Masi was a pleasure to deal with, as he was responsive. The unit was perfectly suited to our needs with all the basic amenities available. All the cleaning products available were plus too! The unit was also clean, neat, not sparse, not cluttered or over decorated. I sustained an injury on one of my outings, so it was helpful that the Netcare hospital was close by. Just one snag for me was because of the nature of my injury (foot), getting into the shower was challenging because of the height, so from that perspective, this unit would not be suitable for someone with a disability/similar injury. Otherwise, everything was good 👍🏽 😊

The place was as it looked on the app, beautiful!. The best part was the view, it has an amazing beautiful view. Easy access to V&A Waterfront in minutes. The area is clean and safe above all the host is very good with communication, they left no detail in explaining everything. The host even told us of a company that keeps your suitcases and delivers them wherever you incase your flight is way later after checking out. Everything about this apartment was awesome we felt at home.

There are many highlights about this apartment. First, the location, very near all the CBD has to offer and right in the middle of the city. Second, the nice state of the main amenities, like a good mattress, A/C in the bedroom, 4-burner cooktop, complete set of kitchen appliances, a Samsung TV and a nice shower. Third, the view from the apartment, especially at night. Fourth, the communication with the hosts who did everything they could to address issues that happened. Fifth, the building is on the electricity grid of the Parlament, so no power outrages! Good to mention that the general state of the building is not good, the gym is in a bad condition and doesn't have any fans or A/C. The pool is small and also not very inviting. The common washing machine is not well maintained so you will need to wash your clothes at a laundry shop. All in all I would definitely recommend this place, the pros outweigh the cons by far and I still think it's a 5-star overall!

Nice big and clean apartment (I would even say very clean, compared to my other experiences in Cape Town). Secure building with fingerprint access. Very central: park, supermarkets, restaurants nearby. No loadshedding. Minor downsides: busy road (with closed windows it’s OK), shared washing machine (one per to apartments). Overall impression was good, would definitely recommend and stay again myself.

The place is so beautifully decorated and the location is nestled away so nicely you forget that you are close to a mall or highway. Will definitely try to come again.

The place was amazing, it had everything we needed during our stay. it is very central making it easy to get to places we wanted to visit. the host is amazing she was very responsive to our requests. thank you Jenna and Craig you made our stay very comfortable

Amazingly spacious apartment with everything you need for a peaceful and enjoyable stay. The check-in was made easy by the helpful lobby staff. Incredible pool area on the 27th floor with gorgeous sunset view over Lion's Head.

Wir wurden sehr freundlich empfangen und persönlich beim Checkin von Brandon begleitet und hilfreich unterstützt. Wir wurden von ihm persönlich in's Appartment begleitet und es wurden alle wichtigen Informationen zu Abläufen erklärt. Wichtigen Zugangsdaten erhielten wir zusätzlich als Nachricht über Airbnb. Die Wohnung bietet einen spektakulären Ausblick auf den Tafelberg und die Stadt/Waterfront, welchen wir sehr genossen haben. Man hat viele Restaurants/Cafe's und Supermärkte direkt vor der Haustür und man kann Kapstadt sehr gut zu Fuß erkunden. Alles war wie auf den Fotos beschrieben, wir würden hier definitiv wieder übernachten und können die Unterkunft und das betreuende Team nur empfehlen

Anna's place is fantastic! Firstly it's in a great location, really easy to find and get to. When checking in, there are friendly security guys on the front desk, they make sure to greet and check every guest, you feel really secure. The apartment itself was super clean and had everything you needed. The views...wow! The photos do not do it justice. We loved our time there and if we were to stay in Cape Town again, we'd definitely be looking to stay here! Also, Anna was super communicative and welcoming...Thanks for a great stay!

Das Appartement liegt ideal, um Kapstadt zu erkunden. Es bietet alles, was man braucht und ist sehr sauber und schön eingerichtet. Der Check-In läuft unkompliziert und schnell. Schalk ist ein sehr freundlicher Gastgeber. Wir können das Appartement nur empfehlen.

Absolutely wonderful stay. The Estate is safe, security friendly and professional. Extremely clean, everything that you need, fantastic view of Marina, walking distance to V&A. Friendly housekeeper. Excellent service from owner. Overall, would highly recommend.

The perfect place to stay in Cape Town! Tucked away on a charming, cozy street, this house and its beautiful garden offer a true home-away-from-home experience. We loved it so much that we often chose to dine at the house rather than the city. Every morning on the terrace, every evening on the terrace—it was pure bliss. We truly wish we could have stayed longer! Thank you!

Tanya was thee absolute best ,a perfect host ,very helpful aswell as her helper ,the place was easy to find and I must say the pictures don’t do it any justice it’s a beautiful place clean and the kitchen has everything we needed for our stay ,the pool kept the kids busy as it was so hot ,she even gave us an extra day 🌸I must say she was one of the kindest individuals that have ever hosted me ,I appreciate all she did for myself and my family ..

Einfach Traumhaft. Wir haben die Seele der Eigentümer gespürt.(im positiven Sinn:-) In diesem Haus wurde viel Liebe zum Detail investiert. Belinda war immer für uns da, sie hat uns mit wertvollen Tipps versorgt, sie ist super freundlich und hilfsbereit, genau so sollte es immer sein, beste Vermieter ever. Die Ausstattung in diesem Haus ist super - nur um ein paar Beispiele zu geben: Dry Ager, Pizzaofen, Siebträgermaschine, ordentliche Messer die schneiden, Fitnessraum,... ich könnte hier eine lange Liste machen. Es gibt 3 wirklich schöne Schlafzimmer, alle schön hell, alle haben eine nette Aussicht! Es gibt 2 Außenbereiche einmal in einen Art Innenhof mit Pool, hier ist man toll geschützt, und auf der anderen Seite mit tollen Sonnenuntergängen (das Licht am Abend war immer sooo schön). Hier stehen Lounge Möbel zum gemütlich sitzen und Wein trinken. Es gibt auf dieser Seite auch die Möglichkeit außen zu essen. Ich kann diese Unterkunft zu 100% empfehlen würde sie sofort wieder buchen.

Wir waren im Februar 2025 mit 6 Erwachsenen in dem Apartment und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Apartment ist sehr großzügig. Alle Schlafbereiche inklusive der Bäder sind ausreichend groß. Das gesamte Apartment ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet und sehr gepflegt. Alles ist wie auf den Fotos. Die Küche ist super ausgestattet. Es fehlt nichts. Berlinda und Arnold kamen täglich (außer Wochenende), um sich um alles zu kümmern. Sie haben einen tollen Job gemacht und waren super nett. Die Lage hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Das Apartment ist einfach zu erreichen. Zum Strand läuft man 10 Minuten. Dort befinden sich jede Menge Cafès und Restaurants. Wir können das Apartment nur empfehlen. Es ist nicht ganz billig, aber man bekommt dafür eine luxuriöse, großzügige und gepflegte Unterkunft, die von einem sehr engagierten, freundlichen Team betreut wird.

Staying at David’s place was truly a great experience. The location is perfect and the house is really something special that added an extra level to our holiday. David was very responsive from the minute we made the booking, right up until our departure. The housekeeper Ralph also helped make the stay enjoyable. This is by far one of my best experiences i’ve had and highly recommend anyone considering staying at David’s place, to go for it! All services and descriptions were exactly as described and the place looks even better than the photos!
