Fantastic place to stay in Tokyo. It was simple, clean, and cozy, and great value for money. The location was in a quiet residential neighborhood, but near great restaurants and the subway which can get you anywhere in the city. Check-in was very easy, and the host was so nice and responsive: we actually forgot a roll of film in the place, and the host got in contact with us and dropped off the roll of film at the next place we were staying in Tokyo, which was so kind of her! Highly recommend.

各方面都满分，住顶层还是电梯入户很方便。唯一美中不足是没电熨斗。

夫婦2人で2泊。板橋区成増を訪れるのははじめてでしたが、東京駅から乗り換え1回・40分ほとで着くことができました。滞在中、明治神宮、スカイツリー、浅草を観光しましたが、成増には東武鉄道と東京メトロの駅があるので、移動はあまり苦になりませんでした。使い捨てのスリッパが用意されてましたが、使う必要がないぐらい清潔な部屋でした。衣類をかけるハンガーが多数用意されていてとても便利でした。ソファーベッドも、1台で大人1人十分足を伸ばして快適に眠れました。チェックアウトの日の朝に往復1時間ほどかけて、東京大仏を見に行ったのですが、とても楽しい散歩になりました。光が丘公園にも行きたかったのですが、今回は時間の関係でパスしたのが残念です。成増駅前にはラーメン屋さんがいっぱいあります。次回はラーメン屋巡りにも挑戦したいです。ホストのKiyoさんが滞在中いろいろなアドバイスをしてくださるのもとてもありがたかったです。とても楽しい東京旅行になって大満足です！

Tokyo ya bir kaç günlüğüne geldiyseniz ve çokca gezmek istiyorsanız bu evde kalmanızı mutlaka tavsiye ederim. İki kişi için küçük olabilir ama yalnız seyehat ediyorsanız sizin için çokca yeterlidir. Ev hemen metronun yanıbaşındadır. Heryere ulaşım yürüyerek ve metro ile çok kolaydır. Hemen sokağın başında 24 saat açık ihtiyaçlarınızı alabileceğiniz bir market bulunur. Tom a ben eve giriş yapana kadar geç saate olsa yardımcı olduğu ve dost canlılığı için teşekkür ederim

The service from the host is awesome. Super helpful and accommodating with my checking. Truly professional and his place was well-stocked with various supplies indicating he’s not cheap and he’s focused on providing us with what his Airbnb needs to function properly. The ONLY problem is the train tracks, though he clearly mentions this. The trains are very loud from about 5 AM to 12 AM and if you’re a light sleeper, this is gonna be a problem for you. It seems that two of the train lines even shake the bed as the trains go past. I generally sleep with headsets in and I listen to music so it’s not really a problem for me, but it was a little annoying sometimes. Other than that, though the places is awesome and it has a lot of character. I think it’s still worth staying in though, despite the trains.

Great place! Very homey vibe considering where the place is located. Easy to find and spacious for me and my family!!

優點: 1.地理位置佳，交通便利。步行即可到達JR線以及京急線車站。 2.餐廳、超市、便利商店都很近，走到車站周圍商場更齊全。 3.建築物很新，房間內設備(廚房、衛浴)也都是新式的。冰箱很大，有獨立冷凍庫。 4.房間打掃得非常乾淨，使用時想到會弄髒都有點不好意思...2個人住非常舒適，收納空間也非常足夠。 5.跟房東聯絡回覆都非常快速。 如果旅行之餘也想要有生活感的話非常推薦住這裡。 缺點: 1.Check in時間有點偏晚。 2.房間內只有一張小桌子，兩個人都想要使用的話會不夠。 3.垃圾桶有點小。
