Замечательная квартира ❤️. Провели там чудесный отпуск. Хотя в первый день нам не понравилось, были сильные волны, бассейн не первой свежести, ветер и тд. Мы даже думали уехать и забронировать что-то другое в городе. Но через 2 дня ветер стих, мы поняли что у нас самый классный пляж. Дно чудное, песчаное, пологий вход, народу мало, весь пляж и бассейн практически принадлежал только нам :). Так как мы были на машине, доехать до ресторана или магазина было просто. Виды из окон и балконов - шикарные, завтраки на балконе под шум волн - просто любовь ❤️. Само здание как будто на реконструкции, полупустое, много где делают ремонт. Если будет возможность, обязательно приедем снова!

Amazing view to the sea. There is a big balcony so make comfortable. Mr. Yambay is very kind sir. Two day's stay will leave us a good memory to recall. House keeper clean the room very carefully, and they won't take the tip. Mr. Yambay give us the bonus check out time till 13:00 pm, that's great. Next time coming Hua Hin, check-in here again. Thanks a lot.

Yambay的屋子太棒了，是在一个酒店内，面朝大海，床朝着海的设计，早上睁开眼就看见海上日出，美爆了！酒店的私人海滩人少，安静，夕阳超级美，每晚都能看到海上升明月的美丽景象。除了中午比较热之外，一直都有海风吹向房间，我们有时甚至不开空调，海风很舒服。房间色调柔和，很有设计感，也非常干净，酒店的服务员会帮忙打扫房间，对人也非常礼貌热情，Yambay人也非常好，接待我们入住的小伙子也很礼貌周到。希望以后还有时间能再次入住！I really hope I could come back yambay 's perfect room !!也许有人会觉得离华欣镇有点远，但来这里享受宁静的私人海滩和180度的房间海景，真是太棒了。

We had a wonderful time at Nicola’s Sea Condominium. The staff and residents were fantastic…. very friendly and helpful. The location and view from the balcony was outstanding; the sounds from area birds and farm land was a welcome addition as well. Sam Roi Yot and the surrounding area is truly something to behold! Some form of transportation will be necessary to access all the attractions …. options available on the beach road.

We were already familiar with the property "Panorama Resort" from a previous visit & returning felt incredibly pleasant. Naturally, we were curious about this house, as the pictures looked very promising & the communication with the owners had been so warm & friendly. What can I say? We've booked many houses worldwide & enjoyed wonderful moments - but THIS house surpasses them all!! After our long journey, we were warmly welcomed with a well-stocked fridge. The attention to detail in the decor is simply a dream – a fantastic kitchen equipped with absolutely everything (and more) you could need (I loved the milk frother so much!), charming decorative touches, bedrooms with fridge & coffee machine, spacious & spotless bathrooms, cozy beds with comfortable linens, friendly cleaning staff, a stunning garden, a pristine pool and beautiful lightning. What more could your heart desire? We absolutely loved everything (!) and are so grateful to Janet & Dave for this wonderful experience!

MuMu is a great and helpful host with a service mind to accomdate guest's needs. The house is high quality, private and safe. I accessed the house by my own car. There are many sea food restaurants in Pranburi. Or you can have sea food BBQ at the house. The pool is quite small. The pool is quite small, but it is a pretty good for 3-4 person. We had a wonderful time there!

Great place for friend and family with only few minute walk to the beach, 7-11, restaurant. Super private and peaceful place. Not only felt like home, but it is your vacay home in Bali situated in Pranburi. The place is bigger than it looks in the photo where 5 adults felt very comfortable with their own space. The bed and pillow are very clean and comfy. I would highly recommend this place as your next vacation!

J'ai adoré séjourner dans la maison. La vue sur la montagne, la verdure dans le jardin avec ses fleurs, plantes, cocotiers... Sympa d'avoir un parking privé déposer Le sa bécane. Il y a un marché local juste en face de la maison. Sam roi yot est un petit joyaux et c'était exactement ce dont j'avais besoin pour me ressourcer. Un coin paisible entouré de montagne, proche de la mer. L'hôte à toujours veillez à ce que tout aille bien de mon côté. Tout était fonctionnel, la wifi, le climatiseur, le réchaud à gaz, l'eau chaude. Je recommande vraiment les yeux fermés. le seul point négatif c'est le bruit des véhicules sur la route principale. La nuit il y a presque pas de circulation ou très peu ça devrait pas vous impacter ou vous empêcher de dormir. Je n'ai pas eu de soucis à ce niveau là. Je quitte sam roi yot et cette maison avec un pincement au cœur. C'est un de mes highlights en Thaïlande. Ayez une voiture ou un scooter pour vous déplacer. Je reviendrais un jour. Merci

A nice retreat place if you want to stay away from the city. Walkable place to convenient store 7E (it has almost everything from eggs,bread, frozen halal sausages & etc). The rooms are all spacious, clean and spotless. Swimming pool are also big but need to bring floats if you have toddlers because it is deep. Sebastien provided enough cleaning essentials too during our stay & there are no mosquitoes around the house. We will definitely recommend to big families to come over.

Ban Nong Yai is een echt authentiek Thais dorp. In de omgeving zie je heel weinig toeristen. Er is dan ook niet veel te doen wat vertier betreft, maar de natuur is aantrekkelijk. In t dorp is op loopafstand een barretje waar je naast een borrel ook op aanvraag een hapje kunt eten. Het is leuk om de omgeving per scooter te ontdekken en de kust af te rijden. De villa is prachtig en rustig gelegen. Denzil is zeer behulpzaam en regelt alles wat je nodig hebt.

I was here in the apartment with my girlfriend over the weekend. We liked it very much. It's even better than in the pictures. The view from the balcony is also very nice. I would definitely recommend the apartment.

Great place with lovely amenities. It was the weekend escape that I was looking for! The accommodations were as advertised and very comfortable. Highly recommended

Ian und seine Frau sind ganz wunderbare Gastgeber gewesen. Das Haus hat alles, was man braucht und aus dem Pool wollten die Kinder gar nicht mehr raus. Die Fürsoge der beiden half mir bei einer Lebensmittelvergiftung sehr. Ohne die Hilfe der Beiden hätte ich sicher Probleme gehabt vor Ort. ich danke Euch nochmals sehr.

our host was very nice and the home is beautiful. we enjoyed our stay and were very comfortable. love the cedar smell in the house. everything is clean and welcoming...even better than the pictures.

Sea Condo is situated in a peaceful location which meant that the apartment was noise free and perfect for relaxing and walking. We chose to hire a car but bicycles and motor scooters are available to rent within Sam Roi Yot. There is a brand new 7-11 within walking distance (about 30minutes) and restaurants within a 10 minute walk. A major supermarket (Lotus) is a 15 - 20 minute drive away. Hua Hin is approximately 45 minute drive away. Our host was excellent and responded quickly to any request we made. Sea Condo reception and on site staff were super helpful. Wi-fi was good. If you want total peace, quiet and a relaxing stay this could be the place for you. It certainly was for us!
