The property is Right next to the tea estate, amazingly maintained, beautifully kept the European essence. Best for family of 5-7 members. They have huge balcony, spacious rooms, decent kitchen/study/living space. Overall Loved the support and hospitality. Nishant is a gem… he really went out of the way to help us. Note- google Maps doesn’t work accurately here, do not follow Gmaps… I strongly recommend to stay in constant touch with host while coming here.

The beauty,warmth&peace of this place cannot be put down in words. One has to stay there to truly witness the magic. Like me if you love Kerala cuisine then you will love the food!!The love that is put into making it, feels like you're eating at home and the fact that the veggies and fruits are sourced from their own land,adds to the taste. Abel, Mohan Chetta, Emmanuel & Liben Chetan are so helpful and warm that it would feel like you know then for ages. They even took the effort to make food seperately for my 7 month old with so much love. They will be there for you any time you need them &yet give you your undisturbed privacy as well. The passion they have for the place & it's history is impressive and heartwarming!You have the option of going out & you can just do small hikes around the property or just relax in the hammock or the deck. This place truly helps you disconnect & that's what we did.Sunitha you are a wonderful host and you have created the most beautiful sanctuary!

I recently stayed at an Airbnb in Vagamon, and it was an absolutely wonderful experience! The place itself was stunning—surrounded by lush greenery, breathtaking views, and a peaceful atmosphere that made for a perfect getaway. The property was well-maintained, clean, and had all the amenities needed for a comfortable stay. A special shoutout to our host, Bibin—he was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always available to help with anything we needed. His hospitality truly made our stay even more enjoyable. He gave great recommendations on local spots to visit, making our trip even more memorable. If you're looking for a relaxing retreat in Vagamon with a great host, this is the perfect place. I’d highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

Wonderful place! Enjoyed the vintage house along with the surroundings. My family felt at home. The kitchen is clean and has enough utensils. The caretaker is always available. Place is well lit and has lots of space around. I will definitely come back to enjoy this wonderful and serene place! Great work captain Biju! Thank you for everything!

Roads were fabulous and the property is right by the roadside. space to spare even after parking two cars. A small kids play area and a glass floored open balcony with a mountain and sunrise view. the bar also was very scenic

The property is situated in the middle of a lot of foliage, and it was really cozy for us. Everything was squeeky clean and maintained well, and the caretaker Mr. Shaji took good care of us, delivered food and groceries on time, and he was really friendly. Mornings in The Placid Rill are the most beautiful. We could watch the sunlight falling on the mountains and trees nearby, right from the bed. It was a 5 star property and a 5 star experience, and it is very ideal for couples and small families. One small issue I would say was that the wifi in our room was a little weak. I had some work documents to upload, and it took a lot longer than expected. But I don’t mind that. Would 100% recommend to a friend.

We took a private pool cottage with two bedrooms for our family of 5 including two kids. The cottage was neat, private and the pool was the right size for the kids. The pool was also maintained well. The food was homely and tasty and was reasonable price. There was a small water fall and a stream inside the property. They are still developing the property and it would have been nice to have. a small hike in the property with pathways through the cardamom plantations. They gave coupons for us to the nearby vagamon heights adventure park which was also great and did some activities there Vipin , the caretaker was always available on phone. He was very pleasant and always ready to help with all our needs. A great place for a family vacation

A Stay to Remember! Our experience at this Airbnb in Idukki was nothing short of magical. The view was absolutely mesmerizing—clouds literally touched our faces! We just couldn’t get enough of the scenery; from sunrise to sunset, the place offered breathtaking views of the lake and hills right from the property’s own viewpoint. The caretaker was incredibly sweet and so cooperative, making sure we were comfortable throughout our stay. A big shoutout to the owner too, who connected us with a local driver—such a gem of a person! He took us to some stunning hidden spots and made our trip even more special. If you're looking for peace, beauty, and a warm local touch, this is the place to be. Can’t wait to come back!
