Great experience and very chill hosts!

Spacious, very well-equipped, exceptionally comfortable and clean property, conveniently located for accessing and exploring Cherpunkal, Pala and surrounding areas. The house is just a few metres from the busy Pala-Ettumanoor road, yet it's tucked away in a quiet place, and is quite peaceful. There are several good eateries and supermarkets within walking distance -- there's even a shopping arcade nearby. The house looks better than in the photos -- all bedrooms have en-suite facilities and each floor has it's own large living and dining areas. Plus, there's ample car parking space. Mr. Saju and Melvin are wonderful hosts, who receive you personally when you arrive, and are always ready to help. Me and my family had a wonderful week-long stay here, and the next time we are in the area, we'll certainly look to return!!

A Beautiful Modern Home will all the amenities and facilities that you could think of. Great host who is very proactive and concern about the guest well being and comfort.

It was a great experience staying in Jo &Sams villa it was very silent place and it is very ecofriendly place by nature it is great place to have a small family gathering and. Reunion we loved it and the rooms were very neat and clean. Thanks for the stay Danny John

Host, Mr. Paul was friendly and gave a lot of suggestions about where to buy basic groceries to meals options. House was very clean and had small necessities. Whenever we need something Mr. Paul met it immediately. Outside the house also we can sit and observe the garden area and spend time relaxing. Perfect place to spend your holidays. Also nearby to local attractions & bus stops.

Nebu's house has all the amenities to make for a pleasant stay. He was a responsive host and easy to get a hold of.

A great host. We expected a private and calm weekend with my family and we got it. Our trip coincided with heavy rains and due to strong winds causing power shutdown for nearly 24 hrs for the entire locality. They had a battery backup which helped us for the night and for the next day they had a generator. Breakfast is complimentary and they cooked delicious South Indian breakfast with some continental options. When we asked for some extra items for breakfast, the staff even drove to a restaurant to pick what we asked for. I'll pick them up again for my next trip without hesitation. Really friendly and caring.

We had a great stay at Saj's place. The house was very spacious and comfortable, perfect for a relaxing getaway. The cohost, Deepa, and her son Darren were incredibly responsive and helpful throughout our stay, making everything smooth and enjoyable. I would highly recommend Saj's place for anyone looking for a welcoming and hassle-free stay.

Great property and a lovely host. The apartment was well maintained and equipped with the required amenities. Easy accessibility to Csez and Infopark.

I had such a wonderful time at Orient Glory Apartments. Host, co-host and the caretaker were quick to reply, extremely helpful and always available. The place was very clean, well organized, clean towels, bedsheets, clean kitchen& utensils, bathrooms were also very clean. 2 rooms were well-furnished with AC. There were charging sockets on the bed headboard which i absolutely found convenient. Great wifi connection and Tv with lots of options to watch . Everything was easily accessible. We pretty much felt right at home and never had any issues. I would rebook if i had to come to ERK. I recommend this place to anyone traveling from a distance because the apartments are very comfortable and easy to live in.

The property exceeded our expectations. Gautam is gem of a person. He ensured the place was ready and allowed to check-in at 12 PM even though the check-in was at 2 PM. Gautam is flexible and his guest-first approach will definitely take him to great heights. Highly recommended property. Washing Machine, AC and other amenities were useful. Lift facility and car parking area are the added touch. Very close to Vaikom Mahadev Temple. 5 STARS!!!

Maya was the best host we had during our trip across all the stays. She made our check-in process incredibly smooth. The house was simple, beautiful, and impeccably clean—honestly, it looked even better in person. She went out of her way to guide us on where to go and how to travel around Kochi. The best part? She had stocked plenty of snacks for us, and we enjoyed them without any hesitation!

Wonderful stay at Elizabeth‘s apartment. Initially in pictures, the main bedroom looked like it did not have curtains and I had requested darker curtains to be placed so that light does not come in the morning. Elizabeth was very accommodative and had dark curtains installed on the first day itself. Caretaker Harita was also very responsive andmade sure we had everything available. Unfortunately, we did have an incident when we broke one of the kitchen items. Elizabeth was very accommodative and understanding of our mistake. Overall highly recommend this apartment. It was very clean, modern, beautiful and well maintained.

It’s a beautiful and spacious stay with superb connectivity to kochi city and the national highway. The apartment had all the amenities as mentioned and is commendably maintained. Jacob was always available for any help or suggestions. Highly recommended for a safe stay in kochi.

I stayed at Sujata’s Garden Loft for 6 weeks whilst attending appointments in Kochi and I can happily say that it was an excellent place for me to stay. Located in a safe, friendly family-oriented block, I felt very safe as a young woman staying alone. Sujata was a truly excellent host who was continuously responsive throughout my stay and made great efforts to assist me with anything that I needed. The garden terrace was a highlight for me, as well as the spaciousness of the whole apartment. It meant that I did not need to feel ‘couped up’ or claustrophobic during a longer stay. The location above a main road did mean that there was some moderate daily noise, but I think much less than if I was staying further into the town. Panampilly Nagar was a great location for me with independent stores, great coffee, walkability and family friendly areas where I felt totally at ease. Overall, it was an excellent place to stay in Kochi and I would definitely recommend or return.

it was a nice stay. clean and big house. all delivery options works perfectly. stairs to the first floor was little congested, but the apartment was great and having all necessary aminities. Kitchen basics were taken care of well.

We had a wonderful 3-night stay at this flat homestay while our home was under renovation. Everything here was clean, tidy, and well-prepared, making us feel instantly comfortable. Thanks to our hosts, Mr. Cherian and Mr. Alex. They were very accommodating and unobtrusive. Unlike some other places where hosts can be overly involved, they gave us complete privacy while ensuring everything we needed was available. The flat was fully equipped with all essentials, so we only had to bring our groceries and a few personal items. It truly felt like a home away from home. The locality is very peaceful and the evening breeze along the balcony was enjoyable. One small thing to note is that the roads leading to the property might feel a bit narrow for guests from bigger cities, but it wasn’t an issue for us. Overall, a fantastic place and highly recommended for a comfortable and hassle-free experience!
