Velmi milý hostitel, zajimavé ubytování, kde najdete vše co byste mohli potřebovat a hlavně pohodu, klid a relax. Pro nás byla skvělá velká zahrada kterou jsme měli k dispozici a kterou ocenili děti i náš pes. Rádi přijedeme znovu.

There are absolutely no complaints. It was wonderful stay with no noise from traffic. Great place to stay and relax.

Wir waren als Freundesgruppe über Silvester dort und hatten eine tolle Zeit in der schönen Unterkunft. Die Sauna und der Whirlpool haben uns sehr gut gefallen. Auch die Ausstattung im Haus wie z.B. genügend Handtücher war super und die Kommunikation mit Krzysztof und seiner Frau unkompliziert und freundlich.

Wir waren für einen Winterurlaub als 4 köpfige Familie in dieser Unterkunft und es hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Es war alles vorhanden was wir brauchten, besonders die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Auch die schöne Aussicht von der Terrasse in die Natur und die Spielmöglichkeiten für die Kinder waren super. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Kolejny udany pobyt w tym miejscu. Ogromny dom, wspaniała strefa spa z basenem, wspaniały gospodarz i przejrzyste wskazówki dojazdu, zameldowanie. W tym domu znajdziecie się wszystko czego potrzeba - spa, grill, ognisko, siłownia, super wyposażona kuchnia i pokoje. Uwielbiamy pobyty u Denisy !

Do Pecky jsme se vydaly s detmi na jarni prazdniny. Vse bylo skvele pripravene, ciste a komfortni. Pro deti naprosto vhodne. Vecerni sauna pro unavene matky byla top strop. Dekujeme!

Sehr schönes Tiny House an einem Hang mitten in der Natur. Wir haben uns wirklich sehr wohl gefühlt. Magda ist eine super Gastgeberin und die Umgebung lässt für einen Ausflug in die Natur nichts zu wünschen übrig. Absolut empfehlenswert!

The house was beautiful! Beata and her husband also offers a relaxing and well-equipped sauna space (2 saunas and salt cave). Moreover, we enjoyed the nearby (5 min walk) swimming pool with salt water.

Maciej was reacting very fast each time we needed something, trying to fulfill all our needs. The cottages are in beautiful place on the hill with hard to beat view from the window. They are surrounded by amazing forests which you can explore. We recommend also delicious breakfast full of local goodies.

Ubytování bylo jedním slovem nádherné. Všude čisto a útulno. Pro skupinu či velkou rodinu opravdu úžasné. U každého pokoje sociální zařízení. Krásná krajina kolem, ski areál pro lyžaře jen 2 km daleko, možno využít skibus, který staví kousek od chalupy.

Wir waren zu viert und hatten eine sehr tolle Zeit in der Willa Jagoda. Andreas, Wiktors Sohn, hatte uns sehr freundlich empfangen und uns alles Wichtige in der Villa gezeigt. Außerdem hat er uns viele nützliche Informationen zu Wanderungen, Restaurants und Geschäften in der Nähe gegeben. Wir haben uns auch sehr über das Begrüßungsgeschenk gefreut. Die Villa wurde renoviert und ist sehr liebevoll eingerichtet worden. Das Mobiliar ist stilvoll und passend, die Küche ist hervorragend ausgestattet und im Wohnbereich mag man sich gerne aufhalten. Die Schlafzimmer und Bäder erfüllen voll und ganz ihren Zweck. Das Schlafzimmer direkt unterm Dach haben wir nicht benutzt, aber es machte einen gemütlichen Eindruck. Wir hätten auch in die Sauna gehen können, waren aber nach den langen Wanderungen zu erschöpft dafür. ;-) Alles in allem die perfekte Unterkunft für Naturliebhaber (der Nationalpark ist direkt um die Ecke), die es gerne ruhig und gemütlich haben.

Ubytování moc krásné ale v zimě počítejte se zasněženými cestami takže řetězy určitě sebou, jinak vše perfektní až možná na trošku odlišné předávání klíčů kdy je potřeba dojet si na hotel a vyzvednout si je tam, hotel je ale jen pár minut od ubytování .

Dom je perfektny! Vsetko co potrebujete je k dispozici. Kvalitne zariadanie aj spotrebice. Minimalisticky zariadane, ale ihned mate pocit domova. Pekny vyhlad z obyvacky. Udrziavana zahrada s grilom a terasou. Jana je velmi mila a proaktivna pri komunikacii. Vhodne aj pre rodiny s detmi. Velmi odporucame! Dakujeme za pobyt!

Zarezerwowałam cały dom w okresie sylwestrowym wraz ze znajomymi i rodziną. Brzozowie to bardzo cicha i spokojna okolica, wspaniałe miejsce na spacery. Dom jest bardzo dobrze wyposażony, można przygotowywać posiłki, jest zmywarka, piekarnik itd. Co ciekawe nie brakuje kapsułek, przypraw, herbat jak to bywa w innych miejscach. Sypialnie są przestronne i czyste, łazienki również. Chętnie wrócimy naszą ekipą do tego miejsca :) Właściciel to wspaniały i kontaktowy człowiek. Polecam!

Zeer goed verblijf gehad. De host reageerde zeer snel en heeft ons erg goed verder geholpen tijdens ons verblijf. Het huisje heeft alles wat je nodig hebt voor een prachtig verblijf in een prachtige buurt.

Lovely and clean cottage with 100% privacy. Perfect for a family getaway. The night sky is full of stars and you can hear a calming sound of a nearby river.

Die Gegend ist traumhaft. Ein wunderschöner Blick in die Natur. Wir hatten alles was wir brauchten und das Haus war sehr gemütlich. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Aufgrund einer gesundheitlichen Notlage mussten wir schnell nach Deutschland. Die relativ kurze Entfernung nach Zittau war unsere Rettung. Zum Glück! Leider konnten wir deshalb nicht all unsere geplanten Trips wahrnehmen, aber die Gegend hat viel zu bieten. Viele schöne Ausflugsziele liegen in der Nähe. Perfekt für all jene, die am Tag nicht so viele Kilometer fahren wollen. Auch die Nähe zu Nová Paka war optimal zum Einkaufen. Die Kommunikation und Übergabe des Hauses verlief total unkompliziert! Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder, um alles nochmal gesund und fit erleben zu können.

Bardzo klimatyczne miejsce, pięknie urządzony dom i domek. Czuliśmy sie swobodnie, jak w domu. Świetna baza wypadowa do górskich wycieczek. Gospodarz bardzo przyjazny, świetna komunikacja. Dziękujemy za pyszne, słodkie niespodzianki! :-)

We had a wonderful stay! As a group of friends, we felt very comfortable and everything went smoothly. The place was spotless and well organized. The owners were incredibly friendly, accommodating, and always ready to help while remaining discreet. We would absolutely recommend this place to anyone!

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und dad große Wohnzimmer war für uns zwei Familien ein sehr harmonischer Treffpunkt. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder.

Super miejscowka, wszystko przygotowane na tip top, dom wyposazony we wszystko co niezbedne (byl zapas papieru, byly tabletki do zmywarki, worki, herbata) ogolnie rzadkosc. Spedzilismy ze znajomymi wspnialy weekend, i kto wie czy ponownie nie wrocimy, jak do tej pory chyba najlepsza miejscowka gdzie bylismy! Dzieki i pozdrowionka.

Quite and peaceful. Nice terrace with chairs. The apartments are on top of the hill but there is a shortcut to almost city centre.
