This is one of the best apartments I have stayed in. It is new, and the interior design is modern. The air conditioner in the living room was quite comforting, providing relief from the outside heat. Mr. Jagan and Kennedy were very quick to respond to any queries I had. This is a well-maintained apartment building, located very close to Baker Junction and conveniently near supermarkets, the railway station, bus stand, hospital, and more. We stayed here for the past 12 days and loved every day of our stay. I won’t look for anything further, this is my go-to place in Kottayam.

Das Haus ist ruhig gelegen in einer Gasse, aber mit Neil's Videobeschreibung super zu finden. Es ist groß und wir haben besonders die Waschmaschine genossen, da wir lange unterwegs sind. WLAN funktioniert super und die Küche hat die wichtigsten Dinge wie Wasserfilter, Wasserkochers und Toaster etc. Neil hat immer zügig geantwortet. Wir waren froh, in Fort Kochi gebucht zu haben. Es hat wirklich Flair.

Stay was great. Great location, right by Vembanad lake with views of Pathiramanal island right across you. Lot of good small eateries nearby (20min drive) which had the best fish preparations. Aneesh (the manager) was really helpful and coordinated the food and activities. Tried dosa as breakfast on one day and it was great. It would have been great if living room also had AC.

Excellent place. For location follow Host, Airbnb location was off by 500 meters. Nice location, walkable from Aluva Rly Station. Well connected. About 2 kms to Metro. Caretaker stays inside and knows quiet a few languages. Nice chap. Host Amruth was very friendly and helpful.

Marigold Villa is the perfect place to stay in Kochi. The backyard is kept in great shape by the caretakers, and the pool is the perfect way to cool off after a long, hot day. The house itself is so, so unique. It has carvings all throughout with tons of open space. The two bedrooms have air conditioning, and it keeps them very cool. The rest of the house has ceiling fans. The caretakers also will make you breakfast at no additional charge and are such nice people. They helped checked us in and with any questions we had.

We had an amazing stay at Sigimon’s place! The accommodation was spotless, comfortable, and exactly as described. Sigimon was a fantastic host—friendly, responsive, and always ready to help with anything we needed. The location was perfect, making it easy to explore the area. Great and comfortable stay with a well furnished house and well equipped kitchen with utensils and other grocery and daily use items. Would be great if the curtains can be of a darker shade to avoid sunlight and have privacy. overall a wonderful stay.

The property itself was immaculate—spotlessly clean, beautifully designed, and equipped with everything we needed. The attention to detail was outstanding, from the cozy ambiance to the thoughtful amenities provided. The location was perfect, offering both convenience and a peaceful retreat. This was truly one of the best experiences we've had, the very first one with Airbnb, and we can't recommend this place enough. The flat was spacious, squeaky clean, well located and simply fabulous. It’s a 3BHK with 3 bath and a fully functional kitchen. Separate living and dining area along with a giant balcony. The one off note was that the best bedroom in the flat which comes with a wonderful view didn’t have a washroom attached to it. Ayaan and Fayiz took as much care of us as they could. Only thing that bugged us was a little episode with the host Shanu. We had requested for an early check in. We flew in early and wanted to get an update if they could accommodate us sooner. We couldn’t connect with the caretaker. In the process we had to call the host multiple times. He seemed impatient and rude on the call and he interrogated my friend whether she was lying about not being able to reach Fayiz. Later Fayiz reached out to us and he was awesomely welcoming. They did give us the room at 12noon instead of 1pm which was the scheduled check in time. And as we entered the room, well it was just incredible..

My stay at Mr. Yacub's home was nothing short of homely comfort. The house is fully furnished with a well stocked kitchen along with multiple appliances. The bedrooms are quite spacious with three fitted bathrooms respectively, which were maintained neat and clean. The air conditioning worked well, which is a bonus when staying in Kochi. Overall, this is a unique home to stay in while visiting Kochi as the location is ideal and the balcony which wraps around the house provides a relaxing 360 degree view. Another positive aspect of the apartment is the helpful security staff, which ensures a secure stay. Mr. Yacub and Shoba were always available when I required help or assistance during my stay at the airbnb, and for all these reasons, I highly recommend choosing Mr. Yacub's flat.
