatih's local neighbourhood. Nearby, you'll find many restaurants, grocery stores, supermarkets, and art and souvenir shops—all at much better prices compared to tourist hotspots. The home is clean, comfortably spacious for five people, and well-equipped with adequate heating, crucial as temperatures drop to 3°C at night. The shower was spacious, with excellent water pressure and reliable hot water. Seyid warmly welcomed us despite feeling unwell, checking in personally to ensure our comfort and providing invaluable recommendations for local sights and eateries. His genuine hospitality made us feel truly at home. This was my third visit to Istanbul, and certainly not my last—I'll definitely seek out Seyid's place again!

A great place to stay for a large group. The house is 4 stories height with 2 rooms in each floor. All rooms are spacious, clean and nicely decorated. All rooms has their own toilet, squeaky clean and the hot water works well. There is iron with ironing board, kettle, glasses well equipped kitchen utensils Theres fridge in each rooms too Location are superb. U can walk to taksim square and istiklal street, and galata tower is also not far. bus stop is just 3mins walk. We love the place and it makes our stay in istanbul memorable. Definitely worth it 👍

The apartment was huge and comfortable! The location was perfect surrounding by coffee and restaurants and Capacity mall very near for shopping

The apartment is gorgeous with beautiful views from the 22nd floor facing east. You can litteraly see the asian side of istanbul from the balcony and enjoy the morning sunrise. Despite the summer time, it is very breezy in the evening. The apartment is very well equipped and the owner Anas was excellent in communication and solving some minor problems. You can easily accommodate 5 people: " 2 adults and 3 children" as the bunker bed has a pull out bed which was nice. We would suggest to have at least two outdoor chairs in the balcony to enjoy the views. Also, the children bedroom does not have an AC, but is was not a big problem as the children left the door open while sleeping. The area is very safe with security at the entrance of each tower. Parking was not included in the booking, but you can find plenty of spots in the street. There is a hotel next to the building that offers breakfast for 400 turkish lira which was ok. We would definitely come back.
