Adunsak's place is a large guesthouse tucked away in a very peaceful yet convenient location north of Udon Thani city centre. Although there were only two of us, the property can easily accommodate six adults having one room with a double bed and two rooms, each with twin beds. There are three shower rooms, all with a toilet and hand basin, plus a kitchen, and dining and sitting areas. There is offroad parking for at least three cars and air conditioning in all bedrooms. We enjoyed our stay at Adunsak's place and hope to return one day. Recommended!

Das Appartement bietet alles notwendige. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet. Sehr gut gefallen hat mir die abgetrennte Dusche, nicht üblich in Thailand. Das Bett ist sehr bequem, es gibt einen großen Kleiderschrank. Liebevolle Details machen das Appartement gemütlich. Das einzige was mir gefehlt hat, war ein Wäscheständer auf dem Balkon. Neben dem Condo gibt es einen 7eleven, alles andere ist fußläufig etwas weiter weg.

This is the perfect house for a family or for digital nomads who want to spend time in comfort with top notch super fast internet. The house has many rooms which serve as separate spaces for parallel conversations. For the kids, there are plenty of surprises that will keep them busy. The washing machine is super useful. Although it's not in the very center of the city, it's not too far from the main tourist area and in the adjacent street there are plenty of eateries that open at night. Peethakorn is super responsive and helpful and we had a splendid time at his place.

This place is a great alternative to a condo in the city. If you are looking for a more authentic place to stay in, this place is it. It is a beautiful Thai style apartment that is larger than most condos in the area. It is also in a prime and desirable location. There is a beautiful garden and the host’s cafe next door. In addition, there are multiple 7-11s, street food vendors within walking distance, and the famous Nong Prajak Park right across the street. Staff is nearby all the time if you need help. 10/10 would recommend

정말로 아늑하고 내집같이 편안한 숙소입니다.특히 호스트는 매우 친절합니다.마당이 있어서 매우편하고 특히 바베큐를 하실분은 좋을거같네요.유일한 단점이라면 세븐일레븐이 약간은 떨어져있고 가는길에 개들이 너무 사납습니다.밤에는 저도 무서워서 편의점을 못갔네요

Warisa's condo is perfectly located in the city centre close to the fantastic restaurant and shopping area with its great atmosphere. Ideal for holiday as well as a work stay.
